How do I perform a factory reset on my Samsung TV?

When you perform a factory reset, all of your settings revert to the factory defaults, including memorised channels and any set clocks or timers. If you had your TV professionally calibrated, you may lose the calibration settings if the calibration was not done through the service menu.

If you are only looking to reset one of the settings on your TV, please refer to your User Manual or the E-Manual for your device.

Please note: performing a factory reset will not reset your network settings. Network settings can only be changed manually
