Overall, I am satisfied with my newly purchased Samsung TV; however, the extended warranty process has been a significant disappointment. My application for an extended warranty was declined, and I was informed by customer services that extended warranties are not available for products purchased with an employee discount. An employee discount does not mean that the product is nearly free or easily replaceable in the event of a fault. The fact that this limitation was not clearly communicated at the point of purchase is also concerning. From a global brand like Samsung, I would have expected a more transparent and customer-focused approach.

Great TV IF it worked properly!!! Absolutely awful customer service from Samsung and their repair centre (Mint). The TV under lowest backlight conditions had a fault and it took countless video evidence and engineer testing and FOUR repair visits, spanning over 3 months to resolve and they still could NOT rectify the issue. Samsung had my TV longer than I’ve had it. I’ve owned six Samsung TVs and would never consider them again after this awful customer experience and what appears to be a fault they could not rectify leaving me to buy another TV.

So quick to load any program or app you select! We have always purchased Samsung TVs and we're persuaded by a salesman to purchase a rival brand. After 2 years putting up with it's failings we decided to replace it and wow! what a difference. The picture is sharp and I love the non- reflective screen because I can be across the room and there's no obliterated picture from any windows. We just can't get over how thin this TV is. Easy to assemble and fit the stand which is substantially weighted too. Love it!

Elegant and beautifully designed tv. I now have a Samsung phone, laptop and tv. And they are all top quality. The picture is incredible, sharp, resolution amazing. But also the seamless tech and audio is unbelievable for a tv, especially on the 'amplify' setting. No soundboard required!
