Lovely phone but the lack of a headphone jack means i had to go back to the 6 because i need it for DAC and that can't be done with a usb to aux dongle really sadly. So i can't do my job with it and connect into things for testing i had to default to the previous model. The phone itself is nice though I'm very happy about the micro sd slot and the screen and such is nice. I dropped it into a water well and it survived just fine. The removable battery is a good touch and its taken a battering but its sad i had to switch back because i can't keep using it. I'll likely give it to a friend though its a good phone overall.

The phone is great i love the removable battery and absolutely love love love the micro sd card especially that it goes up to 1 or 2tb i forget which. I also greatly love the size of it not too big not too small and the camera is great for the occasional use it gets. The low cost replacement parts are also brilliant. The only real major downside for me is the lack of a headphone jack, i have the previous model and it was so much less day to day hassle to have an actual headphone jack its what got me into this line of phones in the first place. My only real wants that aren't so major but would be nice is duel sim, slightly faster charging and maybe 5000mah though i know the nuwer removable battery may make the last point difficult. I've recommended the phone to a few people regardless especially people with children due to the low cost and low repair cost especially given what you still get and the durability and the 7 years of security updates which is uncommon these days. Plus the waterproofing makes it very useful for kids too because who hasn't had there kid get there phone wet or leave it outside.

Good looking phone, a nice upgrade from my old one, but extremely disappointing to see the headphone jack has been removed from this model! It appears rugged and i sold as such but please make sure you add a glass screen protector to ensure it stays in good condition. It is NOT a bombproof 90's Nokia!

Things I like about the Xcover 7 Pro. Having a SD card slot is a big plus, it runs very well with all the apps I have installed, Does everything very well.. It is a very nice phone. The Quality is very high. Having a removable battery is also a good feature. I am still learning what Android 15 can do, I have No complains about the Samsung Galaxy Xcover7 Pro. Being a Rugged phone should make it more Durable. The camera is responsive. connectivity : connecting to internet is good, the pairing of devices can take a while to get things paired.(that might be more Androids 15 fault). Like this phone very much. .

Upgraded from a 4+ year old Xcover Pro, it's lightning quick in comparison and the durability looks the same. My previous Xcover Pro got dropped whilst climbing onto boulders, it's been stomped on by falling climbers into sand, thrown around rooms (left a hole in ikea furniture) and the thing just never breaks. New model i'm treating well and expect the same level of reliable durability Camera is really good quality, it's a rugged phone and performs remarkably well; buy a camera if you want to be an "influencer". This phone is for outdoors active people, warehouse staff, construction, laboratory work - this phone is going to be safe for use and not break. Connectivity is much better
I recommended this product.
