The Samsung Health Monitor is a service that has been approved so that only domestic products can be linked, so it can be used only for products sold domestically.
Domestic products can only be used overseas if the terms and conditions of use and personal information agreement is completed in domestic. However, without completing the consent procedure, it is not possible to use it overseas.
