Plugged it in, selected AI mode and was blown away by how quiet and how ifficient it is. Dried a full load in 55 minuites which is 2 hours faster than our previous Heat Pump dryer. Scaned the drier QR code and added it to the Samsung Smart Things App and instant information. You can also see the serial number via the Smart Things App or find it at the back of the machine on this model. That load cost me less than 13p to dry, (just amazing.) You will need this to register for the 5 year parts and labour warranty ( 20 years on the Inverter) This r

I replaced my Samsung heatpump dryer with this newer model, and I'm blown away! This new one has an AI setting which weighs the cloths and dampness and works out the best time. My previous dryer always took 2-3 hours per big load whereas this one is literally half of that! It is truly amazing and I highly recommend it.

Does what I expect it to. With the basic setup, it's no thrills. But wait! There's more! It has an AI mode to determine what cycle to run (I use this the most!) and when it does finish, it plays a funny little diddy at the end that at least twice makes you think it's finished, but it hasn't! Funny!

Dryer is brilliant, especially with Ai feature that calculates best drying time according to the weight/wetness of the clothing. The clothing is dry and smelling fresh and emptying the water tank is also straight forward. The drum capacity is very big and the dryer itself looks awesome!

Amazing product a must have house appliance, was able to do 10 washes back to back with ease over a weekend and costing next to nothing use heat pump technology. I want put some YouTube content on this and show case how marvellous it is
