Our logo is composed of our English brand name, “Samsung.” The current design of the lettermark is the result of refinements made in 2005 to improve the logo’s visibility - an evolution which took into consideration how the human eye perceives visual cues. We carefully designed the spacing and height of our lettermark so that they would create visual harmony through even distribution of letters. These precise adjustments to visual balancing and typography illustrates our dedication to excellence and creates human-driven experiences.
We started using this sleek lettermark logo in 2005 to express a contemporary look and feel. And as we expanded the scope of application, we upgraded the design of lettermark with more sharpened looks as we use today.
