I think I selected correct machine. Looks like it but you should show model numbers. Anyway I am delighted with this machine. It is quiet and wash loads come out so clean. Took me a little while to get used to the symbols and find out what they did but now familiar with them. My last machine was a Samsung Eco bubble which lasted 11 years. It didn't even stop working but needed new bearings so I felt it was time for a new one. I hope my new one lasts as long.

Washing machine is really quiet,I usually buy a 1600 spin but these only come in a 1400 spin but there is no difference,no residential water in Washing at all,it let's you know when the cycle has finished by playing a tune which I quite like so if I'm in the living room I know when it has finished without me having to keep getting up to look,there is no movement when spinning not like my old hoover one,overall I'm really happy with my purchase

My daughter has the same washing machine. My old one packed in so I had a look at hers and it looked straightforward so I bought one. I’m so pleased I did. The only thing I miss is the manual .i like to browse through them. I have found the manual online. The capacity is great (10KG). It cleans the washing well even on a low temperature It’s very economical ,very quiet and low vibration I’ve only been using it for 5 days. It’s so much easier to clean than my old one. There are so many different ones on the market but I believe I’ve made the right choice. Forgot to add I like the jingle at the end of the cycle to let me know it’s finished. If I’m in another room it’s loud enough to hear,

Very good machine and worth the money I paid for it. Not used wifi as I don't really see the need. Good wash and the programs available are good. Had to level machine but that is down to my floor not the product. Very little noise and plays a tune once the cycle is complete Would recommend.

Very frustrating, machine would be great but has broken twice in less than 3 years. It broke within less than 12 months of having it and the guy that repaired it said that it was put together wrong by Samsung! He had to replace half the machine and now it has broken again within less than 2 years since that issue. Despite the warranty being 2 years for a machine and the machine breaking due to Samsungs error initially in the first year they would not assist with finding the repair. Very poor in terms of durability, not worth over £400 when it’s going to cost £300 to fix within 3 years!!!

I love how quiet this machine is compared to my last one. It has lots of different cycles and I like that you can look on the app and it will suggest what cycle to use. It holds a lot of clothes and seems to be very energy efficient!

I’ve been using the Samsung WW11D for a bit now, and overall, it’s been great. The 11kg capacity is super handy for big loads, and it handles bulky stuff like bedding without a problem. It’s also pretty quiet, even during the spin cycle, and the EcoBubble tech seems to clean well even with cooler washes. The touch panel is modern, but it can take a little getting used to. Also, the auto detergent feature is cool but can be a bit hit or miss sometimes. If you have a big household and want something efficient and sleek, it’s a solid choice. Just be ready for a bit of a learning curve with the settings.
