Overall very good. Easy to set up. But had to use an aerial connection to get Freeview channels. Some channels have poor contrast even though I have adjusted the settings.

I bought this for my mum. I've had trouble attaching the feet so it is still propped on the floor until I can have another go. The feet seem a little flimsy and the screws so short for attaching but it will hopefully stand up on it's own. Took a few minutes to tune in. The remote control works well (batteries provided) and the features are clear to use. My mum only wanted terrestrial TV but she's happy with the sound and picture quality. I thought the picture was a little bright. Good value for money for your basic TV needs.

Do not like it at all. Such a rigmarole to get on screen what you want; nothing is one simple click away. Don’t like not having text or being able to access local news from multiple areas. It’s back in its box and we’re using our old Samsung again.

This is an excellent great value TV. The picture resolution is very clear even on standard definition channels. There several great options for programmes to watch. The initial set up is a bit long winded but be patient and stick with it and you will be rewarded with a larger selection of viewing options. The sound is very clearas the speakers are at the bottom of the Case and don't have to rebound the sound of a wall to make them heard. I can highly recommend this to anyone

Very easy to set up, most of it done by smartphone. Don't let this out you off, I'm 66 and managed it. Good quality picture although I might purchase a soundbar to enhance the experience!! Having said that it's a replacement bedroom TV. Happy with my purchase.

This TV is amazing . I was doubtful because it was very cheap , in my opinion, however the quality of the picture and sound is 100 %.The colour is bright and colourful. It connects in seconds. The size of the screen is just what i needed . It was easy to set up and was all ready to use in a material of minutes. The longest part of the set up was attaching the stands with the tiny screws haha . Definitely a worthwhile buy.

Unfortunately the tv was faulty which meant you had to keep unplugging the tv to total reset of power turn tv back on and was fine but if left on standby the hdmi socket failed and had to unplug tv to be able to get a picture which is not ideal and not I would expect from a trusted brand

I bought this TV a few weeks ago for bedroom so not used daily. It was very easy to set up to Sky, 15 minutes and ready to go. Picture, sound and resolution all good. Connects very easily to headphones via Bluetooth which is why I bought it in the first place. Excellent TV and would say very good value for money.

Bought as a replacement TV for the bedroom when my LG TV broke. This was the cheapest alternative available at short notice. Wish I had researched better before I purchased, as you cannot watch BBC iPlayer on it unless you buy an additional smart TV stick or link up a PlayStation/XBox etc. Picture quality is quite good but sounds is a bit tinny. Easy to set up, great that you can turn the tv on and off using your phone if you download the Samsung SmartThings app. I wouldn’t buy this again though.

Lovely bright screen. It was a bit of a curfuffle getting it all set up with my apps, but got there in the end. Thevsound is very clear, a bonus when you have hearing loss. Overall very pleased. But don't think you can set it up in 10 minutes.

Always bought Samsung TVs,and been delighted with them all, but unfortunately for me, this one is very disappointing, very slow in operation, lethargic software, up to 16 seconds to load an app, like utube, Bought from Argos, and because it's been taken out of the box, they won't take it back. Really disappointed.

Had this to replace my old Samsung Smart TV in bedroom. Great picture quality, and sound. Smart TV functions work well, and connectivity is really quick. Easy to install, and feet easy to attach. Menu navigation is good. Overall a good quality TV, for general use.

Bought this a month ago to replace a Hisense TV. It's perfectly suitable as a TV, brightness and resolution is great and sounds fine, but the remote connectivity is less responsive than I'd like - you have to wait a second or so after each button press for it to respond on the TV. Not ideal when you're trying to scroll through streaming services.

Wish I'd read online reviews more carefully before buying. This model has the stupid design of the push in connecter at the back which is moulded at the wrong angle. I dread dusting and/or and moving the TV as we then go through crackly and scary picture disruption until we have fiddled with the connector again. We have to go through various hoops of waiting time and trying to switch different items on first to make the Freesat box work without huge white bands appearing at the bottom of the picture. Three weeks on we have already given up watching various films and TV drama's as the sound is so appalling we just hear a muffled noise that prevents any clear annunciation. Very limited picture adjustments for colour and contrast and very weird picture if you are not looking at it directly on. As others have said, I won't be buying a Samsung TV again!

I chose the more expensive Samsung tv as we have two already so I was expecting a lot from it. Sadly it doesn’t live up to its expectations. It’s really sluggish to turn on or load any aps. It does not really connect to Alexa. The only thing Alexa can do is turn the tv off and on. Alexa can not launch any aps. It does not connect to sky multi room. The sound and picture quality are good but the tv has a cheap looking Samsung badge stuck to the bottom of the TV which looks out of place. I have put the tv on the wall but the stand it comes with looks cheap but I can not comment on how we it fits. All in all I would not recommend this tv. It lets the Samsung brand down.

Poorly described, has pictures for consoles but not suitable. When contacting customer services ,they wont allow exchange for gaming monitor. Instead i took 20% fee to return brand new product. Samsung then offered £15 voucher if i would keep item. Really, just describe properly than misleading customer. Do not purchase for linking to any console.
