Would be 5 starts were it not for the fact that the screen cracked *on its own* in a long, thin line across the entire screen. I watched it happening in absolute horror while I was typing. It's a clear manufacturing issue, yet I had to pay £500 to get it fixed on top of the £3200 I spent a mere month ago to buy the laptop because you will not admit this is an issue. Your own forum is full of people who have experienced the exact same issue. It's been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience.

Disappointing to learn that Samsung has opted to "go cheap" on their flagship 16" laptop by implementing a keyboard replete with dual-function keys rather than a full 102/103 key keyboard like on their older 15.6" NP-770 / NP-880 models ...and iced the cake by limiting the OS choice to Windows 11 Home!!!

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Ultra is a sleek Windows laptop with potent CPU and GPU performance, a vibrant 16-inch OLED display, and incredible battery life. It's build on an elegant, lightweight chassis and for my requirements this laptop provides excellent performance and audio quality. It's a pricey machine, but it is top quality. My only niggle is that it comes with a bulky AC adapter and the 'caps lock' key light doesn't stay on.

I absolutely adore this laptop. I went from a galaxy book2 pro to galaxy book3 pro and now I have the galaxy book4 ultra and I'm so glad I upgraded. I use this daily for teams calls, doing super large spreadsheets and I use it for a lot of Internet based apps. I went for the top of the range model and I'm hoping this will last me a while (although I want the snapdragon powered version when it finally arrives) This seamlessly connects to my S24 ultra and I use my Tab S9 ultra as a second screen and it's brilliant. I don't think I'll ever go back to that 'other' brand while the products are this awesome. I only have ONE bad thing to say about the Galaxy book4 ultra. I live in the UK and we didn't ge the dedicated Copilot button as the USA did and I have no idea why. Maybe they will be able to supply me with a key so I can swap right ctrl out as I've remapped it to activate Copilot. (I have given 2 stars for features because of this missing component) Thanks again Samsung you've done good!

The amount of power this computer has in a sleek thin form factor is really something. Using photoshop and premiere on the move with rendering times this fast is incredible for productivity. There really is almost nothing to complain about here. Only things I'd suggest for the next model is windows hello face recognition and a smaller gallium nitride charger because this power brick is massive. I'm fortunate to have already got ankers gallium nitride chargers but I think using that tech in the next chargers would be great.

Extraordinarily fast and stable - blows my last generation Macbook Pro work computer away. This is my third Samsung laptop and none of them have disappointed.

I’ve been using the Galaxy Book4 for a few weeks now, and the AMOLED display is honestly in a league of its own—the colors are incredibly vibrant and the anti-reflective coating actually works. Performance is snappy thanks to the new Intel Core Ultra chips, and it handles heavy multitasking without breaking a sweat. It’s remarkably thin for how much power it packs. If you’re already in the Samsung ecosystem, the 'Multi Control' feature (using one mouse/keyboard across your laptop and tablet) is a game changer. Worth every penny.

Excellent display, very good design in a compact package

The Galaxy Book4 Ultra has been an excellent surprise and easily one of the best laptops I’ve owned. What stands out immediately is how light and portable it is for a 16” performance laptop. Battery life has been great, easily handling a full workday without constantly reaching for the charger. The touchscreen is fantastic — responsive, sharp, and genuinely useful for productivity and creative tasks. Graphics performance is excellent, easily handling demanding workloads and making everything from media to multitasking feel smooth. The memory is more than enough, keeping everything fast and responsive, and the storage capacity is just right for my needs. The intel core Ultra 9 processor ensures there is nothing too data hungry that this cant handle. I’ve owned premium gaming laptops for years, and this machine is what finally made me switch from a high-end gaming brand to Samsung. Despite the power, the laptop stays quiet with no loud fan noise, which is a huge plus. Connectivity has been solid as well — it connects flawlessly to my dual-monitor setup at work. Overall, this is a great product that balances performance, processing speed, portability, and premium design extremely well. Highly recommended

The touchpad is not precise and hard to make small adjustments with and also sluggish. The resolution is not compatible with the VPN I use for work, making everything I work on very small...about size 3 font. The Samsung website is incredibly circular making it very difficult to navigate to anything helpful. When I finally got to a portion of the website to get an appointment to take my computer in, all the choices on the website were greyed out and couldn't be selected.

This laptop far exceeds every other laptop in terms of performance. Although I have an issue with some of the samsung connectivity in the samsung experience apps, I am still satisfied on the overall ease of use, power, and quality of the laptop. Highly recommend.

This Galaxybook is exactly what I needed. It is a lightweight, but powerful machine. It is great for work, school, or personal use.

First of all, I have had this laptop since June of 2024. I was ecstatic when I learned Samsung was delivering a laptop capable of catering to the demands of gamers and creators, and I have to say I am impressed. With all things Samsung in my home I pretty much prefer the Book4 Ultra over any flagship gaming system/brand simply because I like things to be seamless and versatile. I'm not a hardcover gamer, but it has handled all the popular games with ease, in addition as a student and a professional, I am able to easily manage my whole life in one place. My only recommendations moving forward for the Book5 Ultra model to Samsung is to equip the system with a powerful cooling system, and to all shoppers interested in this laptop do consider a simple fan cooling system. This is a rather powerful computer, especially when upgrading the OS the Pro for Workstations and reinforcing security protocols/overclocking hardware. Note: I bought my cooling fan the same day and have never had an issue, it also keeps internal components clean by limiting intake of debris and dust. Hope this helps!

This laptop meets the requirements for my data science class for big data.

A solid laptop built with high-end components that costs less than 1/2 of what the other brands are charging for similar products. And, it integrates seamlessly with my other Samsung devices! No regrets.

I freaking love this computer. I would never buy any other brand now that I have experienced this one. I had other laptops and they truly pale in comparison to this one. I am so happy to have purchased this...I love samsung.

While powerful, stylish, and with a good display, this laptop has terrible power efficiency. Even plugged into the wall, the battery dies out if you want to play a demanding video game for a couple of hours. I've tried the provided charger as well as a 140W one. both end up intermittently having the same issue. Ordinarily, I'd be more accepting of this issue, but given the price, I had expectations that were unfortunately not met.
