The metal cooling plate helps the fridge and freezer cooler faster. Also the quick cool and quick freeze function on the Smart Things App is a nice addition when you bring home your shopping. I like that the Smart Things App uses AI technology assistance to ensure the refrigerator is kept at an optimal temperature that is economically sustainable and the app will notify you if there is a problem with your refrigerator or even if you’ve left the door open! 😄

Great capacity item however, due to a manufacturing fault, ours failed after 4 months of purchase. Samsung took 5 days to get an engineer out who identified a problem with a leak in the gas system and the motor. It took a further 2 days to order the items. I had to phone after 2 weeks to chase them up. They then insisted on sending out a second engineer who decided it was only a leak and would need parts. It took another week for him to come back. When trying to fix the leak, he broke the pipe and said the fridge freezer would have to be uplifted and said we would get a new one. It took a further 6 days to obtain an uplift code. When asked about loss of food due to their manufacturing fault, I was told their warranty doesn't cover that but would offer a £50 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. What a farce! I lost about £400 worth of food! How could that be legal?! I lost all my Christmas food and general food items which couldn't be eaten within a day or two. Terrible customer service experience. Would give 0 stars if possible!

Very happy with my recent purchase of Samsung side by side fridge freezer. There’s plenty of space in both sides for a family shop, it’s easy to see everything on the shelves. Love the water & ice dispenser. I would have preferred the water filter to have been internal, other than that I’m very happy with my purchase.

We love the side by side fridge and freezer design and the multiple choices of ice with chilled water. Chilled food, especially salad, appears to last longer than our last fridge! It has great storage capacity as well.

J’aime bien le design. Assez fonctionnel. Je regrette juste quelques tiroirs de rangement supplémentaires de type assez fin pour les jambons etc. Aussi la cavité pour mettre les glaçons ou l’eau dans les verres prend l’eau et déborde régulièrement. Ça aurait pu être un peu mieux pensé

Commandé pour remplacer un autre modèle de refrigerateur américain Samsung et compléter mon écosystème. Il est très beau et trouve vite sa place dans mon salon, silencieux et efficient en energie grâce a AI energy. Mon seul et réel sujet c'est L'ABSENCE DE LA CLAYETTE PORTE BOUTEILLE. qui est un accessoire que j'avais sur l'ancienne version mais absent sur celui-ci. Donc si vous recherchez cette accessoire (comme moi je le faisais) pensez à le commander séparément. C'est ma plus grosse déception.
