Less than a year old. Pen not often used. Tip broken off as per everyone else. Samsung do not provide replacement tips. Was told to go theough amazon (which kinda kills samsungs buisness). Diffocult to find the button. A couple of small noduals would of made it better alone. It works well otherwise. Juat shoddy. And with that. Not many, if any of the cases provide pen support so had to outsorce to another conpnay for this also.

Bought the s11 ultra last month. The tip on the pen broke off within a couple of days. Samsung issued me with a voucher code to order a new one but after 2 weeks of emails and phone calls I can't get the code to be accepted. I don't understand why they couldn't have just sent me a new one out. Very dissapointing. The tablet itself is fine and replaced my S8 + but I am now thinking I should have stuck with the old one.

I used the pen once and the nib broke off. As 30 days had passed Samsung wouldn’t replace it even though it was obviously faulty! Bad customer service. I was given a voucher towards a new spen. Not good enough

If I could rate it zero stars I would! My pen turned up broken same as every other review nib was snapped off but samsung are refusing to do anything about it. Have said they can only help if I pay for them to fix it. Absolutely appalling customer service, they are evidently having alot of these faults so it is a manufacturing fault yet refused to help me. This has put my off keeping the s11 tab all together, first experience with samsung and I am disappointed to say the least. Do not let the pen being included be a selling point for you as its as good as not having one at all!

The tip is very delicate, i managed to snap it off within 1 hour of it arriving! Snapped inside so cant replace it, not that the tips are even available, no spares included with the s11 Ultra bundle. Samsung recommended taking to local repair centre.

Stylet trop fin qui se désynchronise tout le temps de sa position ce qui esg très gênant pour écrire. La mine s’use très vite évidemment pas de rechange officielle donc obligée d’en commander ailleurs ce qui a cassé l'intérieur du stylet puisque la mine d'origine ne tient plus. Très déçue de la qualité vu le prix !

La zone de la mine est trop fragile et s'est cassé, il est théoriquement toujours possible de l'utiliser, mais il n'est plus fluide du tous et je dois toujours faire attention à comment je le tiens, très désagréable, déçu parce que j'ai bien aimé la forme qu'il lui a été donné comme un vrai crayon par rapport aux ancien modèle

Stylet qui demande un temps d'adaptation. Mais c'est surtout la mine, après 2j d'utilisation elle a déjà cassée alors que le stylet n'est jamais tombé. Une vraie galère à extraire la tige du trou, je ne sais pas encore comment m'y prendre et je ne trouve nulle part où commander des nouvelles mines..

Un peu déçu par le S pen pour tab11. En plus de nombreux problèmes d'ui avec la tablette (qui j'espère seront réglé avec de futur maj), le stylet a de nombreux problèmes de suivi. Plus on se rapproche du centre de la tablette (imaginé une droite qui part de l'encoche de la caméra frontal) et plus le pen se désynchronise avec sa position réel. Le problème n'arrive pas constamment, mais suffisamment régulièrement pour que cela soit gênant pendant une prise de note ou du dessin. Surtout qu'avec le Pen de mon ancienne tablette (galaxy tab 9) je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème.
