Set up was painful. Setup via mobile phone and via remote both failed. Wired setup didn’t have option for entry of broadband password, so kept failing. Eventually swapped to wireless setup had hey presto, there was an option for password entry, so problem solved after an hour of cursing and resetting.

Lovely TV, good clear picture and sound. Easy to navigate between tv channels and online apps. Struggled initially to connect to router on 5ghz, needed to set up 2.4 ghz channel, then connected straight away. Very pleased

I bought this a week ago. The picture quality is bright and very clear. The sound of the TV is loud and clear At first the TV was a bit sluggish when going through the menus maybe it was the update running but now it is fine. This TV was very easy to set up I just scanned the qr code and went through the menu That's easy to follow. It has linked up to my games console and the option to watch Netflix etc. In all the TV is brilliant for the money and it is light weight.

I bought this for a bedroom and it's perfect for that purpose. The stand was easy to fit only needed a screwdriver. Setting it up was a bit long winded if you used the phone app option so I skipped it and used manual set up. Picture is good except if in bright sunshine but in bedroom it's fine. Sound is good with clear speech.

Good overall tv. We are not sure if the reason when changing live Samsung TV channels the lagging is due to the TV being quite far from the router or is it the same for everyone else too. Sound and video quality are great.

I had already read here that the feet were difficult to screw but my god, it took me and another person 40 minutes to get it right. The initial set up was easy. The browse function is not, as manually search and bookmark the websites I needed took time. The buttons on the remote are small and too near each other, so it's easy to press by mistake the home button and have to restart all over again what you were doing before. After a couple of days I dared to pair my tv box remote to this smart tv. Since then, whenever I use the mute button on both remote controls, the mute icon flashes continually on screen. I then found out online that this is a common Samsung glitch that will stay forever. I tried everything to sort it, in vain. This morning the connected tv box froze and it had no sound, so I had to reboot it. Samsung tv plus does not have the most common channels like BBC, ITV etc, so you'll have to tune them and watch through an aerial (this is what the inbuilt Freeview means). I bought it just 6 days ago so I'm monitoring for other issues and decide if to keep or not.

I bought this to replace a Sharp TV which I had for many years couldn't get a 40 inch replacement. Delighted with the Samsung great picture quality easy to set up and connect with m u qbox. Samsung TV app very impressed and sound far better than Sharp. Easily connected to Bluetooth headphones. Only fault no headphones socket. Brightness and contrast Easily set to suit us. Very reasonable price.

Very straightforward stand set-up. Easy to set up the TV software. Great volume range, very powerful speakers for the size. With an AV to HDMI adapter (purchased separately from Amazon), very simple to set up all my games consoles from 1990 to present day.

Hi have a Sony and always had. First Samsung . It's impressive I have to say. The contrast along with it brightness gives it its vibrancy. Best tv I have had. Spend a little time to set up, This was only due to my age ( am 73 years old ) so not to bad. An outstanding TV.

Great picture, easy to set up, lots of channels out of the box. One improvement would be height adjustment as it’s a lot higher than its predecessor. Wall not suitable for other than stand use.

Just bought this for a replacement TV in my caravan. Good picture, sound and easy to install. The only disappointment was trying to attach the feet. So fiddly and awkward to get the four screws to match the holes on the bottom of the TV......still wobbly unfortunately.

Very Good TV. Nice size screen and good picture quality. The legs were a little tough to get attached properly. Took a little while. Legs are small also so limit to what can be slid underneath. Would have liked a bit more height.

The picture quality excellent BUT far too complicated to USE. On the home page I just need 5/ 6 apps to click eg Live TV, BBC iplayer, ITVX, Channel 4 and Channel 5 apps + 2 x hdmi - NOT endless list of things which might (and don't) interest me. It's just far too - unnecessarily - complicated

Tv is good value for money. Has all the streaming platfroms that you need. Its easy to set up, especially if you have a Samsung account already. Nice size easy to navigate. Samsung sounds good enough for the room size.

Very easy to set up and for the first time I have the TV on wi-fi. The quality of the picture is excellent and it immediately provided 149 channels, it is well up to the usual Samsung standard.

I bought this TV in January it is a good tv the colour is bright. It's a good picture. The only thing that frustrates me about this TV is it is slow. Especially when first switched on. After being unplugged. That's why I have only given it four stars. Maybe it's because it's a smart tv. It's had to be rebooted three times too. Since being bought. Because sometimes when you first put it on. There is picture but no sound. I'm probably comparing it to my old Samsung which was not a smart tv and was much quicker coming on and when switching channels. The sound is good and clear also. I think in the end the price of tv's have come down. And so has the quality. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. But this one is just for the kitchen. So I wasn't going to pay hundreds of pounds for it. My old Samsung was double the price of this one and it lasted seven years with a lot of everyday use. All in all not a brilliant tv but not a bad one either for the money

Returning to curry,s on the pictures it shows a satellite symbol which it doesn't have, the reason we bought this model, really annoying and the fact we had to buy on line,so now waiting for curry,s to pick up , the wouldn't take in store because it was opened, the only way to know is to open it!! So all in all not happy

The only thing which lets the TV down is putting the legs on they don't tighten up right TV is brilliant and well worth the price but TV legs need sorting to make them easy to put on

Having bought this as a direct replacement for the Samsung I bought in 2007 I was disappointed that I can't simply turn it on and go! I have to sign up for this or that. I don't want to pay for access but after waiting until Sun to sort it out I find there aren't the same connections as the other, only one HDMI but I need two and there's nowhere to connect the soundboard. I wanted a TV I could just plug in and watch but nothing so far - only three steps out of five completed! I can't work out why it's so difficult to watch a programme!
