I can't moan about this what so ever, it's the 1st ever washing machine tumble dryer I've ever owned. And everything works fine even more so in a 1 bedroom flat. It all runs nice and quiet can all be controlled of my samsung s24 ultra, i get reminders on my phone and samsung tv when everything is finished and can now do all my washing and dry my clothes to be put away in 1 unit and not have to use central heating no more the samsung app keeps track of electric and water you've used throughout the year theres nothing to moan about im happy with it all, and have gone to effort to run the machine off a water purifier to avoid limescale and save buying calgon and washing detergent works better with purified water it will all last longer and work better im with it all

Within a few months of normal household use, scratches began appearing on the perspex of the washer dryer door. The appliance was delivered in perfect condition, has not been misused, and has only been operated in line with manufacturer guidance. The marks developed gradually and without any external impact, indicating an inherent issue with the material rather than user damage. This raised concerns about a potential manufacturing or design fault, which was later confirmed by a Samsung-qualified engineer. Despite this validation, resolving the issue has proven unnecessarily difficult due to delays, poor communication, and failure to act on agreed outcomes.

Only just had this washer delivered today so cant comment on performace, what i can comment on is the following. Build quality - doesnt seem as good as my old Samsung washer 10 years ago, the draw feels flimsey. My main gripe is the LED screen, its horrible, the current setting illumination spills out making the display look cheap, nasty and not right for the price of this machine. I have no idea if this is normal or if the screen is defected, its hard to read.

The worst most unreliable household appliance I have ever owned. Owned it for 6 months and have had 6 call-outs with multiple breakdowns with leaks inside resulting in 2 new motors, 2 new boards, a new valve assembly, a new heater/fan unit and the newest problem is it is throwing the belt off. Have asked for a replacement or an alternative and Samsung just say no, it is a repair only warranty. Really not happy

only used once so far,it took 4 and half hours to wash and dry 4 towels on the eco40/60 program,so rememember its not 40/60 mins,towels came out nice and dry,will take a little getting used too,app is great,but you still got to pust the start buttom on the machine,delivery was only just good enough as the driver brought to my door with no packaging as the driver said he took it all off it was damaged,luckily the machine was perfect,so they still done a good job and saved me the hassle with the rubbish,its early days yet,but think i still made a good choice

Good kg for wash and decent kg for drying for two people. The machine works perfectly and without fault for 3 months. The drying side I usually have two cycles (1hr) or 1 and half (1hr30m) for bigger things like very fluffy hoodies or blankets. Total time is nearly 2 hours but comes out dry every time. Just make sure you fill it to the max dry level or under if you are worried. I've done that and they do come out a bit damp if it's filled above 6kg for drying. The WiFi mechanism is great and updates you when you need to clean the drum or when a cycle is finished. You can also customise a lot more on the app for your cycle unlike what's preset for you on the machine itself. Its a stable washerdryer, extremely quiet. Standard size to fit most pre-existing gaps for previous tumble dryers/washing machines. Always be sure to run your calibration for this machine before you do your first load! Then your set as long as your machine doesn't move from the original spot (mine hasn't). I'd say this washer dryer is great for couples and possibly for a having 1 child. I'd say past that, you'd begin to be having it on all the time because of it's 6kg dry if you always need it for that so be cautious to 3 grown people or more for that function. Overall, extremely satisfied with this machine and backed up with 5 years of warranty.

Had this machine for a month and it’s been excellent. Love the ease of use and large drum size. And being able to use over Wi-Fi is great for when our solar power kicks in. Just two issues I can’t work out, where does the fluff from the dryer go? Can’t seem to find a filter like you do on tumble dryers. And secondly just wish the timer was start from rather than when do you want it to end. Fiddly to set up if you on cheaper overnight tariffs to make sure it fits in your cheap rates. Start from would be easier.

I would never ever in my life buy a samsung washer dryer again, even if it was half price. We've spent so much on a top of the line washer dryer from Samsung 4 years ago, that I have carefully looked after and cleaned often, and it is absolutely horrible. Besides the fact that the door in leaking inside of itself, looking absolutely horrible now, full of limescale that you cannot clean, we've had to change parts after flooding our kitchen, sometimes it still leaks here and there. But the worst part? The dryer. Absolutely useless. it is always a gamble. It either burns your items, putting holes through them, or you find them still soaking wet hours later. It was silent for a few months, maximum a year. After that, we sometimes have to pause the cycle at night as we cannot fall asleep, hearing it from the bedroom.I also thought it cleans really well in the beginning, which it probably did, but a few months ago I did a light coloured load in a super basic washing machine in an airbnb and I couldn't believe how clean my clothes came out. Some very old items came out looking like new. They're back to looking old and greyish with my top of the line samsung washer. The smart feature and app are even more useless than the dryer. I gave up using them quickly as they are a waste of time. Firstly, you have to manually press a button EVERY TIME to switch on the smart control of the washing machine. If you do not do that with every load, you cannot control it from your phone. As soon as the cycle is over, it switches off automatically and you cannot control it from your phone anymore. So let's say you want to add a drying cycle from your phone to make sure your clothes are dry (especially as the samsung dyer needs 2-3 cycles to actually dry your clothes). You can't because as soon as the current cycle ended the smart control switches off. You also cannot do it while the current cycle is on. You can only do it in the beginning when starting the initial cycle. When... you know... you're probably next to the washing machine and do not need to do it from your phone?? I also bought their top of the line cordless vacuum cleaner around the same time, and that is awful too compared to other similarly priced brands. And the customer service is of course, the cherry on top to ensure I will never ever touch a samsung product ever again. After my purchase I did not receive the invoice and I had to explain to 5-6 agents that I kept being transferred to that I only want my invoice. Too bad, that they did not know what that is. After an hour on the phone, I used the cursed phrase "I want to speak to a manager" and I was finally, about 15min later, transferred to someone that emailed me my invoice in 2 seconds. After this experience, I avoided asking for help from samsung for more important issues as I can imagine how that would've been. I'd rather pay for a piece myself than waste my time on the phone with people who literally cannot understand what I am saying. Samsung wants to place themselves as a premium brand, demanding premium prices, but their products are average at best and when you have issues they are too stingy to compensate people fairly, so you will not receive the help you need.

I bought this to replace a washing machine and a dryer due to lack of space. I was sceptical about buying a washer dryer combo but so far so good. It’s soooo quiet which I love. My only criticism is that it does take longer to dry than a standard stand alone dryer but not majorly a problem for me. Put on in morning and all washed and dried by the time I get home from work.

Our previous eco bubble lasted ten years before developed fault with door lock. I hope series 5 will last equally long. One downside is a touch screen instead of physical buttons. I would rather have a physical button, especially when my hands are wet. I guess it's not a fault but my preference.

Does the washer basics well, and runs quietly. Sadly, the dryer functionality is lacking. There seems to be no way of putting in a small batch of clothing for a quick dry. This seems to be a basic requirement of a washer dryer.

Washing machine works okay, but the supplied connector to the water mains is very flimsy and snapped, throwing water everywhere. Supply your own connectors and this is a good washing machine though.

Nice looking machine, easy controls, very quiet compared to last washer we had. Washing capsules seem to get stuck in door seal, cured by putting capsules in mesh bag. Plays tune when finished cycle

We love our new washer. It’s not the quietest but the only issue I’ve had is with the odd sock getting caught in the front glass area and not being washed, but other than that it’s fab :)
