How to register your phone or return it
Step 1:
Purchase a SIM-free foldable phone
Purchase a SIM-free Galaxy Z Flip 5G or Galaxy Z Fold2 5G from a participating retailer between 24.03.21 - 22.06.21
Step 2:
Register within 14 days of purchase
Click ‘Register now’ below. Provide all other required information within 14 days of purchase.
Step 3:
Enjoy or return your phone
To make a return, click ‘Return your phone’ below. Provide all required information within 60 days of purchase. You will receive an email as provisional validation. Dispatch your product to us within 30 days of this provisional validation.
Step 4:
Receive your payment
Upon receiving your product in Good Condition, you will receive a payment within 30 days to the bank account detailed during the claim process.
