Can't find your Samsung TV on your phone? Follow these simple troubleshooting steps to fix Wi-Fi connection and router discovery issues.

On your TV:

  • Network, then Network Status

The name of the WiFi network your TV is connected to will be displayed. Ensure this is the same WiFi network your Phone is connected to. If different change the phone to be connected to the same network as the TV & repeat the steps to connect your Samsung phone to your Samsung TV.

If the TV is still not listed, your router may be blocking discovery.

Please note:

  • If the issue remains you may need to contact your router supplier (ISP) or Manufacturer for advice on how to resolve the discovery problems.
