Really peeved with Samsung. The manual for the Bespoke Jet vacuum with CLEAN STATION doesn’t tell you in the manual what model replacement bags are required. So you come on to their website and search for Clean Station, and it gives you these bags, who ch explicitly say they are compatible with the clean station. NO THEY ARE NOT! They may be compatible with an historic clean station, but NOT with the BESPOKE JET CLEAN STATION. For pity sake, if you have several different clean stations at least have the honesty to state that before poor idiots like me take you at your word and buy these! Having searched I can see that you do also have the correct ones, but they haven’t been in stock for MONTHS (which is presumably why you are listing these useless things). Not happy at having parted with £1k for a vacuum cleaner for which I can’t get the bags. So much for dust free vacuuming for my asthma. I’m going to have to cut open the bottom, empty and then staple up or something. AWFUL follow up customer service. Really not a happy bunny

I've happily used these bags for just under a year. As a household with kids and pets, the bags do fill up quickly, but they work well with the cleaning station and keeping dust and dirt transfer to a minimum. But the one star is for my confusion in them no longer being available. You still sell the cleaning station, but how are you supposed to use it?? As another reviewer has mentioned, this is an expensive mistake. Why would I buy another Samsung product if you do things like this??

What is the point in actively selling the clean station and then making it obsolete by stopping the supply of dustbags? It's consistent with the rest of your business model to fleece customers then ignore them via your useless 'online shop team' where all roads lead to nowhere. I'll be dropping off the dust collected from my Jet 90 on the doorstep of your HQ in Chertsey until you provide bags for me to use instead.
