Obviously its new so i cant say if the battery will last but the phone is quick and attractive with plenty of storage. It has the usual samsung bloatwear but i have removed much of it. Seems like an excellent phone.

Unfortunately, my experience with Samsung’s customer support has significantly affected my overall experience. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years and have used their products for a long time. However, when I recently needed support with an issue, I found the after-sales service extremely disappointing. There was a lack of clear communication, the issue was not handled in the way I expected, and I was left feeling that my concerns were not properly listened to or resolved. So, purely as a phone, I would recommend it — it is a capable device. But based on my recent experience, I would be much more cautious about relying on Samsung’s customer service if something goes wrong. Great phone, but the after-sales support really needs improvement.

Beautiful phone, display is high quality for sure. Easy to use.very fast system with many extra app for more information. Camera is amazingly high quality with many function. Only negative thing I can find is the size, its a bit big, I always had smaller phones so I need to get used to it. Charging looks good so far used all days with 1 full charge and still on approx 30% so battery life is pretty good. Feels very durable, strong material.

The sound quality is variable and you've got to do something about your resistance to having a separate jack for headphones from the port that is used for charging. Emoji stickers seem harder to effectuate than other manufacturers' phones as well. Your Samsung Wallet app is too intrusive, particularly when the phone's being unlocked. Otherwise, it does the basics.
While it's great to see that your S26 Ultra is covering your general needs, it's a shame that you aren't thoroughly enjoying it, Liam. We decided to forgo the headphone jack on this model so that we could retain space for vital hardware and create a slim design, and also to reflect the habits of our users. When from a Nokia xr 20 to this samsung S26 ultra and I'm extremely happy with this samsung it's so fast and has a brilliant camera and the battery lasts all day on one charge

This is one of the worst purchases i have made. I bought this phone right at the launch mainly for its camera. I was upgrading from S24 Ultra. I noticed that in the regular photo mode, one side of the image is blurred. Only the center is sharp. For eg. if i were to take a group photo, the people on the left or the right side get blurred and only the people in the middle are clear. I sent this to service for 2 times and the problem came back the same. Now they want me to send it the third time. It is ridiculous. I am now locked, spending so much money and not able to use the phone for the last 3 months. The service center is a joke, they look at all the issues on Smart Tutor and then recommend to be sent to service. Even though i say that its already been through service, they have a standard operating procedure.

S26U brought new in Feb26. Camera issue in June 26. Returned for repair. Camera failed within 2 days. Solution is to return phone for another repair. This is very inconvenient. I would avoid S26U.

After using a Samsung s24 ultra. This has become such a downgrade. You are basically buying the same phone with a worse design. They went from a premium titanium to aluminium but increased the price. My phone has been in the official Samsung case I bought from Samsung. I wouldn't recommend buying this as well as after a month it has degraded so badly and doesn't protect the phone. The s26 ultra would get scratches really easily mines has multiple spec marks despite being in the case. Battery life you get the same 5000mah batter as the the previous phones and after testing multiple competitors it seems they are leading on this side of things. The idea of the Samsung ultra series was to stand out and be a unique phone but this one seems like a iPhone copy with the design and hardly anything which makes it stand out. If I knew it would have been this bad I would have kept the s24 ultra and just changed the battery. I would have had more joy keeping that.

Recently bought this and still trying to figure it out but so far seems decent performance, great camera with nice bright photography ideas with great ability to be able to do if you have the creative streak. Good performance from the battery at the moment. Good privacy options Really quite impressed with it overall. Beautiful colour too, lovely purple! Bit pricey but on the same level as Apple.

I recently upgraded my phone to the 26 ultra i am very happy with the phone however considering the high price tag I would expect the phone to come with a plug and a cable so the device can be charged I understand that manny customers will already have a plug for the usb connection however if I was buying my first ever smart phone I would then have to buy the plug to charge it I think these standards are unacceptable. There are also no longer ear phones with the device something I would also expect given the high price tag

I needed a new phone, as my other one also Samsung only lasted a year, & would not charge anymore. I then decided to get the latest S26 Ultra. WOW! Brilliant phone. A fully charged battery lasts a week. So much quicker to use. Did a Smartswitch from old phone, once complete I started using it straight away. What more can I say, one magnificant phone. This one will last me a few years.

Decided to upgrade from S25 ultra out of curiosity as the cameras don't seem any different to last year's model in my experience but sound & picture quality with the S26 are super when watching videos & playing music Top consideration when thinking about buying this model would be if you don't mind the camera bump ( or 'island' ) easy solution being to get a super carrying case Also consider the size which is fine for me being fairly elderly but some of you might find it a bit cumbersome I would advise potential customers to seek out a discounted purchase as price has increased from last year & the overall differences are minimal - I have only found some useful features when using AI to edit photos but haven't tested the privacy feature as I never use the phone in public

Le S26 ultra est évidemment un excellent téléphone puisque c'est un Samsung,les caractéristiques et performances sont incroyables et il est très beau. Mais... Pour un téléphone haut de gamme, je suis un peu déçu par la finition, je trouve vraiment dommage le fait que le stylet (S-pen) vienne gâcher le design elegant en depassant du chassis. Surtout que je ne trouve plus beaucoup d'intérêt à ce S-pen... Je suis fidèle à Samsung depuis le galaxy S3 (2012) mais j'attends de voir le prochain modèle Ultra pour être encore fidèle...

Bon téléphone mais je regrette que pas mal de choses aient régresser. Le s pen avec sa forme est moins pratique. Plus de bouton pour faire déclencheur. Les optiques trop proéminent qui font tanguer le téléphone quand on le pose optiques face table. Pas de réel gain sur les photos. Je compare ceci avec s23 ultra

Points négatifs : Le téléphone chauffe sans raison apparente. La qualité photo n'est pas une réelle évolution par rapport au S23 ultra (surtout lors des vidéos ou la nuit contrairement aux vidéos promotionnelles). La tenue de la batterie est bien plus faible que celle attendue. Pas moyen de faire des photos à distance avec le stylet, ce qui était très apprécié sur le S23 et S24 ultra. Son design ne le différencie pas par rapport à d'autres téléphone, celui du S23 et S24 ultra était plus appréciable. L'intelligence artificielle de l'appareil photo peut modifier les têtes de personnes sans qu'on le veuille quand on est en 200mpx ce qui peut donner de drôles de résultats. Points positifs : C'est un téléphone qui a tout de même une certaine fluidité dans son fonctionnement et les couleurs des photos sont plus semblable à la réalité que sur les modèles précédents. Sa capacité à pouvoir modifier les photos avec l'intelligence artificielle est assez folle et présente un vrai intérêt. Il est facile d'utilisation et agréable par sa fluidité. L'idée de la traduction et la retranscription des appels est bien, mais il ne comprend pas toujours ce qui est dit ce qui peut rendre les discussions assez amusante. Sa fonctionnalité de filtrage des appels est vraiment superbe et m'a évité bien des ennuis avec le télédémarchage intempestif. Bixby répond bien quand on le solicite.

Appareil incroyable pour tout sauf pour POKÉMON GO. Je l'ai acheté pour avoir un 2eme compte sur le jeu et il plante. Je suis terriblement déçue et en colère que le dernier né soit incapable de ne pas buguer sur un jeu... Au secours !!

J'ai adoré le galaxy s26 ultra. Tout d'abord, j'ai apprécié la qualité photo et vidéo, étant passé d'un galaxy a55 la différence était énorme. Ensuite, la qualité de l'écran est incroyable, les couleurs sont magnifiques et j'adore le privacy display, que j'utilise régulièrement. Et pour finir je suis déçu de la batterie du téléphone, j'arrive à peine à tenir la journée avec une charge complète, et sans prendre en compte la surchauffe du téléphone qui cause sans doute le problème de la tenue de la batterie
Salut Sebastian, Super content d'apprendre que tu apprécies le Galaxy S26 Ultra ! La qualité photo et vidéo est effectivement impressionnante, surtout en comparaison avec le Galaxy A55. Le Privacy Display est un vrai plus pour garder tes informations privées. Concernant la batterie, il peut être utile de vérifier les applications en arrière-plan qui consomment beaucoup d'énergie. Les réglages d'affichage adaptatif peuvent aussi aider à prolonger la durée de vie de la batterie. Profite bien de ton smartphone ! 😊

cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que j'ai le Galaxy S cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que j'ai le Galaxy s26 ultra couleur blanc et il chauffe énormément rendant son utilisation très compliqué je suis obligé de toutes les applications et de le laisser 2 minutes à fin qu'il refroidisse je trouve ça et gênant que ce soit pendant un visualisation de vidéo l'utilisation d'application son utilisation il chauffe énormément, je suis extrêmement déçu car j'ai toujours acheté Samsung et c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive cela rend très inconfortable son utilisation

Pour que votre smartphone soit toujours performant et ainsi corriger les bugs que votre appareil peut rencontrer, nous vous recommandons de mettre à jour le logiciel de votre téléphone régulièrement: Paramètres > Mise à jour du logiciel > puis Téléchargement auto via Wi-Fi pour activer la mise à jour automatique, vous serez informé lorsqu'une mise à jour sera disponible pour votre appareil. Si vous utilisez des fonctions ou des applications nécessitant davantage d’énergie, ou si vous les utilisez pendant une durée prolongée, il est possible que votre appareil chauffe de manière temporaire, en raison d’une augmentation de la consommation de la batterie. Pour y remédier rapidement, fermez les applications en cours de fonctionnement et arrêtez d’utiliser l’appareil pendant un moment. Voici quelques précautions à prendre: ● Vérifiez que l’appareil a été mis à jour avec le logiciel le plus récent. ● Des conflits entre des applications fonctionnant en arrière-plan peuvent entraîner une surchauffe de l’appareil.
