Twice i bought this charger and twice now and it just stops working, coincidently few weeks after its' warranty date has been reached. I tried both the UK socket type and also the 2 pins socket one .. both stopped working. I am Seriously considering getting a more reliable compatible one from another reputable maker.

Just got a new S22 Ultra. I've accepted that you don't get a plug any more but I wasn't expecting the double ended USB-C cable! I've got dozens of USB plugs but now I have to buy a USB-C plug. Leaves a very bad taste in the mouth after dropping +1,000 on a new phone only to come home and discover you can't charge it. It also negates any environmental savings on not suppling a plug if I have to go out and get one anyway.

Really £12 wasted on a stupid charger and it only lasted about 5 months and I had to buy a new one and fast charging REALLY ? 2 HOURS AND 40 MINS NOT FAST AT ALL I liked samsung better when they had chargers included in the box. It's a shame they removed it from the box. Don't buy this charger

Stopped working after less than 6 months. I got a 10 voucher and now have to buy a new one. Wish I saw the reviews earlier. These stop working and if it's a known issue why are they still for sale ?

Pretty embarrassing that they don't supply a plug with your new phone. S22 ultra arrived today and they no longer supply a plug . Pay 1000 for a phone and they won't supply a plug with it..... cost cutting

My new Samsung Galaxy A13 5g came with only USB C cable without adaptor. The problem is my old phone was USB B compatible and now I have to purchase new adaptor separately ! How pathetic ! I have to spend again. 😪

I bought a few of these chargers 15W/25W/45W last year and they worked well for a year and then suddenly two of them stopped charging just after a month over the warranty period.

I have a number of samsung devices. My new fast charger has a USB C plug. No worries. Plenty of options for USB A to USB C cables or adaptors to choose from for all legacy devices. Works great.
I recommended this product.

Bought it 7 months ago and it has already stopped working. Very unreliable for a genuine Samsung product. I think my S22 Ultra will be the last Samsung product I will use.

I have used my adaprer cable for over 3 years abd ut was reliable. Over the past few days it gas stopped charging. I have tried different plug sockets and still dosent work. My phone battery is niw dead, so i am now goibg to try going to somewhere that is not offical for Samsung.

After exactly 18 months, the charger which came with my Note 20 has just quit on me. Charged my phone before bed....played a few games, slept off then woke this morning and plugged in the USB cable and....nada, zilch, nothing. I am seriously thinking about getting another brand once I am done with this phone.
