We have now had our new fridge freezer for a week and are absolutely delighted with our purchase. It runs so quietly and the food stored feels so much fresher and the drinks so much colder than our previous appliance. The controls are simple to use and we love the fact that temperatures for each function can be set separately. In our previous appliance the fridge temperature dictated the freezer setting. The fridge interior is beautifully designed and is spacious with ample door storage too. Fitted perfectly into our existing cabinet and we opted for fitters from providing store which was money well spent. We also registered for the 5 years parts and labour warranty with Samsung so peace of mind too. Would highly recommend this appliance and being frost free means no more defrosting duties as well. Brilliant!!

This fridge feels so cheap compared to previous brand experiences, i truly regret buying it. It has these stupid small trays on the door which you cannot fit anything in and then you just have to remove them anyway as there is not enough room to get anything in and out of the door with them there. The only reason it gets 1 star is it is quiet but other than that it is terrible.

Do not buy... Do not store meat, fish or dairy in it as it could be dangerous for food preservation and for your health. I've got one of these bought less than a year ago. When you set the temperature at 3 degrees, it controls it between -1 degree and 15 degrees. Temperature can stay for hours above 12 degrees and the fridge does not alarm. It's suppose to be a fancy fridge but you only get an alarm when it's above 15 degrees for over 1 or 2 days. We got sick a few times, but didn't think it woul be the fridge. I put a thermometer inside to check and that's when I saw how the temperature was... We booked a repair but they said temperature was cooler inside than in the room so all ok... That is apparently their criteria! And now it started to make a loud noise... But I guess it's ok. Freezer seems no maintain temperature below freezing though.

Great fridge. Really keeps cold. No water/condensation build up and I like the lay out inside. Delighted that it is also frost free. Not sure what I will see app for but I can see it might prove useful when on holiday. Price matched so extremely good value. But even full price this seemed a very reasonably price for comparable appliances. Everyone has commented on the slow light up feature. Not sure if it’s strictly necessary but everyone loves it! Maybe a little bit noisier than our old fridge but it’s not especially noticeable.
