How to sync data across your Galaxy devices using Samsung Cloud

How to sync data across your Galaxy devices using Samsung Cloud

With Samsung Cloud, you can synchronise your phone’s data across multiple devices. This way, you can ensure that your data is up to date. For example, if you add an event to your calendar, it will appear on other devices that are signed into the same Samsung account.

Please note: Available settings may vary depending on your mobile provider and software version.

How to sync your data

Please note: Content will not automatically synchronise if your Cloud storage is full. Data charges may apply if Wi-Fi and mobile data option is selected.

You can customise which apps automatically sync depending on which you use more frequently. If synchronisation is enabled for the same app on multiple devices, you will be able to access your data on all of these devices.

1 Open the Settings app
Settings app icon
2 Tap the name at the top of the screen

3 Tap Samsung Cloud

4 Tap an app to see its additional sync settings

Automatically or manually backing up your data ensures that your cloud storage account is safe from deletion. Any accounts or categories, such as calendars, contacts, etc. that are not used in a 12-month period could be subject to deletion.
