Initially the sound was muffled when I turned it up. It is quite low at 10 compared to my previous Samsung tv. The screen isn’t as clear and sharp as I thought it might be. The guide and functions took a while to figure out but that’s just because it’s a new layout/ setup. Overall it’s a decent tv for the price.

I bought this six weeks ago and overall I'm pretty happy with it, the picture is fabulous and the sound quality. I've signed into my Samsung account and linked it to my phone and 'Smart Things' very well, when my ring doorbell goes a picture comes up on my television screen automatically and I can talk to people from there which is great. I have to deduct marks though because for one it came with a standard Samsung remote control so to access voice features I had to order a different one and secondly when I set up for voice assistant it was supposed to offer Bixby, Alexa and Google voice assistant, however it only offered me Bixby which was very disappointing indeed. I really wanted to choose Alexa because I am a prime member even when I did a factory reset and started from the beginning the only option for the voice assistant was Bixby and I think Bixby is pretty useless, I cannot use it to control my smart devices for example.

Has not worked properly since I got it. Freezes, dark, loss of volume with talking but still music sound, warbling of sound. Samsung very unhelpful, have gone through two hours of clearing and restarting and still the issues but they now want me to video the intermittent issues between me working full time and socialising. I expect to pay for an item and be able to use it or they exchange but they won’t and am now waiting. Argos won’t take it back unless I have the original packaging Which of course for a huge TV I did not keep. It is well within the year guarantee but it all still continues. Exhausting and frustrating!

We have had this over a week now and are very happy with it, I was a bit nervous because some of the reviews said that it is not compatible with BBC iPlayer and that it gave up after a week but so far it IS compatible with BBC iPlayer and is working fine with no lags! The sound is good quality and we find actually it’s quite loud so have ti turn it down! Our last Tv had lost its brightness and had a blue hue and so this one in contrast is extremely colourful and bright! All seems to work well and we are very happy with it!

Bought last week, extremely great value for price once set up appropriately. Some reviews I've noticed are saying about picture and brightness being a bit dark, however I noticed that picture mode especially when using amazon prime switches automatically to filmmaker mode. Anyone struggling with this i advise you open settings from the remote while in the app and change the picture settings to dynamic, this will allow the tv to use every part of its broadcast power and you will notice significant picture quality!

Overall happy with this TV, easy to set up and operate, the only negative is that it doesn't come with a Digital Optical Audio Output Port which means I can't connect my existing Sonos Ray Soundbar without purchasing an HDMI to Digital Audio Out converter which is very frustrating to say the least. Good Picture.

Bulkier than I expected but once it is on the wall it is barely noticeable. The sign up to Samsung was a bit of a drag with no option to reject advertising. Now that the installation is complete however, the TV is great, easy navigation of settings, super picture and sound quality. At this price it was a bargain.

Bought as a replacement for my previous Samsung TV which developed screen problems and the repair would cost more than this TV. Hope it lasts longer than the three years of the previous one. For the price it appears to be an excellent TV for its class. Easy to set up and no problems connecting my existing recording box and PC. Picture is good once its set up correctly. Sound is a bit quiet/ muffled, but no worse than other TVs internal speakers.
