This is the most expensive dishwasher I ever bought yet the worst for performance. I wish I’d read the reviews before buying. You cannot fit glasses in top so when you lower the tray the plates do not fit so took out cutlery tray out and bought a cutlery basket. Now have noticed is not cleaning cups properly on top tray when my husband called to complain they were going to send someone to look at it nothing to see just badly designed by someone who has never had a dishwasher and just uses sides plates and small glasses and cups.

We have brought a number of Samsung products which have been excellent but this dishwasher is a real disappointment for a premium product. We have had this dishwasher for a month and at least a third of the items are not fully clean. We have persevered and tried different methods of stacking, ensure space between items etc. but still no better. We have now discovered that the lower rack does not accommodate a standard dinner plate in the correct location, as stated in the manual, and stops the washer arm from spinning. Cutlery in the top tray is also poor but no idea what is causing that.

We'd love to assist and to ensure you're having the best experience possible with your latest appliance. Your Samsung Dishwasher accommodates a maximum plate diameter of up to 30 cm in the bottom rack, which is larger than a standard dinner plate size. However, fitting plates of this size requires the interior racks to be suitably adjusted. You'll need to lift the middle basket to its highest position by locating the side adjustment handles and pulling the basket straight up until you hear a click. Ensure both sides click into place at the same time, and this will raise the spray arm higher up, completely out of the way of your bottom rack plates. This should also resolve the issue with the cutlery, as the spray arm for the cutlery is located directly above the middle basket. The plates below, sticking up too high, will stop the top spray arm from spinning as well. We hope this information is useful, and we're sure that after following these steps, you'll have that five-star Samsung experience that you're used to. If I could give this dishwasher 0 stars I would. After a couple of months using this dishwasher its started to come up with all kind of errors and furthermore leaking everywhere. Samsung are staying its an installation problem even though its been working fine for months and based on that they won't send an engineer out until I have a plumber write a report saying its been installed correctly. Samsung themselves and the customer service has been so poor that I will NEVER by another Samsung appliance again. £500 down the pan, thanks for nothing you crooks.

The noise is a lot less than the other products I bought before. The performance is lovely my clothes are Very clean and having the opportunity to pause and resume on your phone for is amazing. I just got it delivered today so I can not really say much.

Regret buying this dishwasher, the design is poor, the middle tray has to be high so that the washer arm spins & doesn't bang on the plates. But if you have the middle tray higher then you can only fit mugs in, no glasses. The jets in the arms get blocked with food so you have to try & clean them before each load so that your dishes actually get washed otherwise they come out dirty still. One load i had to put on 4 times to clean the dishes. It has a 1 hour cycle & 38 minute cycle, but they don't clean effectively so I always have to use the 2 hour cycle. The cutlery tray takes up too much space, a basket would have been a better idea so that there would have been more room for glasses & plates. Poor performance from samsung, a company who normally produces outstanding products.

This dishwasher is a mixed bag really. The washing performance and choice of programs is excellent. The auto door opening feature is good and helps with the drying process. However, there are some major issues, detailed below: The build quality is shockingly (disappointingly so) bad. The panels are made of low quality flimsy steel which compared to other brands is just not acceptable. I suspect if a dog or toddler leans on this it will crumple in on itself. The design choice of having a cutlery tray on the top does limit loading options drastically compared to my old Bosch dishwasher. I now have to make the choice of washing large dishes or tall glasses, but not both, this is immensely frustrating. Therefore the capacity is lower and thus the efficiency will be reduced, as I now have to do two loads in oppose to one.

We purchased a Samsung integrated dishwasher expecting reliability and quality, but unfortunately it developed a fault within just a few months of normal use. While faults can happen, what has been most disappointing is Samsung’s handling of the replacement and their customer service. Samsung agreed to replace the unit, and the delivery paperwork clearly stated “wet disconnect and installation.” Because this was an integrated appliance, we responsibly contacted Samsung and their delivery partner to confirm whether we needed to arrange a professional ourselves. We were explicitly told that their team would carry out the disconnection and installation and that we did not need to arrange anyone. However, when the replacement team arrived, they refused to disconnect the integrated unit and left without completing the replacement. Since then, Samsung has insisted that we must arrange a professional installer ourselves, offering only a small goodwill contribution which would not realistically cover the cost, especially as separate visits would likely be required. We have contacted multiple professionals, many of whom will not work on integrated appliances they did not install. What has been particularly frustrating is the dismissive attitude we have experienced from customer service. Despite the fault being with Samsung’s own appliance and the conflicting information we were given, responsibility has repeatedly been pushed back onto us rather than Samsung taking ownership and resolving the issue. We both work full-time and cannot repeatedly be available for failed deliveries caused by Samsung’s own miscommunication. We relied on the information provided to us in good faith and we have now been left without a working dishwasher for the last 3 months and without a clear resolution. The appliance failed far sooner than expected, and the aftercare and support have been extremely disappointing. We expected far better product reliability and customer service from Samsung.
