We brought this as we like the idea of the cutlery draw leaving more space below. There lies the problem. We have standard ikea plates (as do most people) the lack of height means that the cleaning arm for the cup level keeps hitting the plates/ttrays and not cleaning the top layer. Also you can’t get all pots and trays in at an angle either as the same problem happens. It is an economical machine until you have to put it on again to do a second wash. I wouldn’t buy again especially for the price!!

Doesn't clean anything well. We pre rinse everything before loading and use the correct spacing, yet end up double washing everything anyway. Also the racks are very badly designed.

This is the worst dishwasher I've had the misfortune to own. It's regularly flooding due to the poor filter design, which results in an error code until I empty out the flood tray (not a quick job). The spray arm hits the back of the dishwasher when the tray is in the high position. There are always some dishes that need rewashing. It feels cheap and is not worth the high price. I've never had such a high-maintenance and fickle machine. Avoid.

I regret buying this rubbish. I chose the wrong one!! The programme is 3 hours 45minutes! There is a one hour programme which does not do a very good job. Even on the full programme the dishes etc are still wet.

WARNING - I've had this dishwasher for a matter of weeks before it started flooding my kitchen. I've had to pay plumbers to rectify damage caused to the machine by Samsung upon installation, and the machine still regularly leaked and ran without putting any water in. After escalating the issue to Samsung for over 4 months, they sent an engineer in, who removed half a peanut from below the filter (which has excessively long and wide gaps in, enough to probably fit a piece of penne through), and claimed that the half a peanut was the reason my kitchen was flooding regularly. Save yourself a few hundred pounds and buy elsewhere.

Appalling. Had it for 3 years and it constantly leaks. Our previous SMEG lasted 11 years with no issues. Samsung say they can send someone to fix it … £100 call out fee plus anything they find. Utter rubbish, avoid unless you want to be stung later. 3 years! The thing is practically brand new!

Bought this dishwasher to replace a 12 year old Whirlpool which never missed a beat until it finally died. Thought I'd 'upgrade' and go for this Samsung, what a mistake that was! We've had it 6 months and had the engineers out to it 3 times already with different fault codes. They have changed nearly every serviceable part and yet the fault still comes back. Yet Samsung still refuse to swap the unit for a new one Surely this is costing Samsung more in callout fees and spare parts that just replacing what is a duff appliance?

I’ve had dishwashers before and this is hands down the worst one. Everything that could go wrong has. The final straw and two plumbing engineers later is that the entire “motherboard” fascia has broken (I get the LC, and either random acronyms) and I have a quote for £400 to replace it all. Honestly if I could swear on here I would.

I've had this appliance for 19 months now. I've also had 3 engineer visits within that period and the first was after 2 months of ownership all for the same fault. 3 new pumps and 3 new flood sensors. Samsung don't want to do anything about and appear to be hopping for the warranty to expire. Avoid or just through your cash in the drain.

I wouldn’t recommend this product. It came up with an error code. Samsung sent someone out to fix it which took nearly 4 weeks. Then it’s broke again and I came home to a flooded kitchen. It has ruined my kitchen. Before this the design is rubbish doesn’t fit my plates in, cups and glasses do not fit on the top shelf due to the cutlery tray. The dishwasher only gets thing clean on the longest setting which is around 3 hours. Then doesn’t actually dry either. Overall really disappointed and would t but another Samsung product.

Brought this machine after it was so highly rated by Which. What a mistake. This is the worst dishwasher I have had(5 previous machines) It does not clean the dishes. Every time I use it I have to check all the items to see what has washed and what has to be washed in the sink. The machine is less than a year old and early on the "PC" error message was displayed and this is an almost constant occurrence. I am waiting again for an engineer to try and solve the problem. Very disappointed.

Turned up with a large dent in the front of it, door misaligned. The outer packaging was fine, so must have been damaged before packing/transportation. Contacted customer chat straight away who quickly organised the collection of the damaged product, but told me I have to wait 7-10 days after they receive the product back for a replacement to be sent out. Not best pleased when I could order another one for next day delivery... the customer support team are going to ring me to discuss my issue but they work on a que based system and they are unsure when I will be contacted. Must be a long queue over 48hrs later and nothing heard from them... unable to rate the product yet.

It’s not the worst dishwasher I’ve had but for the price I was expecting a lot more, it doesn’t always clean / or drain properly and the noise it makes when the door is open like a fan is going is really annoying I would not recommend this product especially as mine is only two years old I have a Samsung washing machine and that’s amazing so was expecting the same level of quality but sadly not

The dishwasher is good as a basic appliance, however it lacks some of the gadgets that other dishwashers in the same price bracket include. There is no light on the floor so you do not know when the machine has finished, I have opened the door a number of times now when it is still going. The cutlery basket has holes for knives etc to slot into, however a number of our utensils and the kids cutlery does not fit into the holes. The cutlery basket top cannot be opened back on itself and put into the machine as it is in the way. There is a cutlery tray at the top but it is too slanted and the items fall off. Yes it washes the dishes but the design could be vastly improved and we prefer our old machine which cost considerably less.

When it works, it's really good, but my reasoning for three stars is the pure amount of maintenance it requires. Jets consistently getting blocked (unlike any other dishwasher I've owned) and it doesn't ever seen to be able to clean cups oddly.

Having previous dishwasher for 15 years. I am quite disappointed with this new machine . Performance is not good. Tea mugs come out with tea stain. You can not fit regular size dinner plates.Small size wine glasses or coffee mugs don’t fit. Plate rails are too narrow, you can not put bowls properly. Cutleries keep popping out from their rail. When the cycle finish , dishes are too wet. Shortly design and performance are not good.

Bought this as an emergency replacement for for a 10 year old Miele that had reached the end of it's life. It is certainly not up to the standard of the old Miele, but it was only 2 thirds the price. It washes well and drying is okay when using intensive, running the auto or ECO program it is necessary to hand dry not only plastic items but also plates and cutlery. It has a reasonable selection of programs, the rinse is a useful option for clearing plates that will be left before washing. There are a few niggles that frustrate this household, firstly as mentioned, the drying performance is not particularly good, next it wont remember the previous wash program but always resets to ECO, which washes okay but the drying is terrible, there is no counterbalance adjustment for the door and it's really stiff to open fully, cutlery is not held securely in the cutlery tray, tends to fall over, no light to tell when the dishwasher is running unlike the Miele which has a bright LED and light pipe in the steam shield or the Bosch which projects remaining time onto the floor, the trays are stiff to push fully home and are rather flimsy. The basket layout could also be better, cups and cereal bowls don't fit well and it's not easy to find places for soup bowls and larger plates alongside pans. This is not a bad dishwasher, it washes well although drying isn't brilliant but could be much better. It's probably unfair to compare it to a miele, however I don't think it is quite up to the level of Bosch either. It would be a much better machine with a little more attention to detail, provide a running indicator, revise the basket layout, add a 'last program used' memory and include a door counterbalance adjustment and it might get 5 stars. Oh, and get rid of the sliding door feature! It might be okay on a new kitchen installation if there are no un-used hinge mounting points, but when this dishwasher is replacing a previous one, when you open the door and the outer door slides up you see all the holes and marks left from mounting it to the previous dishwasher. A good idea in principal, but it has too many drawbacks in real life.

This is so rubbish. Bought this to replace an old beko machine, thinking it would be an upgrade. Rather than a cutlery basket, it has a cutlery tray, which can be used for storing dirty cutlery before, during and after wash cycles have been performed, until such a time as the user removes them, and washes them manually. Some dishwashers can't cope with large items because the they obstruct the rotary arms and prevent cleaning. Fair enough. In the case of this machine, large items include dinner plates. I kid you not, there is no area of this dishwasher that can accommodate dinner plates without obstructing the rotary arms. Actually, this is not strictly true - two dinner plates can be a compared at each of the two edges, but no more. Unfortunately, even with the arms unobstructed, it just doesn't clean anything. The older and cheaper beko machine was much better and I really regret buying this piece of junk instead of getting the old beko repaired. The Samsung machine is less than a month old by the way, it was crap from brand new.

I bought this dishwasher to replace my 9 year old Smeg which was too expensive to repair. So far I have found it to wash crockery and cutlery really well and like the selection of different programmes offered and the flexibility of the folding plate racks. I particularly like the cutlery rack as opposed to the basket as everything comes out clean every time. Operation is so quiet that I have had to check to see if it’s working! I like the way that it switches itself off once the wash has finished. I have noticed a peculiar sort of new smell when it’s going but I guess that will go in time. All in all I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

One would think that over the years appliances would be getting better. Sadly not so. My old dishwasher was so much better. The Samsung is okay. But there are a lot of areas I'm very disappointed with. 1) The plate racks are so close it's nearly impossible to load anything next to each other. 2) It never fully dries the dishes and there is always a lot of water left pooling 3) The bottom filter design allows food to get under it rather than trap it all 4) Food particles ( like lentils) get caught in water holes of the spinner arms . So does it work... well yes but I would give anything to have my old dishwasher back which worked much more brilliantly until it packed in the final time and we thought it made more sense to get a new one than worry about a repair.

Ok so I ordered this to match my fridge freezer, then read the reviews and got mixed messages!! So wasn’t sure at first if I had made the right choice. Dishwasher was delivered well wrapped and all good . . We installed it ourselves which was easy . The cutlery rack is brilliant as it’s above the racks, you lay out the cutlery instead of bunching it up in a container style rack. The top tray is adjustable so I can fit everything in so no complaints from me .

Bought this dishwasher in December 2020, as soon as it was plumbed in it said it had a fault. Had to wait 2 weeks for a repair man to inspect it who confirmed that there was a problem with the brand new dishwasher and requested a replacement. We are still awaiting for this replacement. I would definitely not recommend this dishwasher and communication with Samsung because of a brand new dishwasher that never worked has been appalling.

The Samsung replaced a 10 year old Bosch dishwasher, but has not proved to be a good choice for several reasons. The baskets are flimsy, poorly designed and offer inadequate support for items such as glasses. There are very limited options for adjusting basket compartments to fit different sized items. The machine has two baskets and a cutlery tray – so three in all – the bottom basket and the cutlery tray have fixed positions, the upper basket has two positions – low and high – the difference being 5 cm. With the upper basket in the lower position there is inadequate height in the lower basket to fit dinner plates and with the upper basket in the higher position there is inadequate height for wine glasses in the upper basket. By taking out one of the two cutlery sections it is possible to fit small wine glasses in one side of the upper basket and by removing the cutlery tray altogether the upper basket does become a little more useful. But this defeats the purpose of having a cutlery tray and the machine does not come with a cutlery basket – fortunately, we kept are old one, as we have ended up removing the cutlery tray to make the machine more usable. Overall far from impressed, yes it does clean well and there are more programme options than most folk will ever need. But the baskets are pretty useless and the practical capacity of the machine is no where near the advertised 14 places. Cannot recommend.

Appliance look premium but nothing else. We ordered one last week to replace our old one as it died just before Christmas. After connecting I’ve found out that it’s faulty and basically doesn’t work as drain pump works on constantly even when appliance is turned off. The front door looks alright with lcd display but it is so flimsy that I don’t expect it will last long. Samsung booked an engineer to fix it but he will arrive after Christmas so we’ve spend £500 before Christmas to have Christmas with no dishwasher..

Avoid this dishwasher. We bought it for it's sleek silver look that would match our samsung fridge. However, it's a horrendous machine to clean dishes. The worst thing is that you can't put in normal sized dinner plates. The space between the bottom rack and the top rack means the spinning arm just hits the plates and doesn't spin round likes it's supposed to. So it doesn't clean the plates like it should. Also, there is so much water when the cycle's finished. Crockery and cutlery is still wet, and you have to manually dry them before putting them away. Samsung have tried to be clever with the cutlery tray, but it just doesn't work well for me. The cutlery doesn't sit as well in the tray as my last dishwasher. There also seems to be less space in the top rack. All in all I really don't like the way this dishwasher works. No normal sized dinner plates allowed as they'll get in the way of the spinning arm, and leaves items still wet!

Does not dry dishes, even engineer agrees to this. Samsung will not return dishwasher as they will say it performs to a standard. The plates do not stack well, poor desing, you have to spread the plates in order to wash effectively as if the crate is full will not wash them. DO NOT BUY, customer support also not up to standard. I was left on the phone for hours being bounced back from one department to another. Please see images of WET utensils after the wash with highest heat seting.

I've had the misfortune to own this dishwasher for two months now. I started to seriously think about tossing it only after a week; only the fact that 500 euros is big money to me keeps me from counting the purchase as a loss. I made the purchase in a rush and didn't research reviews properly. I chose Samsung as I had owned a good laundry washer made by them. It needed some maintenance which was done by the company's superb in-house service. I cannot understand how the same company can put out such different products. The dishwasher is a nightmare: - It doesn't dry properly, but worse is that it also doesn't rinse well. You need to check every item when unloading and leave 20% for a rewash. Worse still, the hatch collects food-waste residue on both the bottom hinge area as well as on top, to the area you'll place your fingers when you push the hatch towards the floor. - The baskets are flimsy, they don't pull out & in without sticking to the supports. The basket prongs are, by law, too short making it difficult to fill the machine economically. Tall glasses fit only down. Wine glasses are especially tough. If placed on the upper basket, in diagonal, on the designated rest, they don't wash inside. Down, there's very few places where they'll stay upright. The cutlery tray isn't working either: in theory it is adjustable, but flimsy it is too, and stuff tends to slide away when the tray is slightly slanted. - Before you consider buying, do download the user manual & check the programmes. Our daily need is the "intensive + Hygiene" with a running time of over 3 hours. The fast programs don't wash properly. The one positive thing is the outer design: its sleek and easy to keep clean. To conclude, do not repeat my mistake. Stay afar from this model.

Please avoid this machine,I am still waiting to get one that actually works,program controller failed,then when replaced did not clean and then when that replaced pump did not work,apparently no parts available to repair and Samsung support useless,each time I have had to waste my time and money chasing up replacement. Please dont get caught like I have been with these unreliable dishwashers

I like the fact that it has a cutlery drawer rather than a basket but it means you have lost height on the other baskets . Cups dont fit in the top tray properly and dinner plates dont sit in the bottom the right way . I have to turn them over so that the water arm can spin around but it means they dont always get cleaned properly.

Un design simple qui s’intègre parfaitement dans ma cuisine, les commandes sont très faciles à utiliser, une fenêtre d’affichage indique toutes les informations ainsi que le temps restant de lavage. L’installation est rapide , il est équipé d’un système aqua-safe qui assure la sécurité contre les fuites d’eau, je ne connaissais pas et je trouve ce système très pratique. Plus de panier qui se posent juste un panier supérieur que l’on tire pour le remplir mais un gain de place. Après plusieurs utilisations la vaisselle est très propre, pas de trace, ni résidus. Les programmes sont très fonctionnels avec un programme rapide qui m’arrange quand il n’y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle.Le programme différé est présent et c’est plutôt très utile et économique, il tourne essentiellement la nuit et vous allez penser la nuit c’est bruyant et bien non la surprise celui on n’entend rien au début j’avais même le doute de l’avoir mise en route. Je recommande un bon produit

Tout d’abord je parlerai de l’aspect, c’est un lave vaisselle design et épuré qui correspond très bien à une cuisine moderne. Le choix des programmes est riche cela va du lavage express de 30 mn au lavage intensif. Tous les programmes lavent à la perfection, propre et sans trace grâce à l’adoucissement d’eau intégré à la machine très pratique lorsqu’on a une eau dure comme chez moi. Enfin, ce qui me change de mon précédent lave vaisselle est qu’il est silencieux, j’en suis même surprise aucun bruit, je me suis endormie l’autre soir sur mon canapé, je l’avais programmé (oui en plus il est programmable !) je ne l’ai même pas entendu ! Je suis plus que satisfaite aucune fausse note 20/20.

Le lave vaisselle est ultre silencieux, cela me change de mon ancien qui était bruyant. Ayant une cuisine ouverte cela est très appréciable. Celui-ci a trois panier et cela fait gagné de la place et permets une optimisation de l'espace surtout quand on aime recevoir et que nous avons une grande famille. Ses différents programmes permettent de choisir un nettoyage optimal et adaptée à nos besoins. Je recommande ce produit.

Je viens de recevoir ce lave-vaisselle. J'étais pressée de pouvoir l'utiliser car avec mon déménagement j'ai voulu laver toute ma vaisselle qui attendait sagement. Première bonne surprise : la machine est silencieuse ! J'ai lancé le programme "auto" d'une durée de 2h30 avec une tonne de vaisselle. Vu les circonstances, je n'ai pas pris la peine de bien placer mes couverts dans le tiroir à couvert mais ils ont quand même été bien lavés. Ce que j'aime dans ce lave vaisselle c'est qu'il monte à de forte température, jusqu'à 70degrés. La fonction éco est intéressante, juste trop long à mon goût (3h40), mais le programme "demi-charge" me plait énormément car vivant en couple,on n'a pas tout le temps une montagne de vaisselle à laver et grâce à cette fonction on n'est pas obligé d'attendre que le lave-vaisselle soit rempli pour le faire fonctionner ! C'est très pratique. Il a d'autres fonctionnalités, comme la fonction "hygiène"...Je le recommande pour sa simplicité d'utilisation et son efficacité.

Je l utilise depuis 1 semaine, il faut être 2 pour porter le colis. Le lave vaisselle est très bien emballé et sécurisé par de nombreux polystyrène et scotch pour éviter les frottements lors du transport. le raccordement est assez aisé que ca soit pour l arrivée d'eau ou l évacuation. Pour ce dernier, un tuyau un peu plus souple aurait été appréciable. la notice est claire et assez facile à prendre en main. Il comporte 3 compartiments, un pour les couverts (haut), généralement conçu pour l'argenterie, n en ayant pas, je dois les insérer par les dents et non la poignée (enrobé de plastique donc plus large). Le second est pour les bols, verres. Cet étage a la possibilité d être descendue ou remontée afin de laisser plus de places. Ensuite le 3e réceptacle accueille l ensemble des assiettes et casseroles, j arrive a y mettre un grand faitout, ce qui n était pas faisable avec mon ancien. Différents programmes sont possibles, ceux qui me semble les plus pertinents, sont ceux ou l on peut choisir les étages utilisés si l'on souhaite faire une petite vaisselle, car effectivement étant 4 membres dans le foyer, on fait un lavage tous les 1,5-2 jours afin de le remplir. Malgré casseroles et cuve de robots à pâtisserie, le mode économique a toujours su bien nettoyé la vaisselle. Une autre fonction intéressante, est la prise en compte des tablettes vaisselle multifonction. une fois sélectionnée, le lave vaisselle n utilise pas le sel régénérant et le liquide de rinçage. Passons aux points négatifs: - la porte: elle me semble un peu légère et de ce fait, il faut bien la pousser pour se fermer correctement>problème sans en être car je suppose que c est l'habitude avec mon précédent. - la sécurité enfant ne fonctionne que lorsque l appareil est en marche ( on l enclenche et cela évite que votre enfant ne puisse arrêter le cycle), donc si votre enfant, appareil éteint, trouve le bouton pour allumer il peut faire ce qu il veut) - vaisselle mouillée: ce qui est bizarre c'est que partie de la vaisselle est mouillée sur un même étage alors qu une autre est totalement sèche. si l on a des objets avec un peu de profondeurs, de l eau stagne dessus donc pensez a les incliner pour éviter cela. dans le manuel ils indiquent que cela est lié au manque de liquide de rinçage , mais j'utilise des tablettes multifonctions donc le liquide n est pas censé être utilisé. j ai tenté également sans l option liquide rinçage et également un autre mode qu "Eco" et toujours ce problème de vaisselle mouillée. A part cela, Ultra satisfait de ce lave vaisselle, grâce à ces dimensions, j ai pu le poser sous mon plan de travail.

Au-delà de son joli design, ce lave-vaisselle est simple d'utilisation avec ses différents programmes qui sont tous autant efficaces (mon préférés "l'express" qui dure 60 minutes et le tour est joué) L'intérieur est très pratique surtout avec son tiroir pour couverts. En plus d'être silencieux, le séchage est au rendez-vous à la fin du cycle. Si vous êtes comme moi, que vous appréciez la simplicité et l'efficacité, alors n'hésitez pas ce lave-vaisselle est fait pour vous.

Tout d'abord je dois préciser que ça fait 20 ans que je fais la vaisselle à la main c'est mon tout premier lave vaisselle et je suis littéralement conquise par son esthétique et pourtant les autre électroménager sont blanc. Mais il est belle classe en alu brossé j'adore. Il m'a d'abord fallu me familiariser avec les programmes et ils sont nombreux mais je suis novice c'est peut être une impression normale. Son écran digital est très lisible et la couleur des inscriptions est vraiment sympa. Le chargement est aisé et simple. Il est silencieux bien que l'on entend le changement au cours du cycle. Je me verrai bien faire quelques années avec ce petit plus au quotidien.

J'ai ce lave-vaisselle Samsung depuis 10 jours et pour le moment rien a dire. Il fait son boulot. Avec mon ancien il fallait laisser un espace entre les assiettes et elles n'étaient pas toujours propres. J'ai donc serré les assiettes dans celui ci elles sont nickel !!! La seule chose qui m'a posé problème c'est que mes assiettes plates sont grande, il a fallu relever le panier du haut ce qui fait que mes verres mac do ne passent plus. Je les mets donc en bas. Ce lave-vaisselle possède 3 pales qui de ce fait que l'eau est bien répartie. J'ai essayé tous les programmes sauf le départ différé. Il possède un programme eco qui utilise 10,5 litres d'eau et 0,93 kwh. Par contre il dure 3h45. Je ne regrette pas du tout
