What do if one of your earbuds is not working properly

If you are experiencing problems with one of your earbuds, try the steps below to solve your issue.

1 Check the battery level of your earbuds in the Wearable app
2 If the battery level on one of your earbuds is low, insert it in to your buds case. A red light will appear when the earbud is charging correctly.

Please note:

  • If the light does not turn red, remove and reinsert your earbud until the light comes on.
  • Ensure your buds case has sufficient charge before inserting your earbuds. 
3 Once the light has turned green, your earbud will be fully charged and you will be able to use it as normal again.
