It’s lovely tv very good contrast but very complicated to set up and also to turn off it kept coming back on and on and on we struggled with it for a few days and then we downloaded the app which I can’t see why you should have to do to turn it off and we’re doing role I don’t know if we could tell but Off is a bit bit much.

Extremely disappointed with Samsung I am incredibly disappointed with Samsung. My TV has broken after just one year of use — literally only three days outside of the warranty period. For a TV that has only been used for a year, I find this completely unacceptable. You expect a Samsung TV to last considerably longer than 12 months, and the fact that it has failed almost immediately after the warranty expired is extremely frustrating. What makes this even worse is that I am now left having to deal with the inconvenience and potential cost of repairing or replacing a TV that should have lasted for years. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Samsung TVs. I expected much better quality and reliability from such a well-known brand. I certainly won’t be rushing to buy Samsung again.

Forces you to sign in to use the "smart" functions like apps or tv. Too many features switched on by default trying to enhance the viewing experience but actually made it worse, I turned them all off. Plenty of HDMI slots for multiple devices. Picture and sound is fine.

Had this for a few weeks now to replace a.much older Samsung tv. Really please with the picture quality and sound. The menu is easy to navigate also. Picture has automatic sensor to adjust to room brightness, which is great because it used in our outdoor tiki bar!

This is far better more user friendly than other brands, I have all my smart TV's as Samsung and the sound and image quality is superb. I have this in my dining/kitchen room and it works a treat.

"Bought the Samsung 58-inch U8000F for our living room. Picture quality is wonderfully sharp for standard TV and 4K streaming, and the slim design looks fantastic. The Tizen smart system has all the apps built-in so we didn't need our old streaming stick. It’s not an OLED-level screen and struggles a bit if you have bright sunlight blasting right at it, but for general viewing and movie nights at this price point, it’s an absolute bargain. Highly recommended!"

Great Picture but connecting a soundbar has proved impossible. Doesn’t seem to like Sky Q box and refuses to work via e-arc HDMI.

It absolutely disgusting that apps wont work without connecting to Samsung account and then your account gets blocked after receiving one code, as apparently you requested too many codes… Another thing is that tv won’t connect to smartphone app without allowing local network and location access. Will be returning it tomorrow and will discourage anyone I know from buying any Samsung products.

I bought this as a direct replacement for a existing model that hadn’t lasted as long as expected, this one is a good picture and sound but a bit over complicated with apps and features for me, I’ll persevere and get used to it but I was expecting it to operate the same as the one it replaced.

Very happy with my new tv, 58” Samsung, instructions a bit confusing as they just show diagrams and not written instructions! Also I thought the mounting screws would come with the T.V, but they dont, they come with the wall mount. As regards to the TV itself very pleased, lovely picture etc. features a bit confusing, but I am 72 and I struggle with tec, but I’m sure I will sort it out soon!

Recently purchased this as a last minute dash when my old TV died, picture quality and sound are a much improvement, although their is no doubt better out there. Surprisingly light making wall mounting so much easier. Only niggles were lack of bolts for fixing to wall bracket and only 3 HDMI ports, 2 of which face directly towards the wall

This is a really good TV. The picture's perfect, the sound is great. My only gripe is the online elements are a bit intrusive when you only want to settle down and watch eg BBC1 on the terrestrial channel but I suppose all smart TVs are like that now. Overall a very good purchase at a decent price!

For the price I’m completely blown away!! The image quality is stunning, and the sound way better than expected. Plus it’s packed full of apps, widgets and things that I’m going to be busy exploring for days. Also the screen itself barely has a bezel, is thin and lightweight.

Great TV. So easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi - just plug in and it virtually does it itself. Love the apps, just a shame you cannot download some yourself

I brought this tv a week ago only put it up two days ago wow am amazed as i normally go for LG’s but my friend told me to try a Samsung and am way happy as the tv turns on fast it works very fast picture quality is crystal clear and the sound quality is amazing wow i cant say no more just a all round brilliant tv and looks like soon ill be purchasing another one 😩🤩🤏🏾

tv purchased for spare room for kids to use, it was very easy to set up and has very good picture quality the sound quality (no sound bar) is good as well, a very good TV for the price paid. Highly recommended.

I bought this to replace my old Samsung tv. 11 years old that packed up all of a sudden. Wall mounted in the same place with the old mountings simple. Plugged the power cable and Ariel in did a bit of setting up very straight forward even setting the Apps up. It Just has a different home page than before will take a little bit to get used to. For the price I can’t fault it at all.
