I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. This machine replaced an old Hotpoint one that I had for the past 10 years. I am extremely impressed with my new Samsung washing machine! Here's what I like about it: - Add Wash lets me pause the cycle and a small hatch door on the front of the machine can be opened to put in that item that I forgot to put in with the main load. - Auto Dose is not only saving me money by using less detergent and fabric softener, but it makes my washing experience easier because I do no have to think about these each time I wash. There are 2 separate containers in the detergent draw which I have filled up with fabric softener and detergent and the machine prompts me when each are getting low. - There are many different settings / cycles to choose from, such as cottons, dedicates, towels, bedding, sports wear - the list goes on! - It is incredibly quiet. Even at full spin speed I barely notice it (certainly compared to my old washing machine which was far nosier). - Smart Things connectivity - this is super useful; you connect the appliance to your home WiFi and through the Smart Things app on my smartphone, I can control the wash. It also sends me a notification letting me know when the cycle has been completed. - Ease of use - with the central dial button, you move through the programme selection and it prompts you on how to make your selection. The screen is easy to read and guides you through the process. - Friendliness - ok, this is a silly one, but it makes me smile when the machine shows "hello" on the screen when I switch it on and when the cycle has finished, the machine plays a nice little tune, not just a regular "beep". This may be annoying for some people (I would have thought you could switch it off, I haven't tried) but I love it! What have I found difficult? To be honest, not nothing really! There was one difficult moment when the machine was first installed. The language had defaulted to Dutch and even though the machine guides you through how to change the language, because it was in Dutch I didn't understand how to do it! But a quick search on the Samsung support page guided me through this and my machine is now in my native English language! The only other thing that I haven't solved for yet (and this is very specific) is where to place a water softener tablet. I tend to use one in each wash, but with the auto-dosing drawer, I'm not sure where to put it. Overall, this is a fantastic machine and I am extremely happy with it. I have only been using it a relatively short while, but it feels robust and I imagine it will be very reliable and durable for many years to come.

Bought the washing machine end of April and the drum rubber seal deformed and broke in October so now the washing machine leaks water every time it works (a lot of water!). I was informed by Samsung that this is classed as a "consumable" part and won't be covered under warranty as this is wear and tear. For a practically new washing machine to have such an issue it is extremely disappointing and frustrating. What is more is that this is the second Samsung washing machine I own which has the same exact issue this to me shows poor design of this particular part and a serial defect issue.

Washing machine itself is nice and cleans well. However the reason for the 1 star is that the gasket seal had a tear after 8 months so we got it replaced due to it not being part of the warranty even though the washing machine is under a year old. Apparently its a perishable part that is not covered. It cost us a fortune £180. After 2 months the same thing has happened again. They want me to pay for someone to come out and replace again. At this point it would be cheaper to buy another washing machine and not use Samsung again as they are not willing to support their customers for faulty products. Overall poor performance from Samsung and they have lost a customer.

Ive been looking at this washing machine for a while and finally decided it was time to upgrade. It's a beautiful design, clean and classy. So many wash modes to choose from too. I really like the add wash feature as I have often turned around after filling the machine, to find a rogue sock staring back at me. Now however I can simply add it to the wash. 9kg wash load is brilliant for a family of 5. The auto dose system is handy too as you simply fill up the Chambers and it adds the correct amount to the wash for you, so no more wasting liquid or softener. The wash cycles are so quiet I even forget its on at all, and there is a silent wash feature too but I don't know how much more quiet you can get lol. Plus you can add this to the smart things app and you can control everything from your phone and get washing updates. Over all I love this washing machine and honestly wished I had made the purchase a lot sooner.

The machine was great for the first few months and now the Auto fill detergent draw doesnt seem to be working. Also the drum makes a loud vibrating noise on some washes The Customer support has been pretty poor with any help on how to sort this auto detergent issue. I have called the number and spoke to a lovely helpful person but they were just reading the manual which is what i had done. Its pretty frustrating to not be any closer to resolving the problem - and a helpline that doesnt have more knowledge than the manual. They could not give me a contact number for samsung UK to try and resolve the issue further. i bought this machine because of the WHICH reviews and have been very disappointed.

Je teste la machine à laver Samsung WW80T684ALH/S2 Voici mon avis la concernant, Viens alors la mise en service de la machine, tout simplement parfait ! les petit QR Codes des differentes étapes m'ont permis de la placer correctement, de la raccorder et de faire la première mise en service sans aucunes difficultés (Super de la part de Samsung de faire cela !). Arrive la connection de la machine à SmartThings, Mon smartphone avait du mal à trouver mon reseau WiFi mais la machine pas du tout ! sont antenne WiFi est tout simplement puissante. Connection faite avec succès, je peux donc essayer cette magnifique Machine ! Première chose que le panneau de contrôle me dit, c’est d’ajouter du produit lessive et adoucissant, super, j’ai des réservoirs à remplir pour la fonction autodose, plus besoin de remplir une dosette, la machine va prendre ce dont elle a besoin ! cela évite aussi de faire couler la lessive sur le flacon ou sur la machine. Je n’ai jamais démarré une machine de ma vie, je parcours donc tous les menus et trouve celui qui va correspondre le mieux, Synthétiques… Environs 2h30 plus tard, je reçois une alerte sur mon smartphone me disant que mon programme est fini !, grâce a SmartThings, le linge encore humide ne reste pas longtemps dans le tambour car nous somme prévenu ! Quelle efficacité ! le linge est bien propre, je n’ai pas eux besoin de doser le produit de lessive ni l’adoucissant, elle prend ce dont elle a besoin selon la charge, pour moi qui ne connaissait pas les machines à lavé, quel bonheur ! Merci The Insiders pour ce test ! j’en suis convaincu !

Nice look and great features. We've only had it for 2 weeks, but it's quiet and washes clothes nicely, thanks to the automatic dosing of liquids, no more problems with dosing detergents or adding forgotten items during washing. It's a bit expensive and larger than our old one, i.e. deeper, so it doesn't fit all the way under the kitchen counter. Nevertheless, a good purchase and we are satisfied. We bought it on the recommendation of someone who has been using it for 3 years, they recommended this model, not a newer one. A really useful gadget at home. I would highly recommend :)

Mon lave linge est un véritable allié car je l'utilise beaucoup. Je souhaitais une machine fonctionnelle, facile d'utilisation, avec dosage lessive automatique, j'ai tout cela. Je pensais que l'option pour rajouter du linge en cours de lavage était plutôt gadget, mais finalement j'ai déjà eu plusieurs occasions de l'utiliser. La gamme des programmes de linge est impressionnante et si facile avec cet unique bouton de sélection. En prime, la machine émet une musique sympa pour prévenir quand le cycle est terminé. Me reste qu'à peaufiner l'utilisation de la machine avec l'application du téléphone....Donc à mon sens un superbe rapport qualité prix.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. So far, this has been a great machine to use. I particularly like the Add Wash ability and the Auto Dosing. The front door itself feels very solid. There are a lot of different cycles to select from, which is useful because it will adjust the wash programme according to the items that I am washing. The ability to connect to the Smart Things app is great too as I like being able to know what the machine is doing when I'm not in the room. The machine also switches itself off, which is a big win. I am very happy with this machine and because it has a 10 year guarantee on the motor it feels as though it is built to last.

I have had a Samsung washing machine now for years. My last two have been amazing! However I have recently got a series 6 as a replacement as my old one couldn’t be repaired. It’s awful, it’s noisy when on a spin my old one you could barely hear! The settings are crazy only 3 cycles that take a full 9kg? And with a huge family what use is this when the cotton wash takes ages! Really really disappointed but now I’m stuck with it as I’ve used it. The reason I went for this one is it has the auto dose which I love but that literally is the only good point. I have never left a bad review but feel all the ones I read weren’t true!

Lave très bien, très silencieux. Je regrette juste au vu du prix que certaines options, dans le mode d'emploi, ne soient en fait pas disponibles, exemple : programmer le dosage de lessive, indiquer la dureté de l'eau... Je regrette que la fin de cycle ne sonne pas sur le portable (qui serait possible grâce au wifi), en effet, étant au sous-sol je n'entends pas la sonnerie et ça m'est donc arrivé d'oublier ma lessive. Je suis donc un peu déçue mais sinon, il fait le job. Le distributeur automatique est un petit plus sympa (même si j'aurais aimé pouvoir régler le dosage). L'Add Wash très pratique en tant que maman d'un garçon qui cache des chaussettes partout...

Bought item in July and within less than 5 weeks, seal clamp inside came out creating bad leak by door. They came to fix it after 2 weeks wait for engineer! As I bought this washing machine with 5 years warranty, I would have thought any problems with machine would have been covered but I was wrong…. 4 months later, I have had the same problem again, seal broke and rubber seal around door seems to be loose. I have been told this is not covered under the warranty! This machine is new and could be classified as faulty from the start. If only I knew I would have pushed back for a refund from the beginning.. Samsung did not even consider that there may be a fault with the machine, but to tell me to pay for repair since not covered under warranty. The fault was due to overloading they said…Within first 5 weeks and again in less than 5 months???!!This is not the cause of overloading as I know I would not do that!!!! It is obvious there is a problem/fault with the machine and design! I have had many washing machines and also Samsung too but never had to encounter this problem and especially within first 5 weeks. I have asked for a refund and Samsung customer service team had told me to go back to the retailer where I bought the washing machine from to try and request for a refund. But when I told them that I purchased it directly from them they were not willing to refund me. Does that make sense?! I’m totally disappointed with Samsung and for not taking any responsibility for their poor product design/faulty product. Stay clear from THIS PRODUCT. I will not be buying anymore products from Samsung again due to product and customer care given!!!!

Très efficace ! Adapté à notre petite famille (2 Adultes et 2 enfants) Grand capacité. D'un design sobre, cela fait le job. Très silencieux et émet quasiment aucune vibration. Beaucoup de programme dont certains ajuste eux même la quantité de lessive à ajouter. Connectable sur le téléphone, il est possible de la préprogrammer, il ne suffira simplement de confirmer le lancement sur la machine directement. L'application permet de connaitre l'état de la machine ainsi que le temps restant avant la fin du lavage. La petit porte en façade pour l'ajout de linge en cours de cycle est un plus même si finalement assez gadget..

First I have to Say A big thank you to the service People that deliver and Plumb in the Washer. While cleans clothes Lovely. It pays to learn the cycles on this washer. But you will find you soon pick them up & get used to it. Love the fill up on washing powder & softener & it uses the amount itself per wash & tells when needs refilling. Now I am Disabled & can use this washer With No issues Really. And you get the peace of mind of a Good warranty on parts & Labour. A great Family washer

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. From using a machine from a number of years ago, this one is much faster and quieter with so many customisable options. Today's clothing is mostly to be washed at 30 degrees and having so many options to do this is fantastic. I can change the rinse cycles, spin speeds and temperature as required, plus a 15 minute quick wash which really does take 15 minutes is amazing meaning I can do two washes on my lunch break when I am working from home.

I bought this a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it. Good choice of programmes, I like the option to add extra programmes e.g bubble soak for stains, intense for soiled items. Can change spin speed and temperature. Useful to have machine clean cycle, it lets you know when it is due. Auto dispense good as doses detergent and softener for required load, can change to manual if required. Add in wash handy for forgotten or dropped items. Good spin. Quiet machine App is handy, you can see when cycle is complete Can definitely recommend this machine. Very easy to customise to your own preferences.

‘I received this washing machine / tumble dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ What can you say about washing machines, well plenty about this one, features are fantastic, yes does all the things you expect of a washing machine but more. Love the auto dose you just fill detergent for softener and liquid cleaner and will inform you when it needs topping up (up to 1 month of washes) and calibrates amount needed for each wash, so no hassle each time you do a wash loading (Does not apply to powder Detergent). Drum cleaner option brilliant reminds you after 40 washes to run.Add wash great when you have teenagers who somehow always forget an item when machine is loaded great idea.Hygiene steam under present world pandemic is great addition or for those who let their pets sleep on their beds. This washing machine even learns your washing habits. App for phone is brilliant I've only had a week and still learning stuff.Simple dial on machine to chose settings although you will find yourself using your phone app it's brilliant. this machine covers all your washes and is better than my last Samsung washing machine and I thought that was good. This is a fantastic washing machine and makes the humdrum laundry wash a joy.I will also be purchasing the Samsung stacking system to create more room.

We’ve been very happy with our Samsung washing machine, which we purchased about a year ago. It has a great selection of programs and being able to setup customised washes via the app has also been handy on a couple of occasions. The machine itself seems very well made and is quiet in operation. Ours is the 1400 spin speed model and the clothes are quite dry when finished meaning the tumble dryer doesn’t have to be on as long in the winter. One particular feature we love is the auto dosing system. We only use it for fabric softener but it’s amazing how little it seems to use. The cloths are still lovely and soft and smell perfect, I can only assume we’ve been using too much softener for years!

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. The washing machine arrived really well packaged, so well in fact it took me about 5 mins to get the packaging off. This made me happy as there would be no way for it to be damaged in any way. The washing machine was very easy to install and get started. I was really surprised at how well the washing machine looks, very stylish, modern and elegant almost like it’s a sin not to have it on display. The washing machine has a variety of different cycles and settings and at first it can seem a bit overwhelming but actually as soon as I connected the machine to the wifi and connected through the Smart Things App it became so effortless and simple to select the right wash. It is easy to use the smart features even if you are not tech savy. I love that I can make custom washing cycles by selecting the different options on the app and sending it directly to the machine. As a family of 4 with a young baby clothes can become stained very easily and sometimes take 2 or 3 washes to get them out. I have found that this machine has been getting those difficult stains out first time. I love the bubble soak feature!! How did I live without this before! Another great feature is the auto dose. We have found that we are using a lot less detergent than previously. The ‘add wash’ door has proven to be a life saver as I often forget to put items in. The machine has been a lifesaver and has fit into our family life with ease. I would highly recommend it.

So far so good. The auto dose has to be set every time so abit annoying rather than setting it once and leaving it. Unless it’s on a speed wash setting the wash length is about 2 hours which I wasn’t impressed at but if you set it to speed wash it does it in an hour. Good points…. It’s much heavier than our old one which was a Candy. It doesn’t dance across the kitchen floor when on spin and it’s noticeably quieter too. With the auto dose it needs liquid detergent so we have switched from powder, we have noticed the clothes are a lot softer than previous washes with the powder, not sure if it just the detergent or the new washing machine too, all in all,we are happy with our purchase so far

Man Proof washing machine!!! My partner doesn't live with me, so I'm in charge of the kids and my own washing. The functionality of this piece of kit is brilliant. Autodose makes sure detergant and conditioner is looked after, when I forget something I can add it in, and I wash things on the right cycle with the Smart Things connectivity and App! Just a little sad that I'm so happy and excited about a home appliance! Hopefully it will last as long as the last one, but time will only tell. I want 10-15 years out of it, and I am hopeful that Samsung has my back here with the 20 Drive life.

I bought this nearly a month ago and I’m so happy with it. Brilliant features and very easy to use. Its greats great that it senses the load before the wash so it works out how long it will take. There's a wire harness that holds the rubber seal in place. When that worked itself loose in less than 8 months I wasn't worried because I had a 5 year warranty. I couldn't have been more wrong. Apparently, the harness and seal are consumable parts (disposable batteries) and Samsung don't consider them to be covered under warranty. We're being held to ransom as an engineer won't come out unless we pay £100 up front. Even after agreeing to pay we still can't get past an army of script reading telephone agents to pay the ransom and get someone out. It's been about 2 weeks now, we're using launderettes and I'm still waiting for a response from head office who received my desperate email a week ago.

I bought this model to replace my previous Samsung washing machine which I loved. I like the features of this model a lot but I find that stains are not being removed. My old Samsung wax much better at this. I’m sure if this is due to the dosing system, but it’s certainly not ax good as my old Samsung machine.

Overall it's a good washing machine but the delicate cycle which is supposed to be used to clean hand wash only items is unbelievably bad. The detergent is not fully rinsed with this cycle and spin is not good so everything comes very wet. I have to put extra towels on the floor after I hang the clothes because otherwise the excess water coming from the clothes would damage the flooring, it's that much water! When I want to add another spin cycle or a rinse cycle, it doesn't let me. Throughout years I used several washing machines and none of them had the hand wash cycle this bad.

I was happy with my machine until something went wrong. I have it around six months. The rubber seal on the add wash door came off during a wash, wrapped itself around an item of clothing and destroyed the clothing. When I rang Samsung, and noted that the rubber seal in the main door of the machine has a small chip in it (which appeared not long after I got the machine), Samsung are now saying that the machine has no warranty, and will not address that the machine destroyed an item of clothing. So even though my machine is only a few months old, and two things have gone wrong on it, I am expected to pay for repair and have no warranty until I do. I expected the machine to care for my family's clothes, not destroy them. I expected better customer service from Samsung.

I've had this machine a few weeks had a Samsung previously and got the more upgraded version this time.. I'm impressed. The auto dose is brilliant and I will save a fortune with this as I was very heavy handed when it came to the liquid and fabric softener. There is lots of cycles to choose from aswell. And I'm always dropping stuff from the pile so now I can pause the cycle pop it in the small door and start..its great just what I needed. Abit more expensive than some brands but once I had a Samsung washing machine I was never going to go back to any other brand.

I purchased the Samsung washing machine with high hopes, but it has been nothing short of a disaster. After just a few washes, my clothes come out smelling terrible, as if they’ve been sitting in a damp basement. To make matters worse, my clothing has been damaged after only a year of use. Stain removal is hopeless with this model; I've tried everything, and nothing works. It’s infuriating to see all these positive reviews, which I suspect come from people who haven't really put this machine to the test yet. Now, a year down the road, the auto dispensers have stopped working and don’t even ask for detergent anymore. This machine has been a huge disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Look for a more reliable option!

Great washing machine but I only have it for 1.5 years and it already broke down 3 times, in one of which the whole room was filled with water. They keep fixing it which is nice but it doesn't stay that way for long time, I worry that once the warranty is over it will be a very very heavy paper weight. So if you like using your friends washing machines I would recommend getting this one as a decoration piece.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. Great machine really love using it and selecting the different wash settings via the app, being a busy mum the notifications through the app are great and really useful. The clothes come out super clean everytime and i find that with the auto dispenser i am using much less detergent than before. Really a great machine.

Do not purchase this machine if there is a 1% chance you will leave something in a pocket! Had mine less than three months and the plastic drum has been cracked by a coin. Samsung do not want to know - I consider if something doesn't last more than 6 months it is not fit for purpose.

After my previous washing machine (not Samsung) broke down I was forced to start looking for a new one. A friend had recommended Samsung to me and having already got another appliance with them I figured I'd give it a go! How happy I am that I chose the machine that I did! The series 6 has every feature going and best of all it's very very quiet even on a full spin.The smart control through my Samsung Phone works flawlessly and allows me to completely control the machine even when out of the house which for me is a godsend. I can add into the wash if needed and the autodosing feature is already saving me money. One fantastic feature that not many have mentioned is the delay feature, what is very clever though is rather than having it be set up for when you want your clothes to start washing you can set it to when you want them to end which I think is ingenious. My clothes have never felt better or newer after coming out of the machine. If you're seriously looking and in the market for a new machine look no further.

Easy set up and so many options for wash cycles including your own personal settings that can be controlled through the app. It will tell you when it has finished with a ping on your phone and joyful tune from the machine. What a beautiful machine she is. Not only aesthetically but my god doing my washing is an absolute joy. It took me a minute to understand the programming as the instructions are basic. The App is super easy but I haven’t worked out how to refine the details like liquid quantities through the App so I’m doing that manually on the machine. This machine worked for about 2.1 years (literally just out of warranty) then the drum started collapsing. It is a common problem - Google it online!!!

J’adore ce nouveau lave linge, les fonctionnalités, les différents programmes et surtout celui pour laver le tambour, c’est excellent. En plus de la fonctionnalité de programmation via son téléphone. Tout pour plaire. En plus cet appareil lave bien, le rinçage est parfait. L´essorage se fait sans bruit. Le plus, le hublot et la trappe pour rajouter un vêtement oublié. C’est bien pensé. A voir dans le temps la durée de ce lave linge qui en ravira plus d’un.

Do not buy this washing machine !!! Ever since I bought this washing machine I had nothing but problems !! Automatic dispnser not working again ! After waiting 6 months for samsung to finally send someone to fix it ( wasn't dispensing fabric softener) , another problem with dispensing detergent !! I have had it with this washing machine ! I do clean it regularly and look after it ! Its only 2 years old and I want to send it down the river to be frank 🤨

I’ve always loved the functionality of an add wash door which I had in my previous machine. It’s great for a stray sock to be added after a wash has already started saving the wait of building up more laundry to clean. It’s also great for adding those cleaning products being added to the drum reducing any of it falling back out had you have the door open. A new feature that I am enjoying with this new machine is the auto dose function. Gone are the days of over using product and wasting money. This simple little feature has helped reduce wastage and make starting a laundry easier and quicker. Overall, these 2 features paired with its easy to use display, Wi-Fi connectivity containing preloaded laundry recipes that have been saving my clothes and its sleek design, I could not be happier having this in my home and part of my Samsung smart home.

Très déçu par cet achat. Lave linge extrêmement bruyant lors de l'essorage. Inutilisable. SAV contacté, alors que le lave ligne a été acheté il y a à peine un moins. Devoir faire marcher la garantie au bout d'un mois est inacceptable. Samsung possède t-il un service de contrôle de la qualité de ses produits ? Si oui, alors je pense que le cas de ce lave linge est à prendre en compte : le réparateur doit se déplacer samedi 02 Juillet 2022

I bought my Ai Samsung washing machine and few weeks ago and I was blown away being able to control it from my phone, a real bonus but the machine itself is much quieter than my pprevious machine, very sturdy well made machine, but the add-in door is brilliant as i uusually forget something to put in,saves a 2nd wash,and being able to program the amount of detergent and softener is really the icing on the cake, highly recommended.

Our old Bosch Washer was jumping across the utility floor and was considerably noisy and coming to the end of operational life. We chose a Samsung following a family member who has had a Samsung Washer for over 8 years without any issues. The price was not only competitive but with a 5 year warranty it was too much of a bargain to turn down. It has the benefit of Wi Fi programming as well as a good luck and very quite operation.

Super machine à laver que j'utilise depuis maintenant 10jours, il est vrai que je suis adepte des machines à laver samsung qui ont une longue durée de vie malgré l'usage intensif que j'en fais. Celle ci est une merveille elle me permet grâce à sa grande capacité de réduire le nombres de lessives que je fais dans la semaine. J'économise également grâce la lessive car elle utilise seulement ce quelle a besoin en fontion du poids du linge. La fonction vapeur est juste top elle permet de se débarrasser des bactéries je l'utilise pour les draps et autres linge de lit et c'est vraiment parfait. Elle est tellement silencieuse que cela m'étonne à chaque fois. Et le petit plus qui fait toute oa différence la fonction addwash qui me permet d'ajouter la chaussette oubliée directement dans la machine sans devoir attendre la prochaine . Vraiment le top cette machine.

So easy to operate. Lovely and quiet and that is without using the silent mode. Has so many wash functions and additional functions. Washing is just a breeze with this machine. I have the Autodose version but I use pods which are fine to use. Can't praise this machine enough. It was bought to replace my old machine which has become very noisy but to be fair it was a good few years old.

Produit très simple à prendre en main et à utiliser au quotidien. Ce lave linge de grande capacité se montre efficace dans son usage sur les différents types de programmes et tissus. Very happy with our new washing machine. The auto dose feature is a nice enhancement, saves me topping up on every wash and I get a warning anyway when the detergent level is low. I haven't used the add wash feature at all, maybe other people find the occasional item to add after the washing cycle starts, just not us. Looks wise, it's really stylish. Great quality from Samsung again.

Unfortunately the Auto softner draw appears to have a common fault, had to replace it after 5 months initially, but it was inside the 2 year warrantee period so no problem, however it has again gone faulty again (same problem) after nearly 2 years on from the repair but we're now outside the warrantee, so to me this washing machine is only good for as long as the warrantee lasts.

Lave-linge très simple d'utilisation. Je le trouve très pratique et les programmes sont claires et précis. J'adore le fait qu'il faut remplir le bac à lessive et soupline et la machine se charge de mettre juste ce qu'il faut pour le lavage du linge cela évite d'en mettre trop. l'application Smart Things est très bien également, il faut simplement le temps de la prendre en main.

Très déçu de cette machine de dernière génération, elle lave bien, les programmes sont simples, les fonctionnalités bien adaptées mais souvent le linge dans différents programmes ressort extrêmement froissé, même des vêtements qui ne nécessitent pas de repassage sont obligés d'y passer. Nous avons fait plusieurs lessives depuis 2 semaines et le résultat est le meme ...

Le côté pratique de l autodose je trouve ça bien, mais on ne peut pas vraiment choisir son programme le hublot ne sert pas à grand chose le système connecté ne sert à rien à part signaler l arrêt de la machine mais on ne peut pas la démarrer à distance ni en différé c’est dommage je m attendais à beaucoup mieux rapport qualité prix pas interessant !

Après avoir eu pendant 8 an une machine à laver d’une autre marque j’ai décidé de voir ce que valent les machines Samsung et dire que je ne suis pas déçus est faible. Machine silencieuse même pendant l’essorage. Très simple d’utilisation, toutes les informations nécessaires à un bon nettoyage sont affichées sur l’écran. Je la recommande chaudement.

I love this machine and it’s features. The app is great, you select the types of clothes you are washing and it designs a program that you send to the machine over the wifi! The gadgets might not be for everyone but I love it. Auto dosing makes life much easier too, and it’s quiet too. Great features for washing and all round great machine.

Assez compliqué de se retrouver dans les programmes d'autant qu'aucune notice n'est livrée avec la machine. Il faut télécharger le mode d'emploi sur Internet. Heureusement la machine est "intelligente" et reconnaît les programmes les plus utilisés. Attention à bien répartir le linge sinon l'essorage ne se fait pas.

J'ai aimé le contrôle à distance, les bacs de lessive et adoucissant avec le dosage automatique. Par contre ne pas pouvoir désactiver la sonnerie d'allumage et un gros inconvénient et un raccourci ou un bouton physique pour les départs différés serait plus pratique. Je suis satisfait de cette machine. Cordialement

I was looking for a washer with both a delay timer and rinse hold, so that I could do a full load of washing overnight using the cheaper electricity I have access to, which is why I chose this Samsung washing machine.  Unfortunately, you can't use rinse hold when using the delay timer, which is not mentioned in the owners manual PDF, which I read pre-purchase, or online.  Not allowing the two to work together requires you to either get up in the middle of the night to manually start the machine with rinse hold activated or you use the delay timer and have the wet washing sit in the drum for hours until you get up.  You can of course select zero spin, which will of course leave the washing wet until you're ready to spin it but it's still very disappointing to not be able to use the main feature we purchased this particular machine for.  For those wishing to access Rinse Hold, you will find it via the spin speed button, along with 0 spin.  Another feature we were interested in was the steam function, which we stupidly assumed would allow us to add steam to a particular cycle of our choosing, such as a full load of towels/bedding or even select a steam only cycle to refresh clean clothes or clothing removed from storage.  Unfortunately Samsung have restricted steam to just one cycle where it is integral, rather than optional, so you can forget adding steam to reduce creasing or refreshing still clean clothes, such as a school uniform.  Big miss from Samsung when they go to the trouble of including a steam function and then practically make it useless.  Another feature we were interested to try was Auto Dose, which sounds good until you realise you can't actually input within the settings the amount of liquid to dose when you fill the compartment.  This might sound like a minor point but the machine has no idea of the concentration of what it's actually dosing, for example a concentrated liquid, and bases the amount on the washing load but not also the recommended amount recommended by the liquid manufacturer, which can be as low as 20ml for a 6kg load.  The big German manufacturer of home appliances allows you to scan the barcode of your laundry liquid and the machine is then updated with the precise amount to auto dose after weighing the load.  The Samsung does allow you to select Low, Med &  High when choosing to use auto dose detergent or indeed switch this off if you prefer to manually add powder or indeed liquid detergent in the separate compartment (no manual option for softener), but these options still can't inform the machine of how much to dose.  The result is even when set to Low, most washes need at least three rinses or sometimes more to remove the detergent, which can easily add an extra 30 minutes to the cycle.    What's especially odd is you can actually choose from 1x - 3x concentration for softener in the settings (1x for more softener) but no such option for detergent. Another feature missing is the ability to combine both the detergent and softener compartments for use with just detergent, which some other manufacturers such as Bosch include.  Another big issue for us is the difficulty the machine has in spinning loads our old previous 10 year old washer wouldn't blink at.  This can add an additional 20 minutes on top of the suggested cycle time whilst the machine tries to find it's rhythm and it's not a pleasant sight as the drum bounces and bangs around the casing, even moving the front panel and door back and forth.  If you're really unlucky it will just sit at 9 mins and stay there until you intervene by cancelling the program, redustributing the load yourself and then selecting the spin cycle.  This is a first for us and seems to be a common issue and complaint with Samsung washing machines but one I only became aware of post-purchase.  This machine has plenty of program choice but the towels program is limited to just 4kg and bedding to just 2kg, so we basically use Cottons for a full load and SuperSpeed59 for loads of 5kg or less. The latter doesn't weigh the load unlike other programs as the time is fixed, so it will dose a high fixed amount of detergent, which in turn will require a minimum of 3 rinses if my experience is anything to go by.  Cycle times can be long and unlike most machines these days, Samsung does not give you the option to reduce the time.  Apologies for the length of the review but had I read something like this, which highlighted these issues, I would not have bought this or any other Samsung washing machine for that matter.  One piece of advice I have received and will adhere to in future is:  Do not purchase white goods from manufacturers of TV's, laptops and mobile phones as resources and expertise are spread too thinly.  I still have my fault free, 10 year old washer from another manufacturer sat in the garage, which despite its age even has a delay timer plus the ability to reduce a cycle time, and it's looking more tempting by the day.

Après 10 jours d’utilisation intensive, cette machine Samsung WW10T684DLH est parfaite. Elle est silencieuse (je l’ai même fait tourner une nuit pour tester). Elle lave parfaitement, et heureusement, c’est sa fonction première. J’ai testé sur le linge de tous les jours, sur des vêtements sales après des travaux (avec des traces de peinture, de terre et autre), sur des draps, sur couettes et oreillers, des tapis, etc... Les nombreux programmes de lavage permettent de laver de façon optimale, avec un linge qui ressort propre et qui sent bon, notamment grâce au distributeur automatique de lessive et de soupline. Esthétiquement la machine est belle, et possède un double hublot pour ajouter du linge en cours de cycle. Cependant, la machine est un peu plus grande que les standards, ce n’est pas un problème pour moi, mais restez vigilant. Le lave linge est connecté et vous prévient par notification sur votre téléphone lorsque la lessive est terminée. Je recommande fortement ce produit !

Love the auto dosing feature-great for the family learning to use the machine. The notifications on my phone when the machine has finished is really useful if I'm not in-i can ask the husband to empty it (he doesn't think this is a great feature). Nice and quiet-easy to set up and use.

washing machine does not connect to my (samsung) phone or my partners. Washing machine is also incredibly loud (everytime a wash ends the machine does a 20 second jingle). Not worth the money. Touch screen makes everything harder to work than easier.

Samsung has to be the top company to purchase from. Item breaks down someone is out to repair it in a few days. If it cannot be repaired it will be replaced under warranty. Samsung certainly beat LG for service repairs and customer service.

I bought this machine, like so many things, because it is highly rated by Which? It does a fine job of washing clothes, but there are a couple of annoyances. The major one is that I used the conditioner dispenser in my old machine for antibacterial cleanser. In this auto-dose machine it thinks it knows better than me how much fluid to take from the conditioner tank and leaves all the cleanser I put in there. The only work around seems to be to put the machine on for a wasteful extra rinse and put the cleanser in the AddWash door. I find it very annoying that all the clever technology that I don't want has resulted in such a basic feature being removed. If this had occurred to me before buying the machine I wouldn't have. The other issue is that it wobbles a great deal when building up the spin speed. Oddly it’s fine when spinning fast. It was so bad we contacted Samsung because we sure there was a fault. An engineer said it was normal and suggested using a “Steady Spin”. That has helped but it still seems surprising the violent wobbling is considered normal.
