I received this Heat Pump Dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. First Impressions – The model I choose was in Graphite Grey – the front was very minimal with one large chrome dial and an LCD display and it matches the Samsung Washing machine I also use. There are a series of buttons that are discrete dimples under the LCD panel. Maybe it was my poorly lite laundry room, but the labels could be hard to see at times – but as I found out later you are unlikely to use when using the smart app. The front-loading door felt extremely large and made access to the drum simple and once closed allowed for easy viewing if needed. Initial Setup – The guide explains you would do best to install the ‘Samsung SmartThings’ app on your device, I already had this as I own a Samsung phone but understand from the instructions the app can be installed on any android or iOS device. When you turn the Dryer on for the first time, the screen shows the initial setup process. It was extremely easy to follow and within a short time the Dryer and my phone were connected. The draining of the water can be handled in one of 2 ways the first is how the machine comes already set up – the water collects in a container held at the top of the machine that you empty when prompted. The second and my preferred option, is to attach the drain hose they also supply to your waste pipe – thereby eliminating the need to ever empty the machine of water. First Use – Having now set up the machine I was ready for my use, I opted to use the app as I thought that would be the easiest way and it was. With ‘SmartThings’ opened; I clicked on the Dryer, and from here choose “Laundry Recipe” option. The app presents with a picture menu of popular Drying items, from Jean, shirts, socks and underwear to the not so regular items such as bed sheets or curtains. You click next and have the choice of drying level and if you want wrinkle prevention. Next after this choice your final screen presents itself – advising the recommended cycle. Send to the machine and press start. Less than a minute from starting the app to starting the drying – amazingly simple. Whilst in use the machine and the app update – both display what the machine is currently doing but more importantly how long is left on the programme. At the end of the programme the machine plays a triumphant melody – you can turn this off – but so far it has been quite nice to hear. Performance – I have now done about 8 drying cycles since having the machine. All have dried fantastically – the main thing I have noticed is that the estimated drying time changes as the machine senses how much moisture is left in the wash. So often my items were ready well before the initial estimate. Which leads me to why this machine will be so good for me. I do not consider myself to be big on saving the planet or as my partner would want concerned about reducing the household bills – I think about both but that’s where it normally ends – just a thought – but with the recipe I am noticing that I am being guided to more economical cycles and despite this the clothes are coming out dry first time. When using my old machine it was not smart and often the clothes would still be damp and would need another cycle, so with the efficient Samsung I hope that my energy bills will be less. Ease of use – I think the app is the easiest way to set the machine going, but I was concerned what if my app broke or heaven forbid my phone did! Could I still use the machine? So, on one cycle I decided not to use the app. I am pleased to say that it was easy. You use the dial on the front to move through the various options, and then using the dimple buttons beneath the LCD display you can adjust further. But to my surprise the app is not just a gimmick and is indeed a big step forward, the recipe option has proved to be a nice touch. As with all dryers there is a filter, but the Samsung has 2 parts that need cleaning after each use; it is easy to do but a bit fiddly at first -however the cleaning brush they included is ideal for this task. Final Conclusion – The machine is solid and well built; has even more features that I have not had chance to use or test (for example I cannot wait to wash my trainers and use the shelf to dry them, no more thumping as my trusted running shoes free spin!) all I can say is I would thoroughly recommend this Samsung Dryer.

Do not buy this dryer. Less than 2 years and some sort of sticky thingy is leaking from the back of it. It went all over the floor, on my other appliance underneath the tumble dryer and in the wall too. I have never seen this before.

I received this tumble dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. This tumble dryer is a massive improvement over our previous one. It runs quickly and quietly and is very economical. The smartphone link and cheery finish tune have been very useful as it is so quiet we don’t always know when it is finished. It is a very high quality, stylish dryer with a wide range of drying features, we have been particularly impressed with the drying tray for items that you aren't able to traditionally tumble dry. Small things like the internal light and the convenient placement of the water tray have really impressed us and it has managed large drying loads easily. We have already recommended this model to friends looking to buy.

I received this tumble dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. I've used this for a few weeks now and find this really economical. The smart meter stays in the green zone while in use, my previous dryer would constantly be in the red so in the long term this is going to save me money and be good to the environment. The clothes, towels always come out dry and fresh. I like the fact you can put shoes/trainers in for a quick dry if coming in from the rain. The smart app works well. The combo of a samsung smart washing machine and this smart dryer works well as they 'speak' to each other so when your washing machine completes it's cylcle and you transfer the clothes into the dryer it'll already know what drying cycle to use to dry the clothes. It's a quiet machine too and makes very little noise when in use. It has a large drum which lights up when you open the door. I have to constantly clean the filter and there is a reminder when you turn on the machine but this is very easy to do and comes with a good cleaning brush. I would recommend this as this dryer has been the best in terms of econonical use, and also keeps the clothes really soft, another plus is it hasn't shrunk anything I've put in it, including t shirts and joggers! Great machine and does the job I need it too!

I received this Tumble Drier from Samsung for product testing. Machine very easy to install. Connected to my Samsung phone via the app very easily. Lots of drying recipes to pick the perfect one. Dried the towels perfectly. The water collector is easy to remove and empty, the fluff collector comes in two parts and is very simple to clean. A fluff brush that comes with the machine removes the lint from the collector superbly, it has a suction cup to attach to front of machine so you don't lose it. Compared to other tumble driers I have used it seems to be far more economical, my smart meter does not go into the red.

AirWash - listed on the website against this product - not available for this product. That was the main selling point for me. Customer service says I should have checked the specs and pay no attention to the description of the product. This is not acceptable. Unlike my old condenser dryer, this dryer tangles bed sheets and covers. The programs are also very long compared to other heat pump dryers. I wish I have gone for a different make for both my dryer and a washing machine which were very expensive and I am now stuck with them. I am not sure where all of the 5* reviews come from.

If you’re happy buying a new product every 4 years then this is a great dryer, otherwise avoid it as they fail even when well looked after, can’t be repaired, and Samsung doesn’t care. We purchased one in 2021, and it worked fantastically for 4 years. Once out of warranty, it started to not dry clothes fully. Samsung charged us £140 to send a repair engineer (totally reasonable), who told us the machine looked extremely well cared for and maintained, but the main board needed replacing which was an easy fix. Samsung the be claim that the part is not manufactured (despite this machine still being available for sale), so our well-maintained and well-cared for machine is unrepairable.

DO NOT buy thi product, we have one that was supplied by Samsung to replace our previous one, and that was supplied to replace the one before it! we have spent soooo many hours on the phone to Samsung Support, had at least a dozon engineer visits and 2 replacement dryers. They all work for the first few months, but after that they have all had a fault where they stop drying, so after hours and hours the clothes are as wet as when they went in. We've just been told that our latest machine is out of warranty and we'll have to pay for any uture reapirs, even though this machine isn't very old - not likely! it's been so awful that we're scrapping it and we'll buy a Bosch.

I have had this dryer for just over 3 years in which it had been great at drying clothes quickly and leaving smelling as fresh as when they went in however in the last 2weeks I have only used it to dry towels which instead of taking 1.5hrs to dry it has been taking 5hours and telling me to switch off due to overheating even within it being on for 30minutes. I have had an engineer come out today through my insurance and write it off as it is unrepairable. The machine is like new still and after paying over £700 I would have expected it to be better, very disappointed and now on the look out for a new dryer.

Bought this heat pump tumble dryer despite being advised against heat pump dryers. Safe to say that if you buy a decent one, they work well or better than a normal dryer. Really impressed, nice design and features and the ai moisture sensor is great when you want to put just a small amount in, it adjusts the time down quickly so that you're only doing a cycle as long as is needed.

totally wet with fluff in the bottom filter, not drying my clothes. I have even cleaned all water and all filters after each use. Bought in Sept 23, but I find I can not return it now according to them, and should expect my clothes to go through 3 times of drying before my clothes dry. I have had an engineer out after one month, but they said all was normal. If only I could return it. DO NOT BUY! Noticed someone else has had the same problem and managed to return it.

i had this delivered today and i have only used it once, full load on mixed load took 1hour and 10 mins and it used 0.455kw about 10 p clothes came out fine will take a little bit of time ot get use to the dials and programs

Collection organised but no replacement available, 7-10 after collection is delivered at their warehouse you get your money back. They suggest go back to their website and reorder yourself. My first dryer so nothing to compare to, but very happy with my purchase. It has a massive drum to tumble the clothes, makes barely any noise, no heat or moisture is generated which is good for me with allergies. At the end you empty the front loading draw that holds the water & the lint trap and it’s all good no need to worry about plumbing. Only two downside are that some of the specific cycles are for small loads e.g. towel says max 4kg, so I tend to just use the mixed load for 9kg which takes 3hrs- a long time but uses hardly any energy so it’s all good, you just need to plan your wash day out sufficiently. Samsung are a reliable brand and it looks the business would recommend

cant fault machine - however, do make sure you clean the heat pump filter with the provided brush, not a vacuum cleaner as stated within the manual as you will damage the filaments. It has cost me £400 to repair as not covered by warranty.

We were so in 2 minds about buying a heat pump tumble dryer, we just couldn't trust the reviews. We decided to look at Samsung because we were very happy with our Samsung washing machine and trust the make. We've now used it a few times and it's great. It's efficient, quiet and even with a big load, it takes up to 9KG, the washing comes out dry so long as you use the correct program. Well done Samsung, again.

Not really sure about this dryer yet. Only just taken delivery of it and not impressed that typical drying cycles are over 3 hours long. Our clothes will surely wear and fray? I realise that energy consumption is at a minimum but at the end of the day, what was wrong with a conventional vented dryer? Clothes dry in 45 minutes or maybe an extra 20 mins on low if needed. I'm on the fence at the moment.

This dryer is impressively quiet and efficient. I changed from a condenser dryer to a heat pump in hopes that it would save energy and improve the drying of clothes etc. it has not disappointed. Conveniently this dryer has a condenser tray or the option to connect it to a water drainage pipe in your home. Clothes, linen, towels etc. come out soft and dry and still fragrant from the wash.

At first it seemed as though the ‘welcome’ screen kept repeating its messages. I even rang the help line to ask how to stop it. I was advised to run it empty and also to leave it unplugged for 30 mins. They didn’t work but running a load of washing to dry did get rid of it. I later found someone who had the same issue with a smart Samsung washer. Should’ve checked that first! Only had it three days so still not sure of the value of Wi-Fi connectivity or why it can be used with an app. As soon as the door is opened I’m sent a notification (I’m opening the door!?). I’ve switched those off. Also, the machine can’t be switched on remotely if the door is opened, making the remote controlling option useless. The first use of the dryer on auto settings with cotton towels and some small clothing items resulted in perfectly dry materials, which weren’t hot to the touch, unlike our previous, basic dryer.

Was a lovely machine however, as a lot of customers have found has an issue around time warranty runs out that electronic motherboard goes wrong and dryer constantly goes into pause and will not dry. Samsung know this and are happy for customers facing £200 repair fee. Buyer beware better to spend a lot less money on a Becco and replace every five years and save money. Samsung should be assamed

Going to be honest it's not as good as my old condenser or vented tumble dryer as we could put those on in one load and it would dry the clothes. With this new samsung we have to put it on two loads and if we are lucky the cuffs will come out dry otherwise we just put them on the radiator. I have saved about £10 in electric so roi will be just before I pass away at this rate

I absolutely love this Samsung dryer! It’s super easy to use, and the 9kg capacity is great—I can dry a whole load of towels in one go. The heat pump technology is a bonus; it feels good knowing it’s more energy-efficient. It’s also really quiet, which is nice when my daughter is asleep. The Quick Dry feature has been a lifesaver a few times, and the design looks great in the laundry room. Overall, it’s made laundry day so much less of a chore. Definitely worth it!

I have a large family and go through a lot of dryers. This has so far been the most cost effective. The app shows me how much electricity I have used and there are also different setting for different loads making even more value for money. Wouldn’t go back to a condenser dryer.

The best dryer i’ve ever used. The energy consumption is very low and the results are fantastic.In less than 3 hours you can have a full load of 9kg of laundry perfectly dried. You have a huge selection of programs and the Smart Things app is very useful as you can see in real time the progress of the drying programme or the energy consumption and you can link it with a compatible Samsung washing machine. It is very quiet no matter which programme you use. The build quality is very good as you would expect. The warranty which includes parts and labour is 5 years from the moment of purchase (registration required) and additionally you get a 20 years motor warranty from Samsung for peace of mind. Overall i am very happy with this machine.

We are a family of 5 and we use the a tumble drier at least 1 a day. We have had it now for 2 months a bit optimistic about buying it in the beginning due to the price but we’ll worth the money and with a five year warranty and it does use far less electric it will pay for its self. very quiet when in operation lots of programs to select from it’s also Wi-Fi enabled so you can set programs and check your energy consumption for each load off the SmartThings app. All in all a bit expensive but well worth it I would highly recommend it.

Great drier in principle, quiet and super energy efficient. HOWEVER! i've only had it for 3 years and have had to call out the engineer to replace the whole heat exchange part twice (the main component in the machine costing £400 to replace!). I am not impressed! I would have expected much better manufacturing quality by Samsung especially at the £650 price tag! luckily i'm still under warranty but what happens when warranty runs out?? Might as well throw it away and buy a new one! Any buyers beware! Do not recommend at all!

The dryer itself is ok however nowhere are you warned that about every 2 weeks you need to clean the filter and tap which are located behind a flap on the bottom left of the dryer. As someone with arthritis it means I am reliant on someone getting down on the floor and doing this for me. I wish I had known I would not have bought it

I bought one 4 years ago , and now stopped heating. Start the cycle and after 15 min or so goes on pause and then stops, no warm air at all . Called a technician and said that probably lost gas and can't do nothing about it. Waste of money. Back then paid 720£ from Argos. Really disappointed.

So far, we love this tumble dryer. Its a HUGE step up from our washer dryer which wasn't always reliable at drying clothes, even before the drying element in it went. Have only used it twice so far, and not had any issues with it, so pretty happy! Also love these smart features and being able to connect up to my phone with smart things! To be honest, I do highly recommend this dryer! My only complaint would be that they are definitely on the more pricey side, so was only able to afford during a sale by AO.

Had this dryer for a month now. Its quiet, very efficient and intelligent. It often starts a cycle with a given time but because it can sense when the load is dry the tome is much less than originally programmed. The WiFi capability is easy to set up and useful. If connected through smarting even ghe tv let's you know if ghd cycle has finished. Uses little Electric compared to vented machines. The ability to plumb in to a waste is brilliant and easy to do -- no emptying of the water reservoir required.

The tumble dryer does NOT fully dry our clothes! We have to change the dryness setting from 2 (Default) to 3 (Max) (4 hour run time), and then we have to run the cycle twice. The "Optimal Dry" setting automatically turns off the dryer when it detects the clothes are dry, but this is not sensitive enough, so it stops before the clothes are dry! The child lock feature is pointless, as the power button is not included in the child lock, so our toddler can turn off the tumble dryer mid-cycle, even with the child lock enabled! Very poor. Note that if you switch the door to open from the opposite site, it will not fit nicely into place and for the first couple of runs the dryer will blow lint out of the door seam. After a couple of runs the door will warp into place and seal the seam.

I spent a LOT of timing finding a quality matched washer and drier. The drier is efficient and has kept up with lots of use over the 6 months I've had it so far. Quite a cool drying temp so less panic that the MRS will kill me for shrinking something haha.

The dryer started off great…had it two years now and it has started to leak by the condenser. I clean it and the filters all the time so not sure why this is happening. I have also found that for a wet towel load weighing 4kg on a towel dry setting takes 5 - yes your read that number right - 5 hours!!!! A cotton setting takes 3! Maybe the water leak and the time it takes to dry is connected? I don’t know, I assure you though that I have cleaned the filters, condenser, checked door seal and checked the outlet hose for blockages. All clear so bit of a mystery! I love the idea of recycling the air with the heat pump…a fantastic idea as we all need to save money where we can and most importantly look after the environment. However after two years of ownership, leaking and VERY long drying cycles shouldn’t be happening. Also….if I wanted to get a spare part (new filter perhaps?), then you will be hard pressed to find one for this specific machine. There are many drying cycles to choose from, and when the cycle has finished there is an long and audible tune - which can also be turned off. The app that goes with it is brilliant as it syncs up with your washing machine (same model) and recommends a drying cycle based on the wash! Performance side it lacks considerably. A fantastic idea but the design and cycle length still needs tweaking in a major way. Value…it is expensive, but personally I’m happy to spend a tad more when I know I will save in the long run. Long run being 10 years…not 2.

The heat pump dryer does not dry the washing even after over four hours the items come out damp, we then have to dry them in our central heating cupboard before ironing. Our old dryer did the same load in quarter time and came out completely dry. We really wish we had never bought this machine No instructions, we tried to download them from Samsungs site, they were Spanish. We told Samsung about this to get the English version. No help sorting. I must therefore stress, do not buy this machine

I love my new tumble dryer. My first time purchasing a Samsung product and it's a dream. Easy to empty the condenser drawer as its high up and i have a bad back. Checking my phone to see how long the program has remaining is handy. And the little jingle it plays when the cycle has finished just cheers me up. It is a sleek looking machine and the 9kg capacity is brilliant for my family of 4. The extended 5 year warranty is also a huge bonus and customer service has been brilliant to date.

We received this tumble drier for product testing purposes. It is so easy to use. I love the that you can choose from many different programmes depending what you are drying. It seems to be very economical as our smart meter does not go into red when it is on. It looks good, very sleek and stylish. It wont connect to my I phone, but I think this is more the fact that I don't pick up our internet in utility room. It is very easy to clean the filters especially with the little brush.

Bought this after reading good reviews however I was disappointed. It took me 4 days to get any hot air as I couldn’t make any sense of the instructions but after connecting to the wifi and downloading app I finally found out. Not impressed with the fact that there is only one setting that can blow hot air the rest are on for hours and hours to actually dry your clothes which doesn’t seem very economical to me. I’ve had appliance 2 weeks now so we’ll see how it goes.

Context - single person who has never had a drier before, previously using radiators and clothes horses. Household has a furry pet living inside of it. I co nevted the drain to an waste outlet and the unit is stacked on the washer. With that background this machine is life changing. After a wash of clothes, a drying cycle takes maybe 1hr 30mins on average using the sensors ajusting the times. The lint trap shows how apart from drying the load, it actually makes everything cleaner (lint, fur, general debris all being collected). Drying bedding takes two hits, arpund 3 hours in total, usually because the sheets get wrapped up with each other limiting drying. My weekly load shows about 0.8kWh electricity consumption per week - so 30p at 2022 rates. I genuinely do mean life changing- cleaner, quicker, and very energy efficient.

We were worried about getting a heat pump.... How long will it really take? We were really pleasantly surprised.... Nearly a full load and the dryer sensed or weighed how much there was and adjusted the time. 2 hours to cupboard dry a nearly full load. We were worried about the drum only turning one way too but so far no tangled trousers or sheets (haven't done a full bedding wash though). Really pleased with the evenness of drying too!

A family of five i decided it was time for a stand alone tumble dryer. And belive me I was not disappointed. It dries your clothes amazingly. There has never been a time when the clothes have been damp , I empty the water tank by hand and it is no trouble at all. I love the app on my phone too you can create to your own recipe for your laundry. It is A*** so top of range and lives up to the high expectations. Its transformed my laundry.

This is a much larger capacity dryer than my 24 year old one that it replaced! I love the feature that keeps tumbling once the cycle has finished to prevent creasing & that it notifies me on my phone once complete. I wish the app would make a sound though. The estimated time at the beginning of the cycle is often dramatically reduced once it realises that some of the clothes have been partly dried already.

I bought this as I wanted a tumble dryer that was better for the environment. This tumble dryer is brilliant. Its really quick and dried a whole load in an hour; much quicker than previous machine. I had been expecting a slower machine, reading the reviews but its really very good and worth the investment. The electricity bills are much lower, as we have a big family, so use the machine a lot.

Had for 1 month now and used a handful of times. integration with the app was quick and simple and walked through different cycle options. I used the app to tell the dryer what I had added to the cycle, and it recommended a bespoke cycle for me. I upped the drying amount to level 3 (the most dry), and it initially said it would take 4 hours. After it had started, it eventually decided that it would only take 2 hours (due to the drying sensor), and finished the cycle in half the time. I had previously had a condenser dryer, and was a bit sceptical about the drying ability of a heat pump model, but upon checking the clothes they were dryer than what I would have had with a condenser, and in around the same time. The app lets you know how much each cycle has cost you, and shows you monthly spend based on your current eclectic tariff, and the most a cycle has ever cost me is £0.29p. Very happy!

The energy consumption and drying performance are great so far and less than expected. I've done three washes and my energy meter thinks I've only consumed 1.5kwH. The app is missing a few features - in particular, it could use the ability to set a start time in the future for those on smart time of use tariffs. Right now I have to lose the moisture sensor as I can only set an end tiem.

This is the best -ever heat-pump dryer I ever had! It might expensive, but it certainly save you time, energy and money! No matter what you load into it (load size or fabrics) and even it (nearly) doesn't matter what program you choose, this machine will stop when your clothes are dry. Not before, not after but when it's ready. Honestly, I keep switching on the 3hrs program (mixed, full 9kg) but it finishes earlier always! It is amazing how easier is my washing chore now, thanx to this machine. Previously I could do (comfortably) 2 washes or 3 "squeezy" one carefully counting on the 3hrs for each load to dry. But now, while one load of washing is done, one load can be dried with this Samsung dryer! this means easy 3 or more washing per day! It looks sleek and nice in my kitchen, not to forget how much less noise it generate, plus it's easy to use and maintain. So, it's expensive, but worth every penny!

Very impressed so far. Super quiet compared to my previous condenser tumble dryer, and looks great too. The energy consumption as per the app appears to be around 1/3 of what the condenser would typically use - but I guess the energy bills will tell the real difference. Tonnes of fancy features, and plenty of different modes for drying which is pretty cool. The app is really useful too. It does take a while to dry (expect 2-3 hours per load - possibly less if you're lucky), but that's not a surprise as it states that everywhere on the internet and in the product description. Just don't under-load it or over-load it, and it will perform greatly. I think all in all, if you're looking for a smart tumble dryer, with the potential to save money long term on energy bills and contribute to a 'greener' home, then this is a great buy. It is a bigger upfront cost... but if you get this on offer, it's a no-brainer.

So far, the only minor let down with this purchase, is tht I had to wait a month to get it delivered. However, beyind that its simply a complte evolution in Tumble Drying. Yes, like many reviews on Heat Pump Dryers, it takes longer to fully dry a load, but it still does tjos at an absolute fraction of the cost. Chrcked independently between the dryers own WiFi enabled app's Energy monitor, my 'in-house display' smart monitor and my other Solar Smart monitor, it uses approximately 10% of tbe electricity than my previous, only 2 year old 'conventional' Condenser Dryer. Although I'm sure itll barely be used in the Summer, I am also sure itll more then pay for itself in Energy savings alone, in a few years, given the current Electricity and Gas costs. Definitely worth the effort. Just wish I bought one much earlier. Be quick though, they're getting snapped up quick, hence having to wait a month for delivery.

This is our first tumble dryer and it has not disappointed with regards to functionality and effective clothes drying. The dryer adjusts the length of the cycle depending on the load, so the WiFi function is very useful. The dryer is in the garage and the notification from the Samsung app when the dryer is completed is very helpful.

I had to knock just one star from the review simply based on 1 factor, it only dries in one direction so when drying sheets you have to keep taking them out and shaking them then putting them back in or you end up with a huge knot of sheets that are still soaked in the middle and creased to high heaven, other than this i love it.

This tumble drier has got a "shelf" to dry shoes and other more delicate items. It dry well. The command on front panel are very sensitive and can be "switch on" easily if even just brush past them. It is a slightly more complicated tumble drier to use, as had to looked the instructions to work I am outside the various heat.

I love y dryer. It is not like the American ones but it is close to it. I haven’t used the water drainage part so I’m dumping water from the tray after each load. But as soon as I have extra money I’ll call a plumber and have one installed. I absolutely love this. Oh and I have the matching washer.

This has been a game changer for me. It is so cheap to run and looks very nice too. We have solar panels also so even better for the purse strings. I absolutely love it, clothes come out lovely and soft and not as wrinkled as they use to in my condensed tumble dryer, it says 3 hours to dry but only takes an hour & a half to dry a full load of mixed cotton & synthetic material & it plays a tune to let you know its finished.

having read other reviews of it taking a lot longer to dry than condensor dryers, i can honestly say that os not the case, the extra time it takes to dry because of the lower heat available is regained by the far better condensing/water removal of the heat pump system.

Excellent machine. It uses hardly any electricity at all. Our energy bills are noticibly lower since upgrading to this from the Hotpoint Aquarius we had before. I've worked out it will pay for itself in energy savings within about 3 years! I have no complaints at all.

I loved this dryer when we first got it, loved the WiFi and how it all works, love all the settings and options and that you get notified on your phone. The only thing i’m disappointed in is the Condenser box that you can usually manually remove and clean to assure proper maintenance is non removable and you’re given a brush to ‘keep it clean’ but it catches all the lint and dust so as I’m sure most people like to do I take it out fully and give it a good clean every couple of washes, but with this one I can’t do it and have to put the hoover into it to make sure it’s clean haha! All in all the thing works amazing, but I was really very disappointed about the condenser, I’d have to pay a proper maintenance place to get it serviced now But as a dryer it’s self it works amazing, there’s a light inside when you open the door, there’s a tray that comes with it for delicates and the water filter is very easy to remove it’s a drawer like the washer but longer and you just pull it out and tip it into the sink to empty it

Energy Efficiency, Noise (or lack of), really quick and attaches to an external drain so don't need to worry about the water tank. The only disappointment is I thought it had reversible drying, which it doesn't, so things like duvet covers can roll into a ball.

Excellent mechine. Shame it broke after 4 years. Heat pump dryers can be repaired easily outside. Need to do special registrations to get 5 year warranty. And Samsung has lead time of 3 weeks for any repair call out. Poor after care customer service.
