Pros: Great sound from this speaker on my terrace. Projects sound well, low distortion, clear vocals, good dynamic range. Cons: Wifi services like Spotify Connect are slow to connect and slow to respond to inputs like track changes. Bought two of these outdoor soundbars hoping to sync the sound between them for more immersive coverage of my terrace, but I cannot seem to create an audio/speaker group in the SmartThings app. Please, Samsung, provide a firmware update to allow this feature! (without bricking my device ;) )

Had issues for months with the speaker not working in Adaptive or Standard mode. Made multiple contacts to support prior to warranty expiration. The issue has worsened to now Surround mode not working. 2 months after warranty expiry support recommends a new speaker but I have to pay. They will not honor the multiple contacts previously. Even if they did, the fact this product went defective only a couple months in demonstrates the poor quality. Don’t buy this product and don’t buy Samsung.

I have had this this the outdoor terrace 65 inch set up for two full seasons. Sometimes we would find connection problems . At the end of this season , we could not reconnect speaker to tv. We shut down , and are hoping with the long shut down they will find themselves again. No question, picture ,purpose , sound is of top quality.

i bought the sound bar to go with the samsung terrace 55inch tv. i use the sound bar on my out door patio. this sound bar easily mounts under the terrace tv. i use the bluetooth to connect with the tv or to play music off my phone. with the sound bar turned up to 20 you can easily hear what's on the terrace tv anywhere in the back yard. the base isn't bad either, but its not anything like an indoor sound bar system. i would like to see samsung make a security mount or device for this sound bar.
