Couldn't be more pleased, a great little telly. a cracking picture. Th sound could be better, but it's a thin tv. A sound bar would help, but it's just a bedroom TV. For the price, I think it's unbeatable. OLED is also fine for a bedroom tv and I couldn't justify the QLED for a bedroom tv.

Bought this tv for a bedroom. Super easy to set it up..took minutes and was not looking forward to setting it up as have always managed to get my partner to do it. Samsung have made it so user friendly. Tv remote is also easy to use unlike some where it is a guessing game of what the buttons are for. Overall quality is good. Would highly recommend.

Purchased Samsung 32 inch TV for a relative. It was fairly easy to set up but my husband and myself had to do it as the relative whose not tech savy couldn't manage. Purchased Samsung as that's what they are used to and once set up they are happy with everything such as picture quality and sound.

With no manual to assist in the setup, I found it difficult and time consuming to input the required info to get it started. I am still grappling with all the "expert picture settings" to get the picture that my old TV gave me without having to adjust 10 different settings ! Over complicated in my opinion.

Overall happy with TV. Not really user friendly concerning remote device. The remote is far too small for the elderly, and have arthritis in their (my) fingers. Also have to keep checking on the meaning of the buttons.

The picture is good, but responsiveness is slow, I'm sometimes tempted to click a button a second time whilst waiting for something to happen. Also the Samsung app - now deleted - what exactly is it for? It seems to make no difference to operating the TV, just a load of faffing about and data collection?

The worst Samsung TV I've owned. The software is very sluggish - the basic apps like iPlayer and Netflix shouldn't take 30+ seconds to load. My other Samsung TVs take just a few seconds. Samsung tech support couldn't help - this is just a design flaw. It's ok as a secondary TV for a bedroom, but it needs patience because the processor is so underpowered. Really disappointing.

The TV works fine for it's cost. It was initially a bit tricky to find the tiny on/off button - it doesn't need to be that small! I had to tweak the colour settings to get a decent picture.

Excellent TV for the money. Our 15 year old kitchen TV had ceased to accept remote control instructions and this one makes a good replacement. My only concern is that there is nowhere specific on our cantilever arm wall bracket to mount the external power supply so I have had to cable tie it to the cantilever arm itself. That aside the picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is adequate for a kitchen but I wouldn't want it in the lounge.

This TV has the most awful picture I've ever seen. The picture is dark with terrible contrast. There is no bright white or black blacks. The picture looks as if a fog has descended over the whole thing. No amount of adjusting the contrast, brightness or other settings makes any difference. If I had purchased it for myself I would have returned it, but it was installed for elderly relatives who don't want the disruption of taking it back off its wall mount or the hassle of seeking a refund or replacement. They're prepared to put up with it as long as they can hear it and see something approaching a picture. Which? Consumer Magazine has long reported that manufacturers are not investing in the development of good quality sub 40" screens anymore and there are no really good ones to buy. They listed this model as one of the least worst of those available at this size, but I had no idea that a modern TV picture could be so poor.

I changed it to dynamic and found the picture quality seemed better. It is only connected to an ordinary outdoor aerial and swrves the purpose I need it for. .

After setting this tv up, fiddled with the picture settings re brightness and colour. Have had to keep altering the. colour and brightness as can’t seem to get people’s skin colour to look natural. Apart from that am pleased with the tv.
