Well designed & easy to use. Looking forward to using the smart things app, as We've been using it for all my other appliances & TVs. If you're installing or replacing for another you'll need to supply your own connection wiring.

Doesn’t come with a wire or plug, so be careful. Doesn’t mention it in the manual, so you have to supply your own. . No wire rack for grill pan either which is just odd. Over priced and poor design. The display is virtually impossible to see. Would not recommend unfortunately. Spoke to customer services, who didn’t listen and kept thanking me for being satisfied, even though I clearly wasn’t.

It cooks well, good heat, I like the fast heat up. However, bought as had a child lock function, this does not work. It only locks the touch panel and my kids just turn the oven off all the time, then turn it on again and the lock is reset. No back light on touch panel, can’t see the dial features, we have it below counter rather than in rack, so it’s impossible at the angle, need to use phone torch all the time to see. The cleaning function is worthless too, did it after first use and it literally made no difference and did not just wipe away as sold, but instead needed a deep cleaner as normal. All in all, great cook, stupid design.

We appreciate that you would have liked the child lock function to have better functionality. We would like to confirm that Child Lock disables all controls of the oven. Please hold down for 3 seconds to activate or hold down for 3 seconds again to deactivate the lock on the control panel. Moreover, we understand that you would have liked the touch panel to be backlit for an easier operation. We will certainly make sure to pass this feedback on to our engineers so we can use it to improve our future technology. Finally, we recommend using either the Steam Clean or the Catalytic Clean functions depending on how you would like to clean the oven. Nice looking oven and works well the 3 stars is because the oven comes with only one wire shelf, and one baking try they call it, in plain terms you do not get a rack to turn the baking tray into a grill pan, very disappointing thankfully I managed to keep the one from my previous oven. Next reason for 3 stars setting up the oven, god help you if you don’t have a smart phone or are tech savvy, had to set up a Samsung account then had to scan QR which would not scan then when you press to set up without using the QR code it takes you to another page which asked you to use the QR Code, after trying to scan for honestly an hour it finally worked, third reason was trying to register for the 5 year warranty, that wasn’t easy and eventually had to phone Samsung. So unfortunately the lack of stars is more to do with the process just trying to use the oven and lack of the basic grill set up.

This oven is let down by the fact it is supplied with only one shelf, and no wire rack for the supplied grill pan, making it unsuitable for grilling or cooking more than one thing at a time. The wire shelves are an odd size, so I guess I'll have to buy one from Samsung, making the product less good value than I thought. Never had to do this with any other oven I've bought, even much cheaper ones. It also comes without a proper user manual, so it's pure guesswork what the twelve different symbols are on the model dial. The 'simple user' manual supplier is mainly safety notices, and doesn't tell you useful stuff like how to set a timer. Couldn't find the proper manual in Samsung's website (it's probably there, but the site wasn't easy to navigate). Eventually managed to find one by Googling, and download a pdf, but it was a lot of unnecessary hassle. On the plus side, the Smart Things app was easy to download and link up, and whilst the user interface is very old school, it works as long as you remember to press the right button on the oven front panel. Oh and those buttons wouldn't be very good for anyone with eyesight problems, tiny, dark grey on a glossy black background, not tactile. (See photo)

Quite good quality product. Smart things app connected to it let's you know when the oven is heated, when it finished cooking and you can also send extra time or change the mode of heating from your phone, add extra time even from your phone and comfort of the sofa or on the go! Only downside was at installation for under counter is tricky as it has very small space left behind. So check before buying or installing. Pyrolytic function hasn't been used yet but heard from friends is the best and hence I bought the oven for this feature and others too.

Good capacity. Look nice. Disappointing performance. The ovens take too long to cook food. We bought two ovens and they can’t keep the same time. Often lose WiFi connection - not a big problem but just another not quite right feature of the ovens. One rack and one tray is not enough.

Great oven with great smart features, fairly silent and efficient cooking. The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is due to the lack of hard wired cable and explanation that is not included (seems to be included in the hard wired Hobs), as well as the lack of explanation of the modes on the physical user manual, the online manual has more explanations and some seem to be missing with the Smart things App Overall great appliance with great design, I have not tried the Pyrolitic mode yet though!

Such a great looking oven! Used it for the first time and it cooked the food so evenly. We even bought a samsung 5 hob to because of how much we loved the oven. Comes with a 5 year warranty which gives peace of mind too!

After only three weeks of normal use, the enamel/paint coating began to chip, which is causing progressive damage to the oven. Both a replacement and a full refund have been refused!!!

Neat looking and appears to be very clever. We have good eyesight but find out difficult to see the very dim markings on the black glass and to make matters worse, they don't illuminate, a massive oversight by Samsung.

Bought this to replace a Samsung BF641FST oven which lasted 13 years before dying, great design. This model has some draw backs. the touch pad is not backlit when oven activated, would have enhanced the ease of use greatly. The oven plays a melody loudly 3 times when the oven comes to temp, so you won't miss it The oven plays a different more urgent repeating melody when the timer runs down. This is both good, however a simple "beep-beep-beep" would have sufficed rather than a impression of Nokia 3310 ring tone. There are a number of modes to cook with and the turn-turn dial makes operating the unit very easy. It would have been nice to - Over-ride the default temperature or remember the last setting - Change the beeping melody to tuneful or basic - Give option to keep the internal light on with long press or other setting Have no comment on the self cleaning or steam modes

Firstly, samsung don't offer installation . secondly, after receiving oven find out that wire to connect is not in box and they took old wire from old oven. Samsung is getting useless as they getting bigger.

Bought this oven mainly for the sleek design and cooking features. Cooks lovely and lots of functions and option. Only came with one rack and a tray and not easy to find extras at a reasonable price.

No cord and socket were provided. The use manual is not in English, and the insulation pad is poorly installed. It is so challenging to fix the trays inside the oven.
