Do NOT buy this oven. I was shocked to find it only comes with one oven shelf! This makes it not fit for purpose when trying to cook for a family or any occasion. To add insult to injury when I contacted samsung customer services they insisted I must BUY a second shelf and sent a link. This link told me the shelf was unavailable? It took 4 separate phone calls to samsung and hours of my time before they agreed that the shelf was NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I was then given a link for a expandable metal shelf (not samsung brand) that will not match the existing shelf and had terrible reviews ie ...this shelf falls off the runners... So I have bought a brand new oven that I can't find a second shelf for and samsung cannot supply. This oven will be returned plus the matching compact oven/microwave and I will replace with a double oven from another manufacturer that comes as standard with 3 oven shelves. I will also seek recompense for the double expense of an electrician to disconnect and reconnect the ovens.

Produsul este achizitionat in urma unei recomandari facute de o prietena care detine deja unul de aprox. 3 ani si nu are nici o problema cu el. Mâncarea gătită în el este nemaipomenit de buna, iar produsul arata extrem de frumos incorporat in mobila.

Sunt dezamăgită de acest cuptor deoarece nu funcționează așa cum mă așteptam! Imediat după ieșirea din garanție a început să nu mai funcționeze bine! Se conectează și se deconectează singur de la sursa de curent!! Se modifică temperatura singură! Am senzația că prepararea unor produse durează mai mult uneori decât alteori,deci temperatura nu-i constantă!
