Bought for my daughter as a laptop for uni. It’s a good performing laptop and does all she needs it to do.

A sleek laptop for a budget price. Lots of input ports are available, including HDMI and ethernet, which is great. One major flaw is the fan, anytime you increase the laptop speed, the fan is on continuously which must be at least 60 dB, it's far too loud. There is no option to upgrade the RAM manually either as the laptop is sealed shut. The display isn't great for watching videos, which doesn't bother me as I use an external monitor and don't watch videos on it.

I like the sleek design and display of the laptop. however, one huge disappointment is that i'm not able to set up fingerprint sign-in. Although all the youtube videos and reviews i saw before purchasing this pc told me that it has a fingerprint sign-in option. Very disappointed by the lack of this feature. A 2024 Laptop with a fingerprint reader which is not supported by windows hello?

just moved from the Galaxy Book the first gen to book 4, which I thought would be a huge difference, but unfortunately, I don't see that. The screen quality is the same, and no keyboard backlight. Even the speed, I don't see the difference, although this is a 13th-gen i7.

Find it very slow,and does not support Android which a lot of apps I'm wanting are Google play apps.When wanting to download an app,comes up with share and only option is my phone,Chrome book not in option. Would check next time that it supports Android. Great for downloading Games if that's what you want. Unfortunately I don't.
Lovely galaxy notepad my old one came to it’s end after 14 years wasn’t going to bother but have to use one at work I’m not very tech but was easy to set up so far battery life good much easier to navigate than my old one still trying to get used to it did think bit pricey no problem so far delivery was good

Laptop died after 14 months, will not charge and will not power up. Very unhappy about the reliability. The warranty has expired, so an expensive repair is likely.

As small laptop, it's very light, easy to carry. Beautiful to access but I am yet to master it's capability, hence the score on performance.I love it 😀

I purchased this lovely laptop hoping the battery life will last. But it zaps very fast which does not make it all that excellent.
Works great, does the job, perfect for everyday tasks like the internet, YouTube, Netflix and MetaTrader.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
