I upgraded from the s21 to the s23 and it was very much worth it. The added AI functions are very handy and the camera quality is much better. The handset itself is heavier but I like that in a phone. The screen is nice and bright with great colours. Battery is life is good. I'm very happy.

Truly awful phone, removed features from the 21se, which was a great phone. The camera is terrible compared to the 21. Will not buy another samsung phone and i have used samsung phones for 20 years.

Not as good as my S20 FE, Wi-Fi doesn't work and I have to use a case as the phone is too slippery.

Slow internet sometimes with WiFi, and if moving in car or train, sometimes it will not connect to internet. Also just after I bought it, it shut down and I had to pay to get it rebooted and reconnected to all my accounts, EE wouldn't do this even though I bought the phone off them.

I loved my phone at first, but as soon as it got to 12 months I've had constant problems with the battery. Now I can only charge it on a wireless charger which takes hours. It's been this way for 5 months even though samsung have repaired it 4/5 times. I can't wait for my contract with three to be up, as they refuse to exchange the phone.

Very sturdy good size a bit heavier than my last Samsung but not a problem, great camera, battery life is good, plenty storage quick to download and upload. Well worth the money , love the magnetic back great for sitting on instead of cables.
Wi-Fi constantly drops and stops working. This is the worst phone I have had from Samsung, I cannot recommend at all. When (and I mean when) it a nice phone.......but that's very hit and miss.

Not good. My S9 was better. I keep getting not connected to internet messages and it is so slow. I would not advise buying this product. Samsung was always my go to phone, but I am having second thoughts now.

Not very happy with it. The speaker does not work and the keypad has changed its colour background. I want a phone to do only to use as purchased, but somehow it has changed and I don't know why. Not happy at all.

This phone is similar to the A52 I had but the S23 has more features, I like the larger screen size. The 2 downsides that I compare to my old A52 is the S23 has poor battery life and does not have a good reception signal.

This is my first samsung after switching to android quite a few years ago. Unfortunately I'm disappointed, without doubt this is the worst phone I've owned. Overall the phone looks good and was the screen size I was looking for. However, glitches and lower than expected performance make the phone generally unpleasant to use. I initially thought it was me getting used to a different phone but it's annoying little things, using the phone to pay is very hit and miss, Bluetooth drops out, Wi-Fi stops loading, it's slooow, picture quality is very average. After searching for known problems it appears many other people are having lots of issues, Samsung obviously knows of the issues yet hasn't resolved them and continues to sell the phones knowing they are inadequate. Had I known the issues were not just related to my phone I would have returned it for a refund within the required time, now I will have to battle going through a repair process. In 2024 a major phone manufacturer should not be releasing products they know have problems. I will be looking into my options as I do not want to be stuck with this phone for two years.
Samsung seams to have lost a TOUCH to quality and performance of the phones . Not a good phone . . Had Huawei for few years before Samsung. I would go back to Huawei if I could

The S23 FE phone is smooth on the touch, and I like it. I need to charge the phone every couple of days, even with minimum usage. The battery life is not satisfactory.

I love the size of my phone and the look. The only thing I find is that sometimes the touch screen just won't work which can be very frustrating.

The phone is heavy. It is causing wrist pain. I have to regulate how often I use the phone and usually need to put the phone on a surface when using it. When I setting up the phone a new FACEBOOK page was set up for me. I need assistance to delete the new Facebook account and recover the original account.

I love it , but it is lacking on one thing I love to do. In the notes, many a time I like just to take a photo straight into the notes.

The phone is fair good but design should be different not same as galaxy a54. Also when I have video call on messenger the back phone is very hot ,even i do open some app and play with for few minutes gets back very hot . Needs improvement getting hot and battery quickly dry out.

Microphone is not working, can't hear anyone who calls me and they don't hear me

I love the phone in general but the wifi and 4g isn't as good as my Samsung s8, it struggles at home upstairs to even find my wifi, I didn't have a problem before..and 4g is a bit hit and miss. Also weirdly all my games have vanished from my home screen...

I had an s20fe for 3+ years which I loved, so was looking forward to the newer model. Overall feeling a little disappointed with the 23fe. Physically bigger, it certainly feels that way being thicker and heavier, hut eith similar screen size and comparable battery life..I thought tech was supposed to get smaller in the future! No internal sd card too which is a massive loss. It feels buggy too. General day to day ok, but have had a few issues like the automatic brightness now working, and the gps calibration in google maps telling me I'm going pointing completely the wrong way, amongst others, along with a few google wallet issues, which weren't there on my old s20fe. I guess that could be an account porting issue, so reversing judgement. Camera feels good, and battery life is decent. Overall a good phone, but just not an upgrade on the s20fe.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
