Mine has picked up some sort of virus it is virtually unusable I am fed up with it I have tried everything to try to get rid of it to no avail going out to buy a new phone in the next few days as this one is sending me round the bend would be better if anti virus was built into the phones I've been without mine because of this virus for two weeks soon to be going in bin

Dreadful a car crash of a mobile never experienced such a confusing pop up strewn piece of rubbish. Going back to TESCO to make a serious complaint. Ruined a foreign holiday with its constant stream of pop ups interfering with Google maps, flight boarding passes - if I didn't have to take it back I would take a hammer to it

Phone is rubbish cannot but anything online! Husbands is the same! Spoke with samsung say phone is fine! Nothing wrong with banking app! Samsung say issue with web page trying to buy from but happens on multiple sites and on my husbands who also had a new a17!!

I bought this a week ago as a stopgap while my iPhone being repaired. The most noticeable thing is just kind of how slow it is compared to the iPhone, but even my old Android from a few years ago. It does everything fine, but it's a surprise for a new phone how slow it is compared to a phone a couple of years older than it. It's probably loaded with too many junk apps. I was also kind of surprised by the state of the box it came in, which was a little faded and made me think it might have been a refurbished phone. I noticed a guy in front of me who was collecting a LEGO box set, and it was in a right state as well. So I kind of question how much care they are taking with the shipments.

Pleased with this new phone.I previously had a Samsung but realise that I really needed an upgrade.The camera is good. As the screen is larger its better but the keys are a bit small and I have small hands/ fingers. The phone seems quite solid but if Im honest rather big.

I needed a new phone as my very old Samsung had run out of storage space meaning it wouldn't update anymore. I chose this handset as the battery can be replaced and it has enough storage to last for updates until 20. It was also reduced by 30% making it a good price. It's not much bigger than my old phone, which I wanted. It's got a better camera and is all working fine. So far so good!

Great value phone. Very easy to set up. Pretty large, as I was used an Apple iPhone 12 Mini. Battery is much better than that phone, which was the reason for changing. Nice and slim. Good display. Does not support wireless charging, but that is the only downside so far, and not a major issue.

Bought a week ago, it had no instructions on first use E. g. Select language etc. Nor how to transfer contents of ols Android phone into the Samsung. Thus some hours consumed searching for Apps on line to replace my favourite ones,. The AI kept popping up in an interfering way to stop me doing my entries. The screen is bright and a good size (just like the Doogee it replaced)., Obviously the new battery lasts better.

It's a big phone as they all seem to be now but I'm very happy with it's functionality and for the price you really can't grumble, I got it in blue which is a really nice colour too. Samsung provides 6 years of OS updates (from introduction of the model, not purchase) so that's reassuring as well. The camera seems decent enough and the benefit of the big screen is that they look great. I'm getting 2 days between charges but it has a large 5000 mAh fitted, no wireless charging tho but not a problem - everything is USB - C now so your not looking for specific cables. Feels robust and it's a good quality device, Samsung clearly know what they're doing. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and returning to Android wasn't such a big deal either.

I purchased this new Samsung galaxy a17 phone as my Nokia c21 was over 4 years old and getting a little bit tired. The look sleekness performance battery is brilliant. I have tried the camera and it's so real life. I'm no genius but I got to grips with it fairly quickly but still learning.

Samsung Galaxy S17 5G. This is the first new cell phone I have bought in many years. This device is worlds apart from my old phone. The initial set-up process is very intuitive making transferring data and apps across from the old device simple and quick despite it being a different brand. I understand there are higher performance models available but if you're looking for a mid range phone that is good value for money with good performance and functionality then the S17 is the right choice, not to mention it comes with all major Android OS upgrades and security patches for the next 6 years making it future proof.

I bought this same phone early on this year and it has been so good that when I saw the fantastic Red Sale price I bought another to put away for a rainy day. The camera quality is super and the phone itself is so easy to use. The battery lasts easily 72 hours with normal use. Overall I am very pleased with this phone.

Good phone for the price. Not seeing any performance issues. Battery is pretty good too. Display is crisp and clear. Only thing to note is that this particular model doesn't have a standard 3.5mm headphones jack so you need to buy Bluetooth headphones. Overall happy with it.

Not had this phone long but I'm very impressed. It runs very quickly and has decent battery life. I'm not a gamer, so just wanted a reasonably priced phone for internet and keeping in touch with friends, it fits the bill perfectly. The option of storing photos onto a micro SD card was also really attractive to me. I haven't taken many snaps yet but those I have seem perfectly fine

decent phone for it price as i upgrading from Samsung a12. the camera is alright battery life is decent lasts about 8 days with no heavy use. i did have to uninstall alot of the pre installed apps as i mainly use the phone as a phone and camera not for watching youtube of anything like that.

I've had this phone a week now, it's quite a bit different from my old phone as I only needed to scroll across on my old one to get to the apps this one you swipe up from the home screen then across. But then I'm not used to a Samsung Galaxy. Most other things are more or less the same. I seem to need to charge this phone more or less everyday, the display and camera is great quality for the price I paid. I would definitely buy this phone again

I bought this phone two weeks age to replace an older model which was becoming unreliable. This Samsung A17 : 5G is a well specified phone at a reasonable price and so far has proved just as easy to use as my previous phone. This phone is good value for money

I purchased this to replace a broken phone, so i really did not do much research. It is a lovely size and slim and the picture quality is good. it seem to take longer to charge than my previous phone and the phone can get quite hot when charging. I tried to contact customer services, but just kept going around in circles. There is no one to email. I gave up in the end.

Brought it just under a month ago and i am already impressed with all aspects of it. For a the specifications, it's fast and reliable, graphics are amazing and for the price? What a bargain. The battery for my usage last a day but when i stick it on charge, the fast charge does exactly what it means.

I've had this phone a few days and seems to be working fine. Before I got a case and screen protector, I dropped it 3 times, once outside, and it has survived without issue. Have only charged it up a couple of times, so battery seems OK. Running apps OK.
