I have received this item 2x and the one with the track pad has come in the french language not English language and it's happening throughout all other businesses in UK it says UK on the box but when you open the box it shows the french device with x2 letters of A E I O U with diagonal apostrophe. Currys john lewis samsung amazon is sending you the french one but on there websites or app shows English uk

Tablet is great and this works well as a cover. But the keyboard is less impressive. As others have noted it's useless in the dark. It works best on a desk or other solid surface. The weight being in the tablet (unlike a laptop) means it tips over too easily on one's lap. All the above I knew and understood before I got it. I think the disappointment is the key action which is poor. At the time I bought it, this was included in the price, so my disappointment is mitigated somewhat. But, if I were Samsung, then this is where I would focus my development time because it is the main weakness of the whole package - tablet, pen and cover/keyboard.

Disappointed; more accurately, I feel let down. This was sent as a compliment to the Tab 9 Ultra - thank you! The Keyboard and connection are fine; they are useless in the dark, though, as keys are invisible without illumination. Also, the tablet is too heavy for the magnets, meaning it falls apart too much; gravity works and I constantly worry about the screen shattering when the magnets fail... Moreover, the stand design leaves ONLY one camera angle...

I was suppplied this keyboard case free of charge from Samsung as part of a key worker promotion, its a lovely gesture and its fits well to the tablet but to be honest I wouldnt pay £199 for this case, it dont protect the tablet very well and it is a magnet the holds it in. I feel the tablet could easily slip out of the case. Also to start with I struggled to get the keyboard to work its simple for some reason it just didnt want to connect to the S10 ultra and it was hit and miss, I guess it may depend on the surface its on ? on my lap the keyboard works fine but my coffee table the connection was hit and miss and sometimes would not connect. The Portability of the key board case is a good idea for lectures and meetings, but its just a shame it dont have a trac pad, And I refuse to pay £300 plus pounds for the AI keyboard with trac pad. Which dont really give you much protection. overall its ok for Free.

The keyboard responsiveness and layout is terrible. Echoing other feedback that if this was a free inclusion you could put up with it but this falls far short of the Ultra Tab S9 in terms of quality and is not worth the retail price. Samsung also will not honour returns after 14 days to give you time to try to adapt to the poor quality even if just over so I have an expensive lump of plastic sat in my cupboard.

Fantastic little cover and keyboard - i'm genuinely impressed at how good it it. I found the connection between the board and tablet to be really solid. The keys are surprisingly responsive and i much prefer it to the touch screen if i have more typing to do. Its my perfect 'mobile' office now that i can just slip into a bag without having to lug my laptop around!
I recommended this product.
