It’s always caught my socks by the door and never get it wash inside. After load have to take out rewash by hand. The washing machine it’s in my kitchen next to my sink and it’s always accidentally turn it off and need re wash again and again. Takes forever must keeps away from it when in use. The safety lock only for child touch the door not for digital touching! For hot wash 60 degrees and over wash always washes over 2hours time I don’t like cold wash. So it’s waste my electricity and water! Indesit washing machine it’s more better than this one as I had before! I am Very gutted to bought this washing machine which I am very not satisfied at all ! ! ! Socks always will not get washed properly this is a very pain! Noise on heavy load still not quiet! But on less load will ok.

I am clueless with anything technical or learning how to use new tech! But this washing machine is very easy to use and lovely and quiet but above all- economical getting the clothes really clean on short cold cycles. Would highly recommend this product aswel as it permits a 5 year warranty which is hard to find on many other washing machines.. so far more than pleased!👍🏼

I am extremely happy i opted for a samsung washing machine its so quiet and the functions you can aet directly from your phone is amazing,my husband has always bought samsung phones and tablets and we thought let's give the white goods a go and we have not been disappointed.its a quality product for a fabulous price,and it comes with 5years extended warranty and 20 years motor parts,so confident is samsung their goods will last.and that is a rare thing these days for washing machines to last a year never mind 5 years and beyond.i will definitely be looking in future into buying more smart goods from samsung.

We have bought our first Samsung washing machine after our original one broke. I am pleasantly surprised by the great design, easy fitting of it as well! The washing machine has many options, which is amazing. I am really impressed with how quickly I was able to set up and connect to the app. The washing machine's app allows me to choose my washing cycle. My favourite option so far is the ability to pause mid cycle to add or remove clothes. It also has ecobubble and allows for steam washing which I am looking forward to test. The washing machine is very quiet compared to my my old one. It is easy to use and has energy saving and energy tracking function.

Quickly delivered and well packaged, although please note that the instructions and QR code (for the instructional videos) are printed on the cardboard packaging, so don't discard till you've seen that. The product itself is very well built, sturdy and very modern looking. Great technology within as well, can be accessed wirelessly through the app. Has a digital drive motor efficient auto calibrates the balancing and alignment prior to first use. ive found that after 8 years of haveing my last samsung machine this new one is out the ball park with new tech , wifi and new washing cycles, and a nice sleek desighn , silent to run and hardly know its there till it sings to you at the end , no jumping around as it spins , when forst put on it sychonises its self drum wise, and a 5 year warrenty ,

This machine is aesthetically pleasing and very smart and eco friendly. Sone cycles are possibly longer than they need to be. The only negative comment I have is the depth of the dip in the rubber seal around the door is too deep and items frequently get caught in here and then become saturated as do not make it back into the main drum.

Smart washing machine, who'd a thunk you needed one. With previous machines it was always a guessing game as to what settings, temperatures, times, weights were needed for the best results. With the series 5 ecobubble, my prayers have been answered. Using the SmartThings app I can input whatever my load is and the app will not only give me suggestions but send the instructions to the machine so there is no faffing about with spinning dials and mis-pressing buttons. One of the most user friendly items I own. So happy. Bit sad to be overjoyed with a washing machine but there you go.

Excellent washing machine, very quiet spin, AI when connected to your phone so keep an eye on usage or pop it on when your out and its ready when you come back home. Capacity is 8kg which is great and spacious. Great on electricity, doesn't cost too much which is great and has many many cycles to choose from. Download the AI to your phone and you can do even more cycles and you will find spin only there aswell. All in it's a great machine and would definitely recommend 10/10

After years of being disappointed with reliability and quality of the lower priced machines I bought this Samsung Ai Energy. The improvement in quality was obvious immediately, the body of the machine feels firmer, the door, hinge and catch are better, the dosing tray is well made and easy to remove for cleaning, the adjustable feet it stands on lock into place so don't go out of position if the machine is moved. I find it is overall quieter particularly when spinning and it manages to balance the load so doesn't shake wobble all over the place, there are machines with more programs but who uses them all, I think this one has got it about right, very pleased with my purchase and reassured with the included 5 year Samsung warranty.

Really pleased I went with this machine. It has a great range of programs and extra features and I love the fact that I can see straight away how long a specific wash is going to take - and it counts down so I always know how long till it finishes too. Think the little jingle that lets me know when it's finished may get turned off eventually but at the moment it still has me dancing round the kitchen when it sounds! It's so quiet too - in fact the music at the end is the noisiest part of it. Really, really pleased with my purchase.

Really pleased with this Samsung washing machine so far. It's a good price for what feels like good quality and bonus 5 year warranty. It has a good variety of different cycles, and you can customise spin, temp etc. Love the fact that you can open it after it's started and can throw in that odd item I forgot to load. It does play a little jingle when it's finished, I don't find it annoying though like others, and you can actually mute it or change the sound if you download the smart things app.

Really good machine, impressed so far. It’s really quiet apart from its celebration time when it’s finished (but you can turn that off on the app)! I had assumed there wasn’t any really reason you’d want to connect your phone to your washer but then I learned about making laundry recipes!!! On the app you tell it what’s in the load from a tick list, whether it’s colour or whites or darks and then how heavily soiled the load is and it suggests a cycle and you can send it to the machine! So cool!

Not had this machine long so would have prefered if Samsung asked for this review at a later date after using maybe for 2 months but so far it is a good design and easy to install. our previous machine was a Samsung so decided to stay the same brand after having it for 8 years without any faults. Had this for a couple of weeks now and these are the positives - It has a short 1 hour wash cycle which I've used most frequently, it's great to have this option. - It's relatively quiet. - It's smart to look at. - It has a good range of settings including 'drum clean' and 'hygiene steam' which are new to me but I'm keen to try them. - It connects to the samsung smart things app and you can add features such as the cycle type, finish tune or add more time etc which is pretty cool. - The little tune it plays when it's done is cool and you can switch it off if you don't want it. - You can fit loads in it. My only issue is I didn't realise the drum is a lot larger than my existing one; it's my fault as I should have checked, but now I can't fit it in the same place. So check the drum measurements also!

Machine just delivered this morning. Argos installed the machine and it all went well. Unable to give much details on performance as yet. I did have to call Samsung about calibrating the machine because I made a mistake trying to do it. However the tech department sorted it all out and it working fine they were fantastic. Bought this model because it has more features than my old washing machine. It washes and spins quieter and has an app which is vey useful.

I had not appreciated that the ‘super speed’ was was only available on the 11kg model. The 8 kg model has nothing between 15minute 2kg wash with comparatively slow spin and programmes taking at least 1 1/2 hours. My last machine had a 40 minute full spin programme that we used all the time and it’s very disappointing that this one doesn’t have such an option. The settings from a mobile phone is useful although you still have to be at the machine to start it, knowing the cycle has ended is a good feature. To get the additional 3 year warranty you need the bar code which is apparently on the rear of the machine. As mine was pushed into place before I knew this and I’m not able to move it myself, I may have to forgo the additional warranty which is annoying. Cleaning performance seems to be fine, but no different to my last machine.

Bought to replace my old Samsung had for 12 years which I loved and has never broke down once . Won't have any other make . The new one is great too ,quieter and good programmes except one VERY big dissapointment as it only has spin and rinse and No spin only which I used to use very often after hand washing certain things (hence the 4stars instead of 5). This was the main thing I looked at reviews for and was mislead by a couple of comments saying it had spin only ,there is a big difference in rinse and spin cycle and spin only . As others have said you need socks in a net bag or they will lie on glass door throughout wash (minor gripe can live with that) having said the only 2 dissapointments I would definitely still recommend the Samsung 8kilo washing machine . Good mixed load wash 1hr 6mins.and coloured wash 1 hour26 mins .

Good looking machine with (mostly) easy, intuitive settings. Nice large 8kg drum - more than enough for my weekly wash as long as I stick to cotton or ecowash. I'm disappointed that most of the wash cycles have been designed for 2-4kg loads; I find that disingenuous. As you'd expect, the app works well although I was disappointed that downloading a 'custom' cycle is only downloading one of a few pre-defined cycles.

Second eco bubble I have had first one last some 8 years. Great choice of programmes even has a drum clean programme to keep your washing machine tip top, the main programs are just over a hour which is why I like the eco bubble machine, it washes well and is so quiet you can’t even hear it spin also the door opens as soon as the wash finishes unless you set a lock. 5year parts and service what is not to like.

Fast delivery, with a call that morning saying what time it would arrive. Easy to install. simple to use instructions, first load of washing was on within an hour of delivery. cycles to suit all types of household washing and easy to adjust spin speed, number of rinses and temperature. plays a lovely tune at the end of the wash to let you know it has finished. Good sized drum for my family of 5 and a dog!

I'm incredibly impressed with my new washing machine. It's so quiet, even during the final spin cycle, which is a game-changer for our open-plan kitchen and living area. The drum is also a massive plus, making it easy to wash large loads like bedding. The clothes come out much cleaner than with my old machine, and the 'add to load' function has saved me from leaving forgotten socks behind several times.

I bought this washing machine from Samsung after my previous reliable Samsung retired after 10 years . This new AI edition is temperamental , it refuses to do wash on some cycles, , changes cycles mid wash. It’s unreliable and I’ve rang Tech help 3 times now each time an earnest support help have tried to assist. I’m done now, I want to return it and get my money back . It’s not 12 weeks old .

I received the washing machine today, it seems like the depth of the unit is a little bit larger than stated on the pictures. Can confirm that it is quiet when running, be sure to run the calibration before using the unit as this was a feature I hadn't known existed till reading the manual. To turn off the end of cycle song you only need to hold the clothes symbol which is handy.

I love it. Sure, I've had it for a couple of months, but from the off we noticed the washing was softer. No clue if it's because of the Eco air bubble technology, but whatever it is, clothes come out cleaner, softer, and all round better than our old Hotpoint. A lot of people don't like the music it plays after it's finished, but I think it's cute! I'd definitely recommend it!

This is a great washer, the brushless motor makes it a lot quieter than brushed motors and will last longer, plus Samsung give a great warranty on the washer and the motor seperately. Regarding a spin only cycle, the only way I can get it to spin only is to use the Smart Things app and select Spin only and send to the washing machine, then set the dial to "DOWNLOADED".

Can't say anything about the product yet, but to put the serial number needed to claim the extended warranty only on the back of the washing machine is pure engineering genius. Gives me the oportunity to practice removing it from the kitchen just days after it has been installed. (And before anybody asks - no it isn't displayed on the inside of the door.)

So far so good and nice and quiet. Only had for a few weeks. Only thing is i think that when you put the lock on it should prevent anyone from turning it off. I have a two year old and I lock it to stop her changing the wash cycle however it doesn't prevent her from turning the washing machine off which then starts the cycle again which is annoying.

I've been impressed with this washing machine. First, it is remarkably quiet even at the highest spin setting. Second, there are many pre-set wash settings that make it easy to start using right away. Finally—and most important, our laundry feels much cleaner than our previous washer—even while washing cloth nappies. I'd highly recommend this machine.

Washes lovely. However the 1400 spin still leaves clothes damper than my old machine. And you can't just do another spin. It's a rinse and spin that takes 20 minutes. Had I realised this before using I would have exchanged for another model. An extra spin would have solved the problem. Now looking to buy separate Spin dryer. More money lol.

Have had the machine for 3 weeks now and is great. Easy to set up and use, although not used on the app yet. Very quiet and clothes are really clean, compared to the old machine. It also has a higher spin speed, hence less time needed in the tumble drier. Should help the electric bill! Added bonus buying it on a great black friday deal.

It works pretty well, no issues so far been using it for a couple of months. The app smart things helps as well as when the wash is finished, if you have your washing machine connected, it sends you a notification which is helpful. Clothes are cleaned well also and I do like the ECO mode which is always on and helps you save energy.

This washing machine works really well and is easy to use. It cleans clothes thoroughly and runs fairly quietly, even during the spin cycle. The different wash settings are useful, especially the quick wash. The only downside is that some cycles take quite a long time, but overall it’s a reliable machine and good value for money.

Installation wason time and spot on. This is my 2nd Samsung w/m and so far it is just as good as my old one. Very quiet and easy to use although the supplied handbook only gives the basics. You have to go online to get the comprehensive guide. Only down side was trying to locate the s/n on the front of the machine. even the help desk were puzzled.

It is a lovely product and just what I was looking for, it has lots of different cycles, also very efficient ones, most of all is A rating for decibels and it lives up to less noise compared to my old machine, overall a good choice with all the features.

Works well, child lock also locks the door, but doesn’t lock the power button (but neither did my old Samsung) the app works well, we have spin only in the download slot. I like the cotton wash program, washes well and spins very well. Have yet to try the eco 40-60 as I’ve read mixed reviews about it.

I bought this machine last month after my 20yr old Zanussi machine eventually packed in. I wasn't sure which model to go for as Zanussi don't make washing machines anymore unfortunately. The device is very good. Quiet and cleans well. Black door is a bit brutal aesthetically. Tune annoying. Unbelievably complex with strange UX to set up the device on the app. Why the serial number isn't on the front I don't know. But given the primary function is to clean my clothes, we're good.

Received today. Really happy with the quick delivery. Simple to set up and use. On my second wash and my only niggle so far is that the machine can still be paused and turned off even with the child lock activated. Not so good with a 2-year-old that likes pressing buttons.

Previously had two Hotpoint washing machines that were rubbish and broke. This by comparison is much better and I like the digital features. When the wash is finished it the machine plays a 25 second tune which I bizarre but a nice touch so you can miss that it’s finished!

The tunes it plays will bring a smile to your face. Super quiet in operation and a cleaner wash than our previous Bosch. It's a solid quality machine and really intuitive to use. Samsung is not a brand I'd considered before for a household appliance but I'm glad I did.

I can't say if I can see the difference between a normal washing machine and an ecobubble because I don't use it too often, it looks nice and is easy to use. It works despite the fact that the gentlemen dropped the washing machine during delivery in front of my house.

the washes i have done so far are all good nice quiet spin and a good wash, it has a good choice of programms good size drum and the draw for conditioner and such is excellent its easy to open right out and clean unlike my last washing machine so upto now i am pleased

A superia upgrade from my previous machine. Being A rated made it cheaper to run.Very easy & clear to choose which washing programme to use. A good size opening which makes loading easy, quiet running when in use. A further bonus as it comes with a 5 year warranty.

This is the first Samsung washing machine we have bought and it had proven to be a real winner. It is almost silent in use and the high tech controls gives you lots of options. There are no don'ts, if you are looking for a washing machine this has to be the one

Only used this a few times but so far great product its quiet even with a high spin and spins really well on normal washers only slight annoyance is when doing quick wash doesn't do as good spin I end up doing an extra spin on top but overall seems really great!

So far I’m impressed with this washing machine. My kids can use it easily. Plays a lovely song at the end when the cycle has finished. Quiet. Plenty of programmes (although I stick to the same two). I splashed out a little and pleased with the choose.

Purchased a few weeks ago to replace my old leaky machine, and I couldn’t be happier. Plays a little tune when the cycle finishes which at first was a little annoying but I now don’t mind. Washes great and is really easy to use and dry quiet, so very happy.

Love my new washing machine. It opens quickly after wash, has short programs, not too loud and eco friendly. Only downside, small items such as socks will stay by the door so be soaking wet. Also though the drum is big enough the entry door is small.

Keeps moving around and banging side with even small loads. I've set the feet and done the calibrationi and checked all the transport bolts are removed. It's just not a very good machine. My old machine was fine with the same loads before it failed.

Delivery was good within a few days of ordering. Everything there to install quickly and relatively easy. Instructions on how to work it and get the 5 year warranty also very straightforward. Working well and quieter than most washing machines.

Used this washing machine three times since purchasing it brand new from AO. The First time despite the cycle.completing the water hadn't drained and the door wouldn't unlock. The second time water started leaking from the front door. Avoid

A great product, and it's quite quiet when in use. My only niggle is that there are no written instructions for the touchpad, so I don't know what the touchpad options are for. Knowing me, they are probably in an obvious place on the machine.
