Rated 1 out of 5 by Louise1314 from Great when its in working order This machine is fab (when it works). Mine has now broken down twice within a year. The first time it broke down it took the engineer 3 weeks to fix it and this time he hasn't even shown up. I would steer clear of Samsung appliances if you want one thats going to last a bit longer than 2 years.
