Hello, Purchased the tv on 07/07/2026. Easy to set up. No problems at that point. Then when I viewed the picture from a different angle in the room the picture lost clarity and the colour (slightly but noticeable) faded. Not ideal at all. A separate issue, the sound when the tv is turned on stutters for about 10-12 seconds. Been in touch with Technical Assistance and AI regarding the picture and they could'nt find anything wrong. Prior to this tv I had a similar model and I was very pleased with it. That is why I stayed with Samsung. Only had it for three days but hav'nt even started to get any pleasure from it. Very disappointed.

More specifically, we appreciate that you've noticed the picture quality becomes less vibrant when viewing the TV from wider angles, and that you've also experienced the sound stuttering for a few seconds at a time. We also appreciate that you've already been in touch with our Technical Support Team and used our AI assistance, which confirmed that the TV is working as intended. The viewing angles you've described are expected behaviour for this display rather than a fault, as the picture is optimised for viewing head-on, with contrast and colour naturally softening when viewed from wider angles. Regarding the sound stuttering, we'd also recommend following the guidance provided by our colleagues abroad, which we're confident will help resolve the issue: https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/tv-audio-video/samsung-tv-sound-issues/. We decided to still go with Samsung tv. I purchased the above. The man delivered it on time. When we turned on the tv there was a thick red bar across the middle on the screen. I did think it was starting up. After two hours when nothing happened I decided to make a complaint. I had to take a photograph of it. There was also a big scratch across the screen. I was then told it was faulty and they made arrangements to collect it. I then had to box it back up and tape it all round. Then had to set my old Samsung TV back. It was so annoying to say the least. All together from start to finish it was a three hour task. This was on the 4/6/2026 it was collected on the 5/6/2026. We haven't heard anything since then about my replacement. This should have been checked before it was sent out very poor service.

The market for 32" TV's is limited to a number of low value bands and two better quality brands. I chose Smasung because I trusted the Brand eventhough it was the most expensive. Set up was straigtht forward but I used all HDMI sockets by connecting a CD player, sound bar. Tuning terrestial tv stations was straight forward and automatic. As expected the picture quality is first class but sound was below par hence my purchase of a Samsung sound bar. Major problem is the high gloss reflective screen. I neede to adjust many of the default settings for brightness, contrast and gamma to reduce this problem. It is still not perfect but acceptable. I also had to put the TV on blocks to lift it higer than the sound bar to cancell the reflection from this unit. My lounge faces south so is very bright during the day. Other locations may not have the same problem. Remote control is on the small size but usable however the remote fot the sound bar is small and diffucult to operate. Samsung do offer an extended 5 year warrenty but only if you buy from an authorised dealer which I did not but my supplier did provide a 6 year warrenty instead. Overall this TV has many features and provides a very good viewing experiance and I feel justified in paying the higher price. Overall rating would be 4.5 because of the reflective screen and no spare HDMI sockets.
