Very happy with my recent purchase of Samsung side by side fridge freezer. There’s plenty of space in both sides for a family shop, it’s easy to see everything on the shelves. Love the water & ice dispenser. I would have preferred the water filter to have been internal, other than that I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great capacity item however, due to a manufacturing fault, ours failed after 4 months of purchase. Samsung took 5 days to get an engineer out who identified a problem with a leak in the gas system and the motor. It took a further 2 days to order the items. I had to phone after 2 weeks to chase them up. They then insisted on sending out a second engineer who decided it was only a leak and would need parts. It took another week for him to come back. When trying to fix the leak, he broke the pipe and said the fridge freezer would have to be uplifted and said we would get a new one. It took a further 6 days to obtain an uplift code. When asked about loss of food due to their manufacturing fault, I was told their warranty doesn't cover that but would offer a £50 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. What a farce! I lost about £400 worth of food! How could that be legal?! I lost all my Christmas food and general food items which couldn't be eaten within a day or two. Terrible customer service experience. Would give 0 stars if possible!
