Purchased from John Lewis as it was a great price and had good reviews that are entirely true. The team that delivered it were so helpful, having to take the doors off to get it through a narrow doorway. There's plenty of room and great lighting. The internal ice box is brilliant and simple to use leaving the outside looking sleek without the icebox in the door like other models.

The product was delivered on time. Upon turning on, the freezer is making a howling / whooshing noise for which I have raise a complaint on the first day of operation. Awaiting feedback from Samsung. Didn't expect such a quality deficiency from Samsung. If there is a fault, I will have to return the product.

The product I received had scratches on the inside in both compartments. Samsung agreed to replace it but has asks me to pay for installation of the replacement. They also want me to pack the existing fridge. It’s a big fridge and Samsung is being a little cunning here trying to make it impossible to return it. I’m really disappointed in their horrendous service and especially the casual attitude of their team. I am exploring all options!

Just taken delivery of new Samsung fridge freezer, looks great, easy clean surfaces and has great storage capacity. The energy rating was a great plus most similar appliances are rated E but this is rated C so should save a lot over the year. Also came with 5 year warrantee which would have cost another £260 so feel like we got a great deal with this product. For those who like gadgets, you can also control the appliance temperature via smart app on your phone

From its sleek design to its impressive capacity, this appliance ticks all the boxes for a modern family. First off, let's talk about aesthetics. The sleek stainless steel finish is stunning and seamlessly integrates with our other appliances. It has that "wow" factor and instantly upgrades the look of the kitchen. We can now easily stock up on groceries without playing Tetris, and the well thought out shelving and drawer configurations make it a breeze to keep everything organised and visible. No more forgotten items at the back of the fridge! The Twin Cooling Plus™ technology is another standout feature. Our fresh produce stays crisp for noticeably longer, and there's no transfer of odours between the fridge and freezer compartments. We've also been incredibly impressed with how quiet it generally is. It just hums along discreetly, doing its job perfectly. Now, for a minor point that we've occasionally noticed. Every now and then, we hear a fairly loud rumbling sound, like clumps of ice falling. It's quite brief and doesn't happen frequently, but it is noticeable. What's interesting is that this model doesn't have an ice maker, so it's a bit of a curious sound! It's certainly not a deal-breaker in any way, and the fridge freezer otherwise performs flawlessly. We suspect it might be related to the automatic defrost cycle or internal temperature regulation, possibly. Overall, it is an outstanding American fridge freezer that we wholeheartedly recommend. Its exceptional capacity, intelligent features, and stylish design make it a fantastic investment for any home. The occasional mysterious rumble is a small quirk in an otherwise near-perfect appliance that has genuinely improved our kitchen experience!

Love the black steel finish not a heavy gloss paint finish, so quite as we have open plan kitchen living room so do not hear a sound from it, Interior is excellent storage and easy clean, looking forward to Christmas to stuff it full with seasons delights as it has more then enough room for it. My first Samsung Fridge Freezer ...and not disappointed. Did not want ice or a water dispenser. Very pleased with the size and features. SmartThings is impressive with AI Energy Mode. The cherry on top is the 5 years warranty

Just received our new American fridge freezer which replaced an identical model which lasted over 20 years. Delighted to see that this one is deeper (and therefore protrudes into the kitchen further) but seems more spacious. Looks like it will fit everything in, is a lot quieter than the last one.

This fridge is HUGE! I’ve got space for all my beers—BBQ stash and backup—plus whatever ‘healthy’ stuff the missus sneaks in. Nice looking too, with a good promotion from Samsung. Cashback offer was accepted - now just need to wait 45 days to be paid. Comes with 5 years warrantee. Hopefully, the fridge and Samsung keep my beers cool. Let's see.

Really good space, love the wine rack and extra door storage. So cold! Like the clean design on the front. Only comment is that it occasionally makes a loud clanging noise, as if ice is falling down in clumps, but we don't have an ice maker?

We're really happy with our new fridge! It's very big and spacious, and feels like a big upgrade from our previous fridge (with a single door). A nice mix of lots of different shelves, drawers and compartments. We didn't have any ice maker or water features - so it's very easy to install - just plug it in and good to go. As other reviews have noted - the shelves are not very flexible, I think only one of them can be moved up or down. And if you're getting the black version of the fridge - the doors are a different colour to the sides (which are dark grey rather than black).
