The plug was damaged, had to straighten myself as we need to transfer contents of older freezer immediately this one arrived. Contacted store and the promised a callback from salesperson who was on day off. Also frosting up near top seal overnight , not good for a Frost Free appliance . No user manual supplied and found it very difficult to register a find an online user manual as an older person

The freezer is very stylish with plenty of space. Good Samsung quality product. The only issue we had was that the handle was not fitted on delivery and there are no instructions to fit the handle (the handle is only mentioned in relation to the optional door reversal instructions and we did not require door reversal). The two screws to attach the handle are over-tightened from the factory. The store had to come back and use a power screwdriver to fit the handle. We also had to wait 1 week from delivery for the store to come back and fit the handle (with our old and new freezer stood in the house). Do not assume this is a freestanding ready to go product, it isn't, it requires assembly.

I have to enter this review before I can register for the warranty - Why? Freezer arrived with a small dent in the front. Annoying, but not really worth teh hassle of getting it exchanged, especially as an exchanged one would have to stand before I could use it. Where would I put my frozen food in the meantime. Freezer has an alarm labelled "Door Open". That isn't what it is. It is a high temperature alarm, indicating that the internal temperature is tooo high. Why not label it as that? I spent ages trying to work out why it said the door was open when it was not.

I purchased the RZ32C7BDESA/EU model. Great storage and very convenient to find things. Like the mixture of drawers and selves, plus added benefit of SmartThings, no longer need to defrost the freezer manually being 'frost free' & Power Freeze when loading my food shop. Improved energy efficiency.

we chose the freezer as we bought the matching fridge. we were pleasantly surprised - the freezer is very big and i can definitely freeze and batch cook more often, saving money and time. the ice maker is a nice feature and the freezer is very cold which is great. the interior light feature is handy. the mixture of shelves and drawers makes it very easy to separate the food groups.

Completely fed up. We bought this freezer back in April and received it with marks on the front door (also bought matching fridge which had a dent in). It is impossible to clean, microfiber cloth scratches the surface and the only cloth we have found suitable is a glasses cloth. Our freezer is now over frosting and awaiting a replacement. Been cancelled on 5 times.

Very impressed with this freezer. It looks great in the kitchen and has excellent capacity. Love the ice-maker machine in the door, as well as the small door shelves. Even find the door handle to open it much better than other appliances as there is a give to it. Would highly recommend.

Love the space in my new freezer also the drawers makes sorting different food types simple. Stainless steel finish gives a contemporary sleek look. The ice cube maker is nice feature too.

Really impressed with this freezer. We love the little ice maker which takes up no actual freezer space. It got to temperature super quick and the fast freeze feature is great.
