I bought this fridge freezer to replace a 15 year old one that had started to develop a fault. I spent a long time looking through the different brands and models available and reading the reviews. Eventually I decided that this Samsung one was the best option for me and for the available space/ceiling height in my kitchen. I was a bit worried about fitting everything in it as my old one had 4 full length door shelves and 2 deep salad/veg drawers but these worries were unfounded as this is actually very spacious inside. The door shelves are deep so everything fits in perfectly, and while I would actually prefer to have separate drawers for my veg and salad the single drawer is very roomy and I am able to fit everything in together. I can fit plenty on the fridge shelves and in the freezer. The freezer drawers glide in and out smoothly and effortlessly, so different to the drawers in my old one which I actually had to battle with to get them to work.i set the dial at 3, which was the recommended setting, and the temperatures of both fridge and freezer seem to be perfect. It freezes quickly with no sign of frost whatsoever and the fridge stays beautifully cold. I also love the alarm that beeps if the fridge door is open for too long. Apart from preventing it being left open accidentally, I was always telling my son off for standing there with the fridge door wide open staring in it while wondering what to eat - now the fridge tells him off and saves me a job! I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Delivered yesterday 23/02/26 when removing tape etc from shelves, it was noted that small cracks were evident on back of unit, where shelves fit. I can only assume jammed in too tightly at factory. Contacted Samsung via chat but was told to contact the retailer. After 20 minutes of hanging on the phone I gave up. I have to assume this will be no detriment to perfornace of fridge/freezer. Also had an issue registering this online for warranty, told website being updated, but not to worry it will be actioned. This page not allowing me to upload images

I've had this fridge for about 2 years. Within 6 months of getting it, the not for purpose lining under the vegetable draw cracked in numerous places. I now see this has happened to other people and Which looked into it. I paid £649 for the fridge freezer and most appliances and gadgets I own are Samsung. I can't believe they can charge so much for such poor materials. I'm likely to start buying different brands now.

I'd give this no stars if I could. Previous reviewer is right about Absolute heap of junk! Avoid at all costs. There is a problem with the linings of Samsung fridge freezers breaking up inside after a very short period of time, as identified by Which? in January 2022. The linings are so thin you could easily put a fingernail through them. Samsung are aware of this problem but refuse to acknowledge it as a manufacturing defect & claim it is misuse! They have released a document stating that if this happens after 3 months it's not a manufacturing defect - a direct breach of Consumer Rights which states that products should be of satisfactory quality, durable & last reasonable amount of time. 3 months from a product costing around £500? Seriously? Previous reviewer is correct about the shelves breaking.

The quality is great, the fridge is noisy and who on earth designed the door shelves. Bottom veg draw is large so the door has short holder is shallow. So frustrating trying to force standard milk cartons or juice cartons as the shelfs are to short. So tight space. I'm sure the plastic shelces will break. There is space to the bottom shelf is lower by an extra 1cm (there is space). Honestly I wish I never bought it.

You can't go wrong with this fridge freezer, this is my first brand new fridge ive owned in life and its lovely. All the freezer drawers pull out nice and smoothly the fridge light is a nice white-blue spectrum nice and bright. there's more than enough room for me, I spent a extra £60 on shopping and still had room to play with its all Frost free so there going to be no ice build up I managed to get 3 cartons of milk and a bottle of fruit juice in the fridge door its nice and quiet I'm more then happy, my old fridge was taken away for me witch just saved me lots of work and dramas and I was left with a brand new fridge freezer by 8.30am to just plug in, you can't not be grateful of that, I have two Samsung 4k tvs one Samsung fridge freezer and one Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g, and I don't have problems with nothing I'm happy with it all, thank you to everyone involved
