I bought this phone on the day I was flying out for a 3 week holiday. I bought this phone because of it's good battery life and expandable memory also because it said in the description that it was esim compatable, all of which are great apart from it not been esim compatible. So I would of bought a different phone if I had known, otherwise I am very happy with the rest of the phone. So a great phone to buy if you don't want esim compatability.

Excellent mobile phone for at least the average user. The 128 GB storage capacity model may not be enough for many of the younger users who should opt for the 256 GB version but for the older people like me who don't care about video and photo storage on the phone, 128 GB is enough. Overall, I am very pleased with the phone after about a week of use. Admittedly, jumping from a 2017 Samsung Galaxy J3 to the A27 is a big leap, so no wonder I am impressed! Transferring my old data to the new phone was also fairly easy by following the prompts on the A27 to pair with the old phone and transmit the data wirelessly. Beware of the bloatware though - I spent a few hours uninstalling unwanted apps and optimising to make the phone as fast as possible and free up some memory. Consider that 20 GB will be consumed even if you uninstall nearly everything, which leaves you with the rest of the phone's storage capacity (I'd say about 80 GB) to store your own apps and other stuff.

Urgent replacement for my phone that had all my daily life details on it. Delivery was prompt and on time the phone itself was much more than I expected for what i considering a excellent price. I have noticed that the battery life seems much improved as is the speed of the apps that was so simple to transfer onto this new phone. The display seems more fluid and crisper. I have only taken a couple of pictures with the camera but they seem to been of samsung quality that I have become accustomed to. The durability will be the test of time but as with other samsung items I have had over the years should not be anything to be concerned about. "Great product again samsung"

I am pleased with this phone. I wanted to keep my old phone but, I knew that it had to be done. I transferred it all myself. I had a few hiccups, eg, I should have left original sim cards in old phone during transfer but I got there in the end. I had to update my contacts as not all was transferred. Certain Apps did not get transferred and I had to do this eg, BTMail and WhatApp as well as my bank. I am so glad that I kept hold of my dear old phone as I could still access these Apps. I did a lot of research before choosing the new phone and knew what I wanted.

I am not sure if I have purchased a new phone or reconditioned, last Saturday the phone was taken off charge and was switched off at bedtime showing a.100% full charge, the.following morning.it was showing 89%.the battery has continued to dissapoint.. The battery on my old Huwai phone, which i continue to use appears to have a stronger battery and I have been using it for about 12 years.I have deleted half a dozen apps from my new phone, no change . I purchased this phone from Argos store Fort William, l would like to know if there is any way you could identify this phone as being new or reconditioned.I purchased the phone in good faith as being a new phone.thank you.

Hold for about 10 seconds and ignore the power menu which will appear on the display. Your phone will reboot and will perform much more smoothly. The camera quality is amazing it works so good and it doesn't shake the performance of the whole thing is clean and the battery last very long, the display is quick and efficient making everything easy to find and the connectivity is simple.

I'd had my old Samsung smartphone for three years, so it was time for an upgrade. The A27 is a mid-range model that suits my needs perfectly. It comes with A.I and a load of other apps I rarely use. Display, camera & battery are excellent.
