This thing SUCKS! it doesn't fit my machine/dryer (both new samsung models) the instructions are terrible. it shows you screwing the brackets into the washing machine but there are NO holes in the washing machine to screw into!

Has anyone fitted one of these to a Samsung 9 series Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer? Technical Support say it will fit at Samsung, whilst the the ordering line say its only for a series 4 and 5 not a 9 series? Any help out there ignore the review as cannot really say

It goes together OK but as soon as the tubledryer goes on the drawer jammed and wouldn't open. Removed tumbledryer and found bearings had popped out of the runner and jammed up. No support from samsung.

Was unsure of this product as a few bad reviews, but it works well with my washing machine and tumbledryer on top. No extra noise as a result of being stacked and the pull out drawer is very handy.
I recommended this product.

Works just as described & is sturdier than I thought it would be. Unfortunately, the dryer - on top of the washer - makes them both "walk" across the carpeted floor! Could use some help with preventing that...
