My second Samsung product Dishwasher being the first so did not hesitate to go the washer dryer capacity is perfect and a slight increase from previous washer. Only used twice up to now but considerably quieter than other machines. Loads of programmes to choose from can't wait to try the air wash feature and the Efficiency and performance is yet to be determined as early days but I'm sure will not disappoint.

The AI feature is great especially as you pretty much don't have to pick a wash now. Have tried other, bedding, and download one too. Did a double duvet and cleaned and dried it really well. Much better then expected. (did this on a bedding wash) Shame about the remote use and having to be at the device, this could do with an override, with a warning if needed. Trying to integrate in to Home Assistant but it's not the best at the moment, especially energy tracking and the 'fake' water usage but it's there, sort of. Smart Things App could do with more details for the tweakers among us. But the washing and drying is excellent. Though we do keep getting a wet sock left under the door bowl and in the seal.

I bought the series 6 version of this 2.5 years ago. Used it normally and a few months after the warranty expires the bearings went and even Samsung's repairers told me it wasn't worth fixing. For such an expensive machine this is unacceptable. Samsung's response was to offer me 20% off a new machine bought through their website, so naturally I chose to order a Hotpoint and will never order Samsung again.

Really like the device so far. Still getting used to all the features but seems intuitive adjusting to load sizes etc and it's great being able to connect it to my phone. The drying capabilities are good too. And of course the tune at the end.

This thing exudes quality as it very quietly goes about it's business, doing a great job of the laundry, with autodosing and WiFi control. I thought the remote control was a bit of a gimmick at first, but now I wouldn't live without it! (1) It makes it much easier to find options like switching off fabric conditioner for a particular wash (2) It's a lot easier than squatting down or bending your neck, to look at the controls on the machine (3) It reminds you when the washing is done and needs taking out, at half hourly intervals on your phone (this feature is for lazy and/or forgetful people)

Been using the washing machine for about a month now and I am really impressed with the large 11kg drum. It is quieter than the previous machines I have owned. The dryer is impressive and does a good job every time. Love the auto-dosing feature. I was sceptical about using the app however since downloading it, it is handy to check when the cycle will be done and useful to see the other features it has to offer. I do find the app is user friendly being able to change the washing machine settings over wi-fi. The only downside with the machine which only happens now and again is wet socks get under the door bowl in the seal so they don't get spun and have noticed this happens to others too. I would defiantly recommend this to other people! Happy washing :-)

Despite countless tries to clean the smell out of my old yet still functional washing machine I decided to move on to something new and see what the new tech has to offer. I was a bit hesitant at first and so regretted to have spend a fortune on this new washing machine… Oh boy did I make the right move on this purchase! My partner was kept telling me to give up my towel and dressing gun as the colour and smell was not coming out of them despite using good quality detergents. Holy Moly were we amazed at the results after using this new Series 7 washing machine. I get to keep my old dressing gun and towel! Despite being amazed and happy that it managed to get that old colour and smell out of my laundry I keep asking myself (and hoping not to jinx it) How long will all these sensors and parts in this new machine last? My experience with newer technology, despite being smart and useful is not that great when it comes to reliability. I do hope, pray and cross my fingers that all will be well and no part will fail.

Bought this to replace a candy washer dryer that was faulty. Next day delivery and installation was convenient and hassle free. A quick scan through all the settings and its very intuitive. The app works great and my clothes come out clean and dry every time either when setting manually or using the ai setting. Super quiet! The app can be eye opening in terms of showing how much electricity and water you are using on your washes.

Initially, we were delighted with this appliance, but it didn't last long. The belt fell off after 3 months, and well we had to contact a Samsung engineer. Took them over 10 days to come and repair it in 10 minutes. After the repair washer-dryer was working fine for 3 days, and same thing happened. When we contacted the engineers again, they didn't even bother sending anyone, they just told us it was unrepairable and that we would get a replacement. That's fine, but engineers will need 7 days from the time of repair to close their report. So here we go, waiting again, who knows how long before we have a working washing machine. waiting for an engineer to click 1 button on the computer. I will sum this up: in a month of March this particular device worked for 3 days. engineer service was horrible as well. The rude guy on the other end of the phone just had 0 interest in getting to us any time sooner. I was pretty much flat-out told, "I don't care you have a small child at home". The appliance also dyes clothes like mad, and we are unable to figure out why. We use the same detergents, and it just dyes clothes almost every wash and dry. We had to invest in color catchers, but even with them, a lot of clothes got ruined.
