The picture is good, but responsiveness is slow, I'm sometimes tempted to click a button a second time whilst waiting for something to happen. Also the Samsung app - now deleted - what exactly is it for? It seems to make no difference to operating the TV, just a load of faffing about and data collection?

The worst Samsung TV I've owned. The software is very sluggish - the basic apps like iPlayer and Netflix shouldn't take 30+ seconds to load. My other Samsung TVs take just a few seconds. Samsung tech support couldn't help - this is just a design flaw. It's ok as a secondary TV for a bedroom, but it needs patience because the processor is so underpowered. Really disappointing.

Excellent TV for the money. Our 15 year old kitchen TV had ceased to accept remote control instructions and this one makes a good replacement. My only concern is that there is nowhere specific on our cantilever arm wall bracket to mount the external power supply so I have had to cable tie it to the cantilever arm itself. That aside the picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is adequate for a kitchen but I wouldn't want it in the lounge.

This TV has the most awful picture I've ever seen. The picture is dark with terrible contrast. There is no bright white or black blacks. The picture looks as if a fog has descended over the whole thing. No amount of adjusting the contrast, brightness or other settings makes any difference. If I had purchased it for myself I would have returned it, but it was installed for elderly relatives who don't want the disruption of taking it back off its wall mount or the hassle of seeking a refund or replacement. They're prepared to put up with it as long as they can hear it and see something approaching a picture. Which? Consumer Magazine has long reported that manufacturers are not investing in the development of good quality sub 40" screens anymore and there are no really good ones to buy. They listed this model as one of the least worst of those available at this size, but I had no idea that a modern TV picture could be so poor.

I purchased the tv for my kitchen to replace an older tv. At first I was disappointed with the picture quality but after going into the settings, I found the picture was on eco. I changed it to dynamic and found the picture quality seemed better. It is only connected to an ordinary outdoor aerial and swrves the purpose I need it for. .

After setting this tv up, fiddled with the picture settings re brightness and colour. Have had to keep altering the. colour and brightness as can’t seem to get people’s skin colour to look natural. Apart from that am pleased with the tv.

We bought this after trying to master another brand, which kept switching itself on and off, but the Samsung was far and away the best. Easy to set up, apps were a bit of a ‘faff’ but we got there in the end, not bad for a couple of pensioners!!

Wanted a brand name TV that was easy on the pocket and value for money as it is not the main TV but for viewing upstairs on a casual basis. Smart TV set up was intuitive and simple, as was connecting it to Sky Q. It even tuned my Sky remote. Ticked every box.

This is definitely a good value TV, however the TV is slow to respond when selecting channels etc. I'm assuming it doesn't have the most powerful processor , but for price it's really good TV, picture quality is very good. Setup was a bit of a pain, kept trying to get you to download games and stuff, sometimes difficult to get out of these screens. Fortunately, you only have to do this once.

I have always been happy with any Samsung product, but this TV is the worst I have ever owned. It took hours to set up, entering passwords etc. The sound quality is appalling. I purchased adapters to connect to our amplifier and speakers but after hours of trying and watching online tutorials, it wouldn't work. Finally had to purchase Bluetooth which did work, but you have to reconnect every time. I regret purchasing this TV and would not recommend. It is not at all user friendly.

This tv is working well with a good clarity of picture and sound, and has proved a perfect size for the bedroom I purchased it for. The set up was easy using my Samsung account, though actually putting the feet on was surprisingly difficult, but that has been the only problem.
