Soooooo disappointed with my Jet 70. No use without the battery , but they want to charge £149.99 for a replacement. Sounds deliberate in order to extort more money from loyal customers.

Original battery started dying within a year. Now lasts literally 3 minutes! So went to buy a replacement and they are charging almost same as a brand new vacuum?! Sorry Samsung, love many of your other products but this is dreadful. Won't be purchasing a Samsung vacuum again.

So expensive for a battery replacement when brands like dyson charge £65 to £85 for batteries and they same size battery with same technology, it looks like Samsung is trying to push you to buy another vacuum instead of just replacing the battery, wont buy a Samsung vacuum again, customers service none existence. going back to dyson.

The battery is dreadful and I should have bought another Dyson. The backup battery costs £149. The complete vacuum was £199. How not to treat customers, never again will I purchase a Samsung vacuum.

Charging time is almost 3 hours for an autonomy of 35-40 mins on medium setting...so not really great. You need to have 2 batteries to clean a bigger house or if you also use the mopping head. Sadly, no higher capacity alternatives available. Not cheap either.

Le Jet 90 Marche bien, mais l'autonomie est catastrophique. Impossible de faire plus de 2 pieces avec la batterie qui met du temps a se recharger. Impossible de faire un appartement de 80 m2 sans au minimum 3 recharges, donc au moins une journee pour passer l'aspirateur. Ce n est pas concevable ! C est le premier produit Samsung dont je suis decu, et il est pas loin de me facher avec la marque !
