Urgent replacement for my phone that had all my daily life details on it. Delivery was prompt and on time the phone itself was much more than I expected for what i considering a excellent price. I have noticed that the battery life seems much improved as is the speed of the apps that was so simple to transfer onto this new phone. The display seems more fluid and crisper. I have only taken a couple of pictures with the camera but they seem to been of samsung quality that I have become accustomed to. The durability will be the test of time but as with other samsung items I have had over the years should not be anything to be concerned about. "Great product again samsung"

Bought about 3 weeks ago good battery life 2 - 3 days before charging clear screen and fast response being 5g as opposed to my old phone which was 4g. Easy and logical software and transferred data from old phone quite easily

I am pleased with this phone. I wanted to keep my old phone but, I knew that it had to be done. I transferred it all myself. I had a few hiccups, eg, I should have left original sim cards in old phone during transfer but I got there in the end. I had to update my contacts as not all was transferred. Certain Apps did not get transferred and I had to do this eg, BTMail and WhatApp as well as my bank. I am so glad that I kept hold of my dear old phone as I could still access these Apps. I did a lot of research before choosing the new phone and knew what I wanted.

I am not sure if I have purchased a new phone or reconditioned, last Saturday the phone was taken off charge and was switched off at bedtime showing a.100% full charge, the.following morning.it was showing 89%.the battery has continued to dissapoint.. The battery on my old Huwai phone, which i continue to use appears to have a stronger battery and I have been using it for about 12 years.I have deleted half a dozen apps from my new phone, no change . I purchased this phone from Argos store Fort William, l would like to know if there is any way you could identify this phone as being new or reconditioned.I purchased the phone in good faith as being a new phone.thank you.

You'll need to ensure your software is up to date by going to Settings > Software update > Tap Download and install > Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates. A soft reset will refresh all systems and clear any minor glitches, and you can do this by pressing and holding the Volume Down key and the Side key both at the same time. Hold for about 10 seconds and ignore the power menu which will appear on the display. Your phone will reboot and will perform much more smoothly. For your banking app, ensure your app is up to date by opening the Play Store and tapping your profile icon in the top right > Manage apps & device > Update all or view details to update individual apps. You can also clear the app's cache and data by going to Settings > Apps > Select the app in question > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > Restart your phone. This will clear any in-app glitches. Product detail is misleading on SIM type - it said ‘……nano SIM and eSIM’ The handset I’ve received was NO eSIM support! So I could not install the eSIM I’ve purchased to be used on the new handset A27. Wasted my time and money and not able to use my eSIM as expected! Absolutely gusted!

Probably the worst decision I have ever made, need to switch WiFi off and use mobile data to open apps. Camera is ok battery doesn't drain as much performance is rubbish display could be better
