Ordered directly from Samsung UK.  Arrived badly damaged + lead was fitted with a European plug (not a UK plug).  The packaging is really very poor for this item, so I'm not surprised it was damaged in the box (I also bought a Samsung Oven, Microwave and Hob the previous month, and they were much better packaged - no issues with them).  Due to a biz trip & Easter Holidays it took me 6 days before I opened the box, saw the issues and immediately raised the issues with Samsung UK shop. They say that because I didn't raise the issues within 72 hours of delivery, they will charge £50 to return it & reduce the refund by 20%.  Shocking service!

• The design fits well and filtration/extraction works, but the thin aluminum construction is prone to damage. • Noise level is acceptable. . Overall, a modern design that looks nice in my kitchen
