This is my second Samsung Microwave due to the older one not operating well now as was used on a daily basis for the last 4 years. I love the ceramic inside as it is easy to keep clean and the instructions and buttons are self-explantory as I have trouble with technology me being an older pensioner. Never had a problem with the cooking/heating side of things and the turntable was easy to keep clean. We had problems with using the defrosting buttons on the old one and just would not work at all. Our cover had run out on it as well. However, we are happy with a replacement. Regards Aileen

I bought this a week ago and is working as intended. Heats up food very well. Comes with ceramic in the interior and is also sprayed to prevent the growth of bacteria which is good. However, instructions in the manual and on the front of the microwave could be clearer as it took a while to figure out how to operate the microwave in the most effecient/effective way. Microwave itself is heavy however the front door (with handle) feels very light and cheaply made compared to my old microwave.

Most popular model atm in Europe that's why I chose. Tons of pros. Only cons for me: white model's front is 90% black aesthetically not okay for me , cooking area is not well lit or the door window is too tinted can't see anything during operation.

this microwave is fine, does its basic job of microwaving, it has got light bulb but you can only see the light if the door is open, if the door is closed you cant see the food inside while its being war/cooked because of some coating on the door so if light bulb is important then its not for you.

A lovely simple to use microwave. We had a different make before that which had a dial to select time/power. It became problematic, taking ages to select the setting you wanted. We bought this because it has NO dials. You use buttons or presets to select the time and power. It heats/cooks well and is easy to clean. I can't comment on the 'deodourisation' function as I haven't used that yet. It looks smart in the kitchen. It does have a light but as some other reviewers have said, it doesn't show up the food cooking as the door is too heavily tinted but it is easy to check on the food, you just open the door and the microwave stops. Check on your food and away you go again. I love this microwave but the only gripe I have is that the paper operating manual that comes with it, is very, very basic and does not cover all of the operations of the microwave. You have to use the QR Code on the manual or the appliance itself to download a full copy of the operation manual in PDF form. I could do that but not everyone is connected to the internet or is able to do this. All manufacturers seem to be going down this route but I don't necessary agree with it.

Really nice looking microwave which I bought 2 weeks ago and have only used to heat microwave meals. I read lots of reviews for different brands and was wanting a microwave where you could see the plate going around or if you were heating milk you want to see inside. I can confirm that you cannot with this machine, well not clearly. Why are so many brands doing this now? It’s pointless. If I hadn’t desperately needed the microwave, I would have returned it for that reason alone. Do not buy this microwave if seeing inside the Machine while it’s in use is important to you.

My microwave broke so I ordered this one online that evening, and it came the next morning. Just an overnight wait, whilst I slept! So no wait at all really. The microwave is really stylish and durable looking, much more so than my last microwave which was not a Samsung. You can't really go wrong with Samsung, always looks smart, always looks durable, always looks modern in the house, and always does the job perfectly, so i tend to find that choosing Samsung takes away the hours of humming and harring over what will be good or not... they're just always good, and its that simple. I chose the absolute cheapest microwave on their website because it was an unplanned purchase, and its still a premium build with great performance - that's the Samsung way it seems.

Nice looking microwave. Found it difficult to work to start with, as instruction book not very helpful. Dont do QR codes. It is easy to clean. Internal light poor, can not look into to see if milk is boiling etc.

Bought this as a mid priced digital controller microwave. The function is fine but the control system is very poorly designed and over complicated. Instead of simply setting time and power it has dozens of buttons doing various preset programmes. To simply use the microwave at full power you have to keep pressing one button again and again to add 30 seconds each time. This also means you have no way of setting less than 30 seconds. Unless you like making your life more complicated I would give this model a miss and go for something designed with a domestic user in mind.

Excellent microwave. Big enough for a full size dinner plate which alot of them aren't. Defrost works a treat. Minor niggle is there isn't a custom time setting only 30 increments, but it just means you have to stop it.

I purchased this microwave 18 months ago; however it has developed a fault with the display where the digits are not showing completely. Upon contacting Samsung I was initially told it had a 2 year warranty, but technical support subsequently confirmed it was 12 months. Also, the heating time is very slow compared to my last Sharp which lasted 15 years. I would not recommend it.

I purchased this Microwave a couple of months ago. Its a good microwave for the price. The reason for the 4 stars is for two negative reasons: 1. The light inside the microwave is very poor, so its difficult to know whats going on without opening the door. 2. As others have said if you want to cook some custard for say 3 mins you have to press the start button 6 times. which is stupid design flaw. So apart from the two negatives everything else is okay.

The microwave is easy to use however it is not possible to see into the microwave. Not being able to see the food as it is cooking is a hindrance as you are not able to catch overflows, especially when cooking porridge or milk

I bought 9th June /26 only 4 days ago. The microwave is larger than I thought but is still fine Read some of the instructions by scanning the QR code on the leaflet provided and find it easy to work for the basics. Will have to read more about all its functions. Would recommend so far

This is an ongoing model updated over many years (20+). Downside is the front door lightweight plastics that need to be treated with care if marks are to be avioded, positives are it's very stylish and durable. Better efficiency with updated switches and electronics make it easier to use and cheaper to run. Size is an exact match for the previous model so it fitted perfectly into the same cabinet recess. So far very pleased.

We needed something quick to replace an old Panasonic that had given up. Didn't need a grill or anything fancy just a simple to operate efficient and reliable microwave. This fits the bill. I agree with some that the internal light may not be for them, but I think that's because the door is very dark to keep with the aesthetic appearance of the microwave. And, I don't tend to watch what I'm cooking anyway. The deodorization feature is a bonus as is the ceramic coating inside for cleaning. All in all a good purchase.

It doesn’t work. I had to go find the manual online and print it. Nothing the manual said to do has worked. The microwave is working but all you do is select 30 seconds and add to it. Would not recommend- do not buy. You’ll be wasting your ones

Glad I chose this item. So easy to use and and clean so that’s a plus. It looks good also but it’s the cooking etc is very efficient. Also there is no odour after heating/cooking which is good. I ordered in the morning and it was distributed the same day.

Easy to use, good price in a recent sale & looks great. I like the rounded edges, eco feature whereby can turn off the digital display. I also like the deodorising feature, as needed to use after heating a wiffy korma, and the smell was eliminated!
