My watch strap broke at the joint to the buckle after 7 months of light use. I was told I just had to buy a new one. I have been a loyal samsung customer for years, however this is completely unacceptable customer service and will influence my buy decisions in the future.

my watch strap broke after 4 months and i've been refused any help despite this being totally unacceptable. The only offer i got was to send it to the engineers so they could tell me i need to pay for a new one. Having just paid over £300 for a new watch, I don't expect the strap to split and then be told I just need to buy a new one.

Déçue de la montre galaxy watch 8 dont la batterie ne tient pas très longtemps. Du coup je suis obligée de me mettre en économie d'énergie. Ce n'était pas l'idée de départ. Le bracelet est joli mais il n'est pas confortable lorsqu'il fait chaud (transpiration au niveau du bracelet)

Les bracelets ne sont pas de bonne qualité, ils se salissent très vite au bout de 8 jours le bracelet était déjà taché. J'ai beau essayer avec plusieurs produits pour le détacher mais ne fonctionne !!! il serait bon de revoir la gamme vu le prix de vente !!!

La Watch 8 est très bien, mais le bracelet blanc a beaucoup de traces verdâtres impossibles à nettoyer 1 mois après mon achat. Je vais être obligée d acheter un autre bracelet, mais je ne sais pas lequel prendre pour que ça ne recommence pas. Très décevant !
