I'm not one to ever post reviews. But I bought this charger in the summer. Absolute rubbish. Randomly stopped working a few days ago for no reason. Wish I listened to similar reviews like mine. I don't advise you buy. Save your money. Hope samsung CS can find a solution for me

Was a bit concerned reading the reviews on this charger, but since I had one before, and it was great, and I had left it behind after a trip away and needed a genuine charger I decided to go for it. Quality as would be expected from a genuine Samsung product, no issues, no noises, super fast charge, no complaints. Competitive price and free delivery.....glad I did this than run the risk of an imitation or non samsung product from elsewhere.

Charger popped in plug socket and damaged it only four months after purchase. Customer service waste of time over an hour on phone couldn't get a coupon to work technically useless.

What a load of rubbish!! Was sold this charger when I purchased my new phone about a year ago. PAID £24.99 = £2.00 per mth Been Good until a few days ago to find its had it, no longer working?? Replacement on Amazon £10.50 (Purchased a Belkin after reading these reviews)

It was really good to started with but stopped working after 5 months and it was outside of the 30 day window from purchase so samsung can't do anything about it. Rather disappointed and won't be buying any accessories from them again

Charged my phone twice and then stopped working! Should have listened to others reviews before buying as this seems a common problem. Also, like others, was not offered the full amount refunded. God knows why Samsung think this is an acceptable approach to only offer partial refunds for faulty products. Poor product, poor service. Don't waste your time or money here

This product is horrible. I contacted the support because it was making a strange ticking noise. I just wanted to know if that was normal and they suggested I return it and get a new one and that's what I did. Today I got the "new one" even before using it I noticed a burn mark on the metal part. And After using it I notice that there is still the weird ticking noise. I won't return it because I'm tired of the process, but I surely won't use it or buy another charger.

I bought the black coloured one over a year ago and its still going strong then a couple of weeks ago I bought the white one for a different room. They both fast charge on my Samsung phones and have saved me a small fortune as I was continually buying cheap cables out the corner shop that would last a month. I was definitely recommend spending a wee bit more and buying the offical samsung charger as it'll work out cheaper in the long run.

I had a fast charger it didn't last long before it stopped working. Was thinking of getting another one for new phone. How can you sell a phone without a charge. Got the 24 Ultra but no charger. The cost just say expensive for a 1tb phone. I had a S9+ great phone.

Charger never worked from day 1, couldnt return as disposed of packaging. I had full charge so i didn't need to use until a few days after it arrived. Cable works with independent charger so 100% the charging unit, currently having to charge a brand new S24 wirelessly which is a pain & the reason I'd upgraded in the 1st place, very frustrating. especially after I'd had already had issues with the charging port of the original new S24 which claimed dust/moisture every time I plugged it in. I'd give zero stars if I had the option. Support unhelpful.

Charger arrived and DOESN'T WORK!!!!! Contacted customer support, offered me a compensation voucher to order another one but the voucher doesn't cover the amount to replace with a new you so leaving me out of pocket. They can't send a replacement charger for 7-10days so now have a phone I can't charge!!! Save your money!!! Don't waste your time.

Charger doesnt work, lasted me a couple of months, i brought it when it was on offer for £13.50, when i contacted customer support they said to me they cant replace as i would have to return for them to check what is rong with it and they told me as that process is long its better if they compensate me a voucher of £10 which dont even cover the price i paid so dont waste your money!

This is the charger I bought for my husband and I, the one with the cable. It charges ok in terms of speed but the battery drains out easily. I now have to charge my phone twice a day since I started using this charger. Same with my husband. I am afraid for the battery health of our samsungs s23 ultra phones due to this. Unfortunately, we bought this 2 weeks ago and can't find the original packaging at home. We would have returned them. We are not happy with this!

This charger charges ok in terms of the charging speed hence the 2 stars. However, the phone loses its charge so fast at an alarming rate! I now charge my phone twice daily which never used to be the case until I started using this charger. Unfortunately, we bought 2 of them for me and my husband, and he is experiencing the same thing. I have used this for roughly 2-3 weeks now and I am afraid for the long term effect on my samsung s23 ultra battery. I would honestly like to return these chargers and either get better ones or get a refund.

Since I upgrade to the 25 w charger the charging time has dropped below 1 hr to full charge and I recommend buying a super fast Charging cable it really makes a difference

Highly recommended superfast charger. Do not need to buy the 45W equivalent. This charges my S24+ from 0 to 80% in about 40-50 minutes. My only issue with this charger is the cable length, which is just a bit too short (which knocks 1 star off design) Otherwise, the charging capability is excellent

My 25W charger died a couple of days ago. I bought a new plug and cable. I received them two days later (full marks for speed of delivery). I discovered that the problem was not the plug but the cable (it is the second amsungSourreplacement cable I have bought).They are quite flimsy. Plus they are not long enough if you are using a plug on the floor. Time for Samsung to switch to a more robust cable supplier and double the length.

Charges device so fast highly recommend from 4% it took around 1 hour to fully charge.

Acest incarcator a fost livrat azi dimineata in jurul orei 11, l-am folosit si a mers bine, iar aproximativ 12 ore mai tarziu, la ora 22, incarcatorul a incetat din a functiona. Am testat cablul cu alt adaptor de alimentare decat cel furnizat de catre Samsung si cablul functioneaza, deci problema este la adaptorul de alimentare.
